Cannot Use Reward
Very frustrating experience with the Starbucks app. The rewards sometimes suddenly disappear while I’m in the middle of placing a self-order. The app then restarts by itself, and when I open it again, the rewards are gone. This has happened multiple times and makes the self-ordering experience very frustrating, especially when I’m trying to use my rewards. Please fix this issue and make the rewards more stable during the ordering process.

Issue# 1: I can’t place an order, or view my rewards without sharing my location. (2025 update: fixed) Issue #2: When I ordered a beverage, the application set Grande as its default size, but the price listed is for Tall size Issue #3: I ordered a certain Starbucks Reserved beverage twice, but when I went to the store to pick it up, it’s not available.
