Have been using this app to book for classes and to do recurring payment. Recommended.
Wrong birthday and dont let me change it
They automatically put in the birthday which is wrong and dont let me change it. Due to this I couldnt not sign up for a gym class!
It works but few UX irritations
The new calendar options is really annoying. I now have to think which calendar to choose every time I use it, and it’s an extra tap and brain power. Where as before it just defaults to the phone’s calebdar. Consider an option to remember the chosen option please?

Add to calendar doesn’t respond after recent update.
Payment Status Response Not Working
Please fix the payment status especially after customer uploaded their payment evidence. There was no response and it seemed app is taking many times to proceed (in which the session ended eventually and i failed to book the appointment)

Helpful booking system for yoga & pilates studio
Our studio has used Rezerv since our opening and it's been helpful. Customer service is quite responsive with any of our questions and it's improved according to the user's needs, which we appreciate.

Aplikasinya sebenarnya bagus. Tapi tolong adakan fitur notifikasi aplikasi atau reminder jadwal setidaknya 1 jam sebelum jadwal dimulai. Ini menjengkelkan, karena hanya untuk mengingat jadwal saja kita harus membuka aplikasi dan cek secara manual di halaman “My Schedule”. Apakah fitur ini sesulit itu untuk diimplementasikan oleh tim pengembang? Kita (setidaknya SAYA) berharap fitur dasar ini segera ada!

Extremely not user friendly
This app layout is extremely unfriendly and frustrating to use. The entire arrangement feels chaotic and unhelpful. You are forced to scroll endlessly just to book a class, and even then it is unnecessarily difficult to locate what you want. Basic functions, like removing old businesses that are no longer relevant, are completely missing. Overall, the experience is inefficient, poorly thought out, and in serious need of a complete overhaul.

Difficult to login although the email and password were correct. The interface is bad and lagging so many times. Cmon I just want to book a class, please fix it because the very bad interface is when we want to confirm a book and sign it.

Devs need to plan releases properly
On the whole the app works fine. But it’s SO IRRITATING how frequently it needs to be updated. If you’re releasing new features, group them together and release them together so we don’t have to keep updating it. Or if you are doing releases for bug fixes, you need to up your testing game. Updating the app more times than I go to the gym each week is dumb.

I just got mine updated. I tell you that 1. Why do I have to log in for multiple times in a day and the app said that my session is expired? Such a hassle especially when I want to book a session in hurry 2. Sometimes the app is frozen. I couldn’t click anything and suddenly they response in rapid flow 3. The user flow is bad. Why do I have to click a studio first to get to know which session in a day they have?

Updated to a latest one, but couldn’t click on the business I wanted
Hard to look for options
The app doesn’t allow users to browse other businesses freely. You need to type to business name exactly like registered, then only you’ll find it. For example, if I wanna look for a gym/studio, you need to types the full name or else you won’t find it. I wanna check out other fitness studios and spa, but if I type fitness or gym or spa or pickleball, they ask to type the URL. You’ll only get the URL if you’ve gotten the info directly with the gym. Better to use app like classpass or 1fit of you want more options to use your credit.
