Scammed by the app
Mau order aja susah sekali
Udah coba berkali2 tetap gagal
iPad
Difficult to use on iPad. Please make it compatible for landscape view on iPad

Latest update crashes app in iOS 13.3
Please fix the app. Was working fine for last 2 years until last update. Cannot launch app on iPhone as it keeps crashing when click app icon to start
Apps PHD
Apps nya berguna bngt utk order atau reorder. Kekurangannya kadang susah utk balik ke page sebelumnya, kadang kita harus ulang dr awal lagi.
Dine-in bug

BEWARY OF PHD ONLINE WEBSITE/ APPS MAINTENANCE/ ERROR
Order lewat applikasi, udh tunggu 1 jam belum datang.
garbage customer service and complaint management
setidaknya kalau pesanan lewat sejam lebih itu ada kompensasi, cancel option, atau kontak langsung ke cabang bukan malah didirect ke cs pusat yang nggak berguna, terima kasih π functionality is good at least dibanding apps lain

Not easy to edit order
It was easy to set up and informative menu. But not easy to edit because u have to redo the whole selection again
π
The app is functioning as it should, so far I have not encountered anything that seems to be a bug in the system. Maybe for the future, the look of the UI can be improved, so just that it looks cleaner and more sleek.
Cannot use
Always error with token expired. And cannot input or locate address
Ok but could be better
If you order off the menu and don't want any customization then itβs ok.
Easy for Non-Bahasa speakers
The app is streamlined and mostly in English. Delivery is reasonably fast and very easy.
Error
Unable to confirm pin address location on the map. Therefore unable to complete the order online.
Cukup
