Out dated and poorly designed app
This app has so many issues, the login is always annoying and keeps forcing you to reset your password every time even if you are using the right password. the navigation of the app feels like it’s from 2015. A corporation like J.p. morgan should have a better app design.

This is an awful interface. Have to jump from place to place to track one transaction and withholds for income tax obligations aren’t clear.

My work shares have been transferred to JP Morgan for unknown reasons, JP do not sell fractions of shares and charge to sell and exchange to sterling. App is abysmal website even worse,
Program stopped
The program stopped working although log and pass are correct with massage saying something went wrong, try later or call the service provider.
Language Error
The app writing show confuses most english written words comes with dashes, slashes and more additional keywords caricatures that make difficult to sell or buy any thing

I cannot even get this app to log in.
I Couldn’t log in for weeks.
I couldn’t log in for weeks on my Iphone, then I tried something different, I went to settings and disabled both face id and mobile data. It helped, I was able to log in again. Hopefully it will work for you too.
Intuitive App
A good usable app to manage your account, however one improvement would be to set indicative BIK tax per country.

Constant “unable to log in” message so end up just using the desktop version. App isn’t worth downloading

Why is the app not working ?? Almost every month or two there is an issue with the app where you cannot log in. This is unacceptable as a big gloabl company!

Useless and lack of customer support
The app is useless. I cannot sell shares, it continuously complains about an error. I sent several messages about the issue through the “contact us” on the app without receiving any response.

Hard to use, ridiculous fees, no support
It’s very hard to figure out how to sell shares. And I can’t seem to cancel any orders either, looked everywhere. To add insult to injury they have crazy fees 100$+ per transaction. I am trying to contact via email and no reply. I try to call and it just rings forever. So unprofessional not sure why my company chose this garbage provider.
