update terbaru menurut aku cukup oke, tapi jujur agak sedikit bikin bingung. setelah update, activity order yang sedang berjalan jadi ga terlihat di home kayak di versi sebelumnya. jadi agak bingung pesanan kita sudah ready atau belum, walaupun dapat notifnya ya tapi kayak bingung aja liat activity nya dimana. kalau memungkinkan, kedepannya tolong di update lagi buat activity order yang sedang berjalan bisa ditampilkan lagi di home, atau dibuat lebih mudah ditemukan. terima kasih!

Please ismaya … sebagai pengguna ismaya+ app dari awal menurut aku terlalu sering update… jadi annoying dan ganggu eksperience user banget…. Kalau dalam 1 bulan bisa 2 x update dan mungkin lebih apa gak bisa ya dinplan jd gak rerlalu sering…

My husband and I thought we’ll have lunch here at Kuningan City Mall as we have an hour and a half for our appointment at VFS-Japan. Big mistake. Food is ok but we were served after waiting for an HOUR.It comes in trickles. 🤦♀️ we cannot enjoy the food as we were frantic to leave for our appointment.

Needs improvement
The app doesn’t allow you to add More to your order after you’ve scanned the QR code when eating in-house, and order confirmed. We had to ask for two more QR codes just to get more water, and eventually dessert. This is ridiculous! Needs to be improved. It should be seamless to add more items. From a restaurant owner perspective, they’re loosing out on business, because of the annoyance of having to ask for repeated new QR codes
Kurang fungsional
Kecewa, sekelas ismaya bikin aplikasi kaya nanggung gitu. Kemarin pesen makanan via app di salah satu restonya ismaya hampir aja lupa bayar, krna biasanya di resto2 lain pesen via app langsung bayar, jadi kebiasaan. Sayangnya lagi, dari segitu banyak karyawan, ga ada yang nyadar kita pergi dan manggil kita untuk bayar. Untung kitanya inget setelah jalan beberapa langkah keluar outlet. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan aplikasinya, pesan langsung bayar. Kalau mau ada pesanan tambahan sistemnya sama, pesan, bayar lagi, stelah bayar, orderan masuk ke kitchen dan makanan/minuman diantar ke meja.

Terlalu sering banget minta update
Tiap mau pesen pasti disuruh update dulu, bikin waktu pesan jadi lama karna wajib update. Harusnya diberikan pilihan untuk tunda update, mengganggu kenyamanan pemesanan

Buat sesimpel mungkin untuk fitur notifikasi agar bisa di collapse berdasarkan bulan mungkin atau tahun dan kalau bisa ditambahkan fitur untuk tandai sudah dibaca atau sebagainya… Agar notifikasi yg belum terbaca dan sudah terlewat tidak mengganggu di icon lonceng notifikasi dan kita bisa update terus dengan notifikasi yg baru masuk.
Move Oliv Button
Overall it’s a good app. But, I mainly use ismaya to scan QR, get points, order and payments. Olive button being in the middle with pop up every single time it is not useful and very distracting. And the QR button is very subtle, on the top right, quite hard to find. Please make it efficient, i believe not many people explore Oliv feature. Thank you.

Pesanan gagal diantar namun tidak bisa bertanggungjawab refund. Solusi yang diberikan tidak memudahkan pelanggan, bikin kapok. Kopi dipesan jam 13:00, solusi diantar jam 16:00 atau disuruh ambil ke tempat. CS nya gak logika.

Saya coba memesan via app, harusnya voucher sudah terpasang, tapi saat konfirmasi ke barista ternyata tidak ada voucher yang terpasang. Di aplikasi sudah terbukti tidak ada coin yang di dapat dari transaksi, yang berarti voucher harusnya sudah terpasang. Dari customer service masih saja diminta rekaman layar saat sebelum memesan dengan bukti voucher terpasang, masa iya saya dengan random merekam layar saya sebelum memesan. Jadi pelayanan saya rasa sangat buruk

Clean and simple
Used the App for WTF24 and it had everything you’d need, from Festival Schedule, Pre-Order Food and purchasing drinks. A lot simpler and easier compared to using the tokens. Only wished that it took pre-orders for all the stores and not just the selected stalls but that aside, great.
