I used Olive for the very first time recently and it’s amazing that their eKYC technology lets me open an account, apply for financing or do transactions digitally without having to be physically present at the counters. Who doesn’t dream of all this? Especially when work life gets in the way or if i just want to avoid the queues at Bibdattamwil. The bibdattamwil representative did the process through the olive app accordingly and voila, it’s done. Very efficient and fast - With no hassles. I can also check my remaining loan payments for my vehicle and consumer products. Tracking is easy too with the app. So, well done, BIBDAtTamwil for these amazing efforts. Keep it up! Looking forward to more features in the future.

Tedious and Repetative
Whats the point of having the option of Save and Continue Later when you have to actually fill in everything again from the beginning? Time to change the option to Thank you for letting us waste your time

clearly wasted half an hour to keep on trying. couldn’t understand why. i am following the instructions. “face recognition not match” i don’t even know why.
Scanning Identification Card Crashes
I am unable to complete the third step to finish registering my Olive Pro account. The app keeps on crashing and I have to login over and over again. I guess I’ll have to go to Tamwil BIBD and pay at the counter.

Rescan ID card everytime
Anytime i log in to this app, it asks me to rescan my ID card. EVERYTIME without fail. No matter how clear or whatever lighting i use. It will accept it at first but the next time i log in, it'll ask me to rescan my ID again. Not to mention the actual in-app interfaces aren't very user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Why is there a timer to the previews of my existing financing and savings account?
Slow Process on Online Application Approval
I applied for consumer product financing. Receive notification it will be processed in 3 days.. Now it's almost a week, still no update.

Tried connecting my card with the app for the ease of paying my car and it keep saying check security settings is enabled which I have no clue how to do - I contacted their help centre and they told me to call my bank instead but my bank has said I dont have to enable anything from their part so I told them and they said to use another bank card, again, same issue, it says check security settings is enabled - contacted the help centre and again they told me to contact my bank. I have given up and now have to figure out how to just make time to go to the counter over my lunch break to pay for my car. This app is meant to make it more helpful

The camera for scanning ID needs to have focus features

Took hours to finish all these scan face features, it also drains my battery.

Wasted my time
Calculations needs to be more accurate. Stop wasting agents time to prepare for a quotation and get buyers to share their salary slip in the end my application is not approved. Got my hopes up for nothing.
