Pension App
Great to be able to view my pension value and update my details. Really easy to use with my biometrics switched on!
Need Improving
Not the best App for functionality and temperamental when loading.
Poor functioning
App will only let me login and view my front page, any other tab returns me to login page and back to my front page, so not able to view anything to do with my pension scheme
Log in now working since update
Finally relieved to see that the log in issues has been resolved. For the 1st time in months it sent a verification code to confirm and let me in. ****old reviews**** Logging in just takes you back to the log in page. So can’t access the app at all. Is this app for real? … it has been updated months later and still has the same problem that everyone is complaining about.
Pension/Money planning tool
This is a great tool to help plan for retirement and manage your pension plan. I would certainly recommend the usage of the app.
Update Has Killed Access
Access has always been a little sketchy, cycling on logging in screen with dots. However, latest minor bug fixes update has completely killed my access. Not a great feeling when you can’t see your fund value in this day & age!
Can’t log in at all
That update didn’t work it says data loading then circles back to “login” I can’t access at all now EDIT: I uninstalled and reinstalled this app and it works ok again. You will need your original access code and user id but it should be on your latest email from AON only 3 stars as I had to work this out myself !

Easy to use and insightful
This app is super easy to use and provides great functionality to manage my pension, retirement planning and other financials from my phone. I’ve also now used several of the videos / support topics which have been insightful

Useful content, easy to transact
I use this to look at my pension value, which is shown clearly. When I want to, I can also explore information about managing my pension and other aspects of my money, which is really useful. I can also make changes to my investments. I also tried out the recently updated retirement modeller and it was super easy to use on my phone.
Useless
I log in to my account successfully. That’s when the problems start. Whenever I click anything in the app, it redirects me to the login screen. I log in successfully, and I’m back on the home page. It just keeps happening over and over.
Finally! I can start planning my retirement
Downloaded the app, logged in after a helpful call to a very friendly customer service team, and now I can see my fund value and how to start planning for my retirement 😁 happy days!
Bad!
Slow and always takes you to external links/pages which 70% dont open or load.
Love this app
This app takes something that can be confusing and makes it straightforward. I can quickly see my pension balances and benefit information without hunting around or dealing with complicated menus. The clean design and clear presentation make it a genuinely useful tool.
Doesn’t work anymore
This was a great app but no longer works since the last update. Really disappointing. After logging in, it gets stuck in the rotating circles and never actually loads.
