Your stupid ahh game and its stupid ahh ads
Stop giving me ads that don’t play through when I’m trying to upgrade an item… it’s unfair as when I have to click the basic item IT GIVES ME AND AD THAT PLAYS THROUGH WITHOUT AN UPGRADE.
Good game
It’s a good game overall but the crystals deplete too fast. And there aren’t a lot of things to keep the player engaged. Also you need to add more floors.

I want to delete my data and start over but when I try to send a request it says they couldn't reset my game.

Nice game when it works
It’s fun when it works but when you have to watch 100 ads just to complete missions it’s a pain.The ads stop the game freezes and it tells me it my internet,maybe it’s your cruddy ad choices.

Le jeu donne tout de suite quoi faire à chaque sec. Il ne nous laisse pas penser à ce qu’on dois faire, un peu d’autonomie serai apprécié…ou donner l’option de l’aide . En 3 min le jeu me tape sur les nerfs car je ne peux pas enlever cette option de me dire quoi faire
Way too many ads
I love this game, but the ads make it unbearable. I already watch a lot of ads in order to get extra items or energy, but despite that I still have to deal with the random ads every few minutes. The game would be much more enjoyable without all of the random ads, the incentive of watching them for items is enough. Also, they often come when I’m on a time limit (like less than a minute left), so getting an ad for 30 seconds (which are often times broken for whatever reason) is the worst thing.

After update they got rid of my ad free game that I paid 17 dollars for. When I contacted support they told me they could not restore it due to “technical issues”. With ads this game is an absolutely miserable experience. Don’t bother.

Potential
It has potential to be a good game but unfortunately the play time is very short unless you want to sink a fortune in it. I even caved and payed money a few times and blew through it so very fast because the incentives are absolute garbage every time you hit a goal the prize is basically useless and there isn’t enough time in the day to complete any objective for free. Hoping to find a better one to replace it.
Additive game
Once I tried it. That was it. I couldn’t stop playing for hours. At first I wasn’t interested in these type of games but it grow on me. Now I can’t get enough. Thanks for this awesome game.
THE ADS ARE SO ANNOYING
I get way too many ads while playing this game. I’ve probably watched over 300 ads so far because of how often they appear. These ads literally ruin the entire game. It’s ridiculous. And don’t tell me to purchase the “No Ads” feature because I am NOT giving any money to this stupid game. Also, the overall gameplay of Merge Hotel gets boring. It’s repetitive and simply isn’t appealing at all. I would also like to mention that I’m trying to fix the soda machine within 12 days for a reward with another app— however, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to in time. I’m currently on day 10 and I don’t think that I’ll be able to fix the soda machine because I’m only on foor 4 (the soda machine is on floor 5). What a waste of time. This is super frustrating.
Fun merging game
I’m not having really any of the problems other players are having. This compared to some of the other merging games is way better. The only problem I have had is on one of the mini games where you put blocks together I had a high score of 2500 and it made me reboot the game. I lost my score and 1 life. Not too big of a deal just annoying. Other than that I do like the game it’s a lot of fun. Thank you.
It’s an ok game
The game is ok. I downloaded it due to an app that I have that pays you to download things and try them; however the task to get paid with this game was to fix the soda machine within twelve days and by the way this game is made it will take much longer than twelve days to fix the soda machine. It takes so much energy to make anything past the first two basic items of a generator. There are time when I tap a generator once or twice and the it has to recharge for anywhere from 5 seconds to 3 hours smh. Them most of the generators put out the same beginning items repeatedly which is part of the reason why it takes so long to make anything beyond the first two basic items. I don’t think the generators should be recharging if we only get 100 energy and you will use it up before you really get to fulfill the larger orders. I’m actually deleting this game after I leave this review. It definitely has potential but if your just looking for a time killer this is the game for you.

Ruined.
I started playing this game to get rewards for another game thinking I would enjoy playing this one. I did enjoy this game, and have been playing it for less than a week. I noticed the ads had been ranking up over time, but all of the sudden today it dropped a bomb of giving me 30 second ads every single “merge” that I do. It’s possible that this is a bug, but I cannot be bother to wait for a patch with the “no ads” being over $22 for me. I am on a time limit for rewards, and have dealt with so many games like this before to know that it is unlikely to be changed.
An ad every couple minutes
I really like this game, the characters are cute and it's a fun way to spend time on the road between jobsites. It's to the point though where I am watching more ads in between job sites than I am playing the game. Literally every couple minutes you have to watch an ad. I checked the time from one ad to the next and every 2 minutes you have to watch another ad. I don't mind ads, it's a free game so I should have to watch some commercials but I think this many ads is a bit too much

Cute game, small issues
I love this cute game. What I don’t like is the music. I had to turn it off because it sounds like it’s glitching. It hurt my ears lol. I’ve played many merge games and this one is cute. I hate the ads but I get it. I would just fix the sound and music

Fun game! Pros: I like the concept of the game and it’s nice that you can watch ads for gems/energy; it doesn’t feel impossible to get new/higher level items which I like! They also give you items to update your stock Cons: im really getting fed up, theres A LOT of glitches with ads. It’ll just shut the game down and kick you out of the app. You open the app up again & ad starts to play and kicks you out again. It’ll say that there’s a problem with your wifi. It also tells me “restart the game”. Sometimes ads keep you hostage and never have an X. So you have to rewatch it all over and have it crash on you. You basically watched it for nothing The other thing that kind of bothers me is that if you play yesterday night and clicked on the printer (for example), and the next day you click on the printer again (literally only once), sometimes it'll still make you wait 40+ mins until it regenerates. I’m hoping it’ll get fixed as there are more updates… I’m getting annoyed with it and debating deleting it as it’s pointlessly crashing every 20 mins
Problems need fixed in this game play.
I’ve noticed other players is having the same issues that I’m having. The energy timer is a big issue for planning this game. I was paying extra to play game this but after I noticed the issues I stopped spending money. I hope you take this serious because if it’s not correct I’ll discard the game. I told my friends about the game and they’ve started playing I’m sure they’ll discard it as well, if their having the same issues! 🥲

Game keeps closing suddenly saying “please restart game” & this time it deleted all my progress in the blocks game, after watching ads for extra moves- ads that the game STILL won’t give me credit for in Tester Buddy. This is GARBAGE

Too many inconsistent ads
The more I play, the more ads there will be. Also, you have to wait to tap some of the items. I will wait 40 mins sometimes to tap, but then once I get one shovel out, it will make me wait another 40 mins. Sometimes I have to tap the toolbox or washer machine 8-10 times, wait, and then maybe 3-4 taps the next time before I’m waiting for another min or two. It’s very inconsistent with ads and wait periods. It needs a lot of work

block puzzle event points not registering
my points are stuck at 935 i played two rounds after getting to 935 and it didnt increase
So buggy unplayable
The app is so broken, the sound will get choppy and stutter, which can be fixed by lowering or raising volume, the real problem is the ads crash the game. Real disappointment because they force ads on you and they crash the game, so I try to play, a forced ad and crash.
Like it BUT…
It’s a fun merging game with several layers of merge BUT when you want to make room on your board the storage button highlights but will not take the item ( the item goes behind the button instead of merging into storage). Also the mini games like (Plinko) should be allowed to delete from your board when not in use.
Loses major points for this one BIG deal…
When you level up you don’t receive energy!? I understand they want to make some money off in app purchases and they are generous with ads.. but this is hugely off putting for me and doesn’t make me want to spend any money at all. If they changed this I’d happily bump up to 4* but this is a major game play issue. I hope the developers take note. Thanks.
Stuck
I like the game but will have to stop if I can’t get rid of items of the board. I’ve got a couple things that just won’t merge but we need a trash can!!

Too many bad things
I rarely do reviews but this game wa fun when I started I have put $35 into game and now the app just force close when it wants to. Then I’m only get 3to4 items out of each energizers then I have to watch ads or paying diamonds. The app forces closes and takes my keys my diamonds, and my energy. I feel robbed. Are you all willing to fix?? I’m sure I’m not the only one this is happening too are you willing to fix it??????????😢
Timers need work
After playing for a while, I understand timers have to happen, however, I’ve noticed the energy timer drops down to seven then adds 13 seconds and counts down from 20 again. Tried to reach out to support but can’t seem to get that email through. Other than that, I enjoy this game. No other issues to report currently.
Too many ads
It’s a pretty good game in terms of gameplay and they offer perks for watching ads, however, sometimes ads get prompted by doing simple actions without giving any rewards. I’m fine with watching ads to get bonuses, but the random pop ups make the game almost unbearable to play.

Have potential
I played the Facebook version at first and eventually stopped playing. Then I saw this being advertised and downloaded. Then I remembered why I stopped playing… The game has potential. I like the layout and the graphics. But the loading between the board and to the hotel repair tasks itself, may not be a huge deal but enough to annoy. Then the short tapping time before having to wait for the items to be recharged is also somewhat frustrating. I may give it a second try before removing but other than that, not a bad merging game. After the iOS recent update, the game just doesn’t work anymore. I have fulfilled the order on both the truck and for the customer. All items lit up but would not take them. It seemed like only a certain spot on the screen that didn’t respond to the tapping.
Bored is too small
I liked the game before the update, now the bored is too small. 🫤
Forced ads
I like the game. It has good balance, there’s the option for extra stuff if you watch ads, and it’s a fun plot. However , I deleted it and I couldn’t remember why. After reinstalling the game, it was obvious. It periodically forces you to watch ads. And some of them will go for several minutes if you don’t press the fast forward button. I don’t mind optional adds. But I’m deleting this one again because of the forced ads.
