Cancel tanpa notif
Saya Booking kelas 1,30jam sebelum kelas. Screen blank. Ga bisa ke main menu. Saya masih punya poin class di aplikasi. lol
Cukup oke
Selama ini sih oke2 aja, berguna bgt apalagi banyak promo kalo masukin refferal code, cuma ini kok beberapa kali apps nya crash ya keluar sendiri trs, semoga segera diperbaiki ya
Sering crash
Appnya sering banget ngecrash ya padahal baru juga daftar lagi jadi takut kan pas sampe venue crash gabisa olga deh
bug and typo
need to fixed bugs and typo thingy
Sangat membantu
Jadi semangat olahraga karna ada barengannya
Apa ng bug
Jelek sekali ngbug saat payment saya kehilangan 600rb point
Apps fitness yang super cool
Membantu sekali , mudah digunakan , lengkap dengan berbagai macam info
Service
Layanan yg ditawarkan ok, tapi aplikasi butut banget sih parah. Almost useless, bener bener cuma buat booking class and thats it. So slow. And please, informasi untuk masing-masing kelas diperjelas. Put the instructor/trainer’s name. Sangat ga praktis untuk cek Instagram studio yg bersangkutan independently untuk tau di jam tersebut siapa yg ngajar, while we were supposed to get that basic information in this app.
Online classes not available
Setelah update app, tdk muncul pilihan doolive. Menggunakan iphone xs ios 15,1
Review doogether apps
Minta OTP terus, tapi gak terkirim OTPnya
Setiap mau registrasi kelas selalu minta OTP. Tapi OTP tidak terkirim.
App crash terus, tiba2 close
Di page sedang scroll pilih kelas atau mau book kelasnya, app tiba2 crash, sering sekali terjadi.
Review
Booking kelas online habis pulang kerja tinggal live stream, ga usah repot
Venue tennis full booked all the time
Bad User Interface and Experience
Aplikasi Error
Aplikasi error, hubungi CS via kontak whatsapp, email, dm ig semua ga ada yg jawab sama sekali
Too bad
This is actually a good app but there’s always issue. Referral code is not working anymore. Redeem is not working so whenever class is cancelled by the studio, I still have to email to get code. And now I can’t even book a class because something’s wrong with the app and it keeps crashing.
Version 3.7.2 too much bug!
Please do update the version. Version 3.7.2 scrolling response-nya lambat, when click class date error di time schedule, saat pembayaran have to update the card please fix it asap!
Olahraga online jadi mudah

Error terus

Kenapa doolive di app suka hilang
Jadi hari ini 3 Feb 2021, pagi2 mau book kelas doolive tp kok bar doolive nya hilang ga ada gt. Terus app sering forced closed gitu. Saya udh reinstall padahal (app version uptodate). Please fix it. Thx!
Apps error, solusi lamberetaaaaaaa
CS cm bs jawab blm dijawab tim IT.
Didn’t get OTP
:(
Banyak serangga, ky app abandon
Udah member sama venue, tp gak keliatan gmn check in pake membernya. Checkin qr code jg ngebug.
Awesome but needs rework
A lot of bugs are still around when I search for classes on a daily basis. Sometimes app crashes within seconds and suddenly my password doesn't work on which I needed to forgot password to fix my account. Customer service works great by email and have good response time. But I do prefer via phone call or live chat (they do have live chat but it always appear offline to me) I do hope for all the bugs to be fixed and that developers put some great changes to the UI
Terrible UX
Duplicate booking happened often, thus I had to retaliate with others due to your fault of not handle allocation properly. My Poin is gone 400K without proper explanation. Sometimes the UI buggy.
