Dear developers I love playing this game, but there is a problem. I tried clicking on the man with exclamation marks over his head, nothing happened. He’s just stand there. When I first started playing, everything was fine. I don’t want to start from beginning. I don’t want to lose progress. PLEASE FIX THIS, . I would give a higher rating. Love this game. I have a new problem. I can’t open the game, I checked the internet and connection is good, and I tried opening the game, but can’t play. Please help. I love this game. too many ads
i used to play this game a lot when i was younger on my ipad and i loved it. i eventually stopped playing cause i forgot abt it and lost my ipad and didn't redownload it again until recently. it's still the same as before, which i like. however, there are too many ads when playing, like every 5-10 seconds. it makes the game really hard to enjoy now, i'm very disappointed
Need more updates!! But fun
I rememeber playing this game YEARS ago and I just got back into it. I still love it however I was disapointed to see that barely anything changed.
Down for maintenance?
I downloaded this game after not having it for a couple years and I haven’t been able to play it for over a week. I just keep getting an error message and no one actually responds to the support email

The game play itself is fun and passes the time however there are sooooo many ads. One will play and as soon as it’s done and you click the next gym goer another one pops up. Always two at a time. Please fix
Fun, buuuut
This app used to work with the health app, now it’s working with the HealthKit. So the feature for the health app was taken away? The only reason I downloaded this was to get more active and have motivation to do so. But so far, all I’ve gained is another addiction and more time sitting on my butt playing a game rather than getting up and walking. If I’m doing something wrong and it does work with health app, please let me know. I will change my review. Also can’t connect to FACEBOOK

Time Consuming, but Gym Motivation
This game is fun. I played this game because of the $15 offer from InboxDollars, but the time given to complete level 21 was unrealistic, unless you literally play this game for hours daily and possibly even pay real money into the game to reach that level. I didn’t so I did not get the $15 reward. It would have been nice to at least have gotten some amount of monetary reward for as many hours and days that I did put into this game like most games that I have tried through InboxDollars. I don’t really feel that valued as a customer for this reason. It makes sense from a business perspective why the game operates this way. I think the game was very fun to play, three are several ads and you can choose to watch ads to gain cash to complete tasks, purchase items, etc. I almost voted 3 stars due to my frustration, but I understand the game developers need honest critique and feedback regarding the functionality of the app, so feelings aside I will say the Facebook offer for fitbucks does not work and other users have mentioned that is an issue and it doesn’t appear to be fixed yet. This game did motivate me to want to work out at a gym in real life. The game is aesthetically pleasing, but it is very repetitive. The game is definitely worth a try if you are debating whether to play or not.
Stupid ads
This app used to be so fun. Now these ads are making in enjoyable. It’s every few seconds an ad comes up. I wish the ads could go away or at least give us an option to not have ads!!!!

I also started playing for Swagbucks and to reach the level requested was indeed impossible. But this game also made me want to start doing my own weight training so it’s a win. Awesome time killer.
Can’t play
Can’t even play the game. Downloaded it and immediately wouldn’t load and said try again later. It’s been hours and still won’t work. Waste of time.

Constant crash
Had the app for less than a day. Was making some good progress and actually enjoying it a bit. But now it crashes once it opens. Restarting the phone and uninstalling did not help.
You can’t see your Gym Level
You can’t see your gym level until you actually achieve the next level, so you can’t tell your progress in the game at all… Or how close you are to reaching the next gym level.

This is is one of the funnest games I’ve ever played it’s so entertaining and enjoyable. I recommend this game 100% love it
Needs updating
The game just stopped working. Error messages to check my internet, everything else that uses the internet works. It’s something on the developer side that needs fixing.

Good concept but…
There are way too many ads to make the gaming experience enjoyable. I downloaded the game to get points through a third party and won’t be keeping it. The game is just a chore due to the ads every 30 seconds. You are not given the option to play offline making these ads unavoidable
Why can’t we log in with Facebook anymore?
I would like to play where I left off, but still won’t let me log in with Facebook! I find this game relaxing, but don’t want to start over, and miss playing with friends. It’s it going to be fixed? Please?
Insane amount of adds
Insane amount of adds! every 5 seconds I get an add, how are you supposed to play like that?
Can’t login and no updates
I have tried on multiple wifi connections to log in, and neither have gotten me to login much less start the game. I checked for updates, there are none to fix this. It’s been like this for 2 days now.

Very hard to level up your gym to lvl 21
Tried this as part of a promotion to get to level 21… so far it has been VERY AHARD to get to the current level 10…. It is not only hard to level up but it is EXTREMELY hard to gain the equipment needed for the workouts. I wouldn’t waste time if part of a promotion… you will end up spending too much to compensate for coins needed to upgrade your gym.
Love the game but can’t connect
I enjoy this game a lot but the developer knows it doesn’t connect to Facebook and hasn’t fixed the problem. I’m assuming because there is another version of the game that does. I don’t like that version and stopped playing it because I like this one better. Please fix the problem so I can play this game and not the other version you have!

The ability to connect to Facebook hasn’t been fixed since I downloaded it. I feel they will have you spend money and never give you the full experience of the game.
Cool virtual gym game
Cool app, great to play.. lots to do - tasks and missions to level up. You can train your friends and visit another gym. Only concerns would be that you cannot connect to Facebook to claim social media fitbuck rewards.. It takes too long to level up and the price of expansion and equipment is too great for what you’re earning per client. Energy runs out too quickly also, but it’s a newly developed app so give it time and all that. I also made a purchase via Visa card for a coin pack which I’ve been charged for and haven’t yet received. Other than that it’s great, please sort out my coin pack purchase and I’ll raise the review to a 5 star
Tatem Games chose greed over gameplay
Some of the best F2P games are those where ads are available to progress gameplay, at the player’s choice. This game falls under this category and is great. It gives the player control over how quickly they want to progress and can essentially make unlimited in game currency by sitting and watching ads. Tat Games is happy cos they will have a huge income from people choosing to watch these ads and players are happy cos they have control over how many ads they watch. Those who prefer not to… well they still have to watch ads since there’s one forced down your throat every 30 seconds and it completely ruins gameplay. Unfortunately, income from ads chosen to be watched by the players was not enough for Tatem Games. They got greedy and decided this money was far more important than their players and ruined a perfectly enjoyable game. Deleted.

I’m only playing this game because of Swagbucks. This game is evil. They make things cost a ton of coins while you earn them so slowly. Not to mention you have multiple *expensive* purchases to make. At least they give you an out though right? You can watch as many ads as you want for 1 buck. I get ads is how the game developers make money, but it feels like the point of this game is for me to watch ads or else the gym members will be unhappy all the time. It’d be more fun if we could earn coins a smidge faster. Otherwise I’ll be putting days into this game, not make the cut off for the reward, & then that’s it. How many others are playing this game in hopes of it being mutual beneficial & are left getting their time stolen? I’ve read reviews of people coming from different rewards based apps that feel the same way. It’s like I’m the one being played.

Better, but definitely not good
Extremely easy to mid-click either the customer or the exercise. Play area can be EXTREMELY cluttered. Encountered what I assume is a bug with the first special customers that come back and visit multiple times for particular machines and routines where they do not display on the bottom and you are left guessing what it is they want to do. Still, this is a huge improvement over the “My Gym” sim.
Annoying that saved game keeps resetting to lvl 1
I’m having an annoying time where I’ll log in and be back at level one. Then I have to email the devs to replace my original game. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. It started after an update some months back where they changed the look of the game.
