App & cameras
This app is great, love the cameras. We have 3 As long as WiFi reaches each camera they work fine. We added an extra router to get all 3 to work well. You can see at night without having the light on, our back yard is pitch black and we can see clear. I like being able to turn off/on the light even when I am away from home. We replaced 2 of our old security lights with these light cameras.
Do not purchase the bulb
I don’t like leaving reviews but this is a complete waste of time and money, it broke while unscrewing. Didn’t even get it running for a day. Do not waste your time with this, spend your money on the good stuff.
A nice product but sometimes frustrating
This app used to control a camera which connects to your wireless network but can be controlled from anywhere. It is a simple but very functional app and the camera has some very nice features. That being said, It is difficult to configure especially the first time, but after the device is installed properly everything can be made to work. The process for initial connection is a bit unusual as well. One tip: if you have firewall protection turned on in your wireless modem then it will drive you crazy trying to get it to work. You have to turn off the firewall to make it work. It probably uses an undocumented port to communicate with a server or your mobile device. They should really document that, because it is very hard to diagnose if you don’t know about it.
Notifications
I tried everything but still Can’t get notifications from app. Is there anyone else have the same issue or solution for the problem. Thanks in advance.
Minor issues
Currently not receiving notifications or alerts when motion is detected. After opening app it shows device not available but eventually it wakes up.
Great app and camera with bulb. I have more experience camera which don’t have the same capability
The pan and zoom, the microphone, alarm setting and 360 degree rotation and a lot more are awesome feature for the prices
Hell no

Displaying error cannot even sign up for an account
Just bought this camera and it’s displaying an error I can’t even login or create an account or even there is no option to press forgot password although I am a new account holder. This app just simply doesn’t let me sign up at all.
No me llegan las notificaciones de movimiento
Desde hace un mes aproximadamente ya no me llegan las notificaciones de movimiento, ya chequé la privacidad, ajustes de notificaciones, reinicie cámara y celular y sigue sin enviar notificaciones

Could not get account created
Tried creating account multiple times. On WiFi 5g and 2g. Tried on cellular data only. Deleted and restarted phone and redownloaded app. Nothing works to create an account. Don’t even make it past the log in page. 2* don’t bother buying product from this company. Returning this item back to the store.

Why on earth do I have to enter a username and password every time I open the app? Please fix this. Very time consuming and defeats the purpose of receiving alerts.

Does NOT work
Honestly, this is the absolute worst installation. Never working piece of junk. Wish I could give it less than one star
Some good, but too much bad
Despite what the instructions say, once it is dark out, it is not possible to get the light bulb part to stay off (tried manual, tried setting it to a schedule, etc.). This is an issue as the camera seems to work better in darkness (for a second or two before the light comes back on), than it does with the light on, as the image then becomes grainy. End result: this is a great idea/invention, and works well during the day, but fails to get the job done at night. Do not recommend.
App closes by itself
I like the setting where you can turn on the human detection only and keep the motion detection off . Very helpful so it won’t record every motion like the Chinese camera but when I try to add my own alarm sound the app closes by itself and won’t let me add my own alarm. Please fix that and put that in your description ( you can turn on human detection only) you’ll sell a lot of these cameras.
Voice commands features
Voice Features don’t respond to commands. Speakers are very low and light it’s very low on brightness
Doesn’t let me log on at all
The app shuts down when I try to log on. Already made 2 accounts and neither work
Not ‘Insightful’ as it seems
The Sight Bulb only works if you are in your house while connected to the WiFi. As soon as you leave the network, the app will say that the device is offline even while receiving notifications about motion activity. It doesn’t record any activity when while “offline.” I’m hoping this is a a mere bug in the software. Buyer beware!
I’m hot or cold
So I’ve been using this camera for over a year. I’ve gone thru 3. User error. I see everyone’s negative reviews and can’t help but agree with them. Unfortunately that’s not why I left one star. After playing with it over time, I was able to Taylor the camera settings to my liking. It works fine. Records fine, clear picture, and the light bulbs really bright. The reason why it got 1 star is because the android app, which is the phones use the most, doesn’t have features that iOS has. Which I don’t use a lot. So if the android app gets the bugs fixed, I’ll change to a 5 star. Truly I love this product.
Could not connect
Says I had to set my phone to 2.4 ghz Tried on my iPhone 14 and couldn’t figure out how to get to settings for 2.4 ghz. Never had this problem with my other cameras settings on 2.4ghz
Lots of issues
Been through many cameras. Just for them to keep breaking. The app never works. You can leave your house and the cameras are offline till you get back home Very scary when you need to keep a look out for danger even if the cameras aren’t offline the app says it’s disconnected that’s just insane. There no update on the app to make sure your cameras are in working order. I have to look for different cameras so my home is protected do not buy. Only But if you want cheap cameras that constantly. Breaks. Waste of money
Junk
These are absolute junk. Refuses to connect to my WiFi, even placed it in a lamp right next to it, NOPE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
