Die Workouts machen echt Spaß
Ich nutze die App jetzt schon eine Weile und bin wirklich zufrieden. Es gibt viele verschiedene Workouts und man findet eigentlich immer etwas, das gerade passt. Die Übungen sind gut erklärt und die App ist einfach zu bedienen. Macht Spaß und motiviert mich, öfter zu trainieren!
Verbesserungswürdig
Voller Vorfreude habe ich mir ein Laufband Stread Lite inkl. der Sportstech Live App gekauft. Die automatische Geräte Synchronisation in Sachen Geschwindigkeit / Neigung bei den Workouts hinkt konstant zwischen 30-60 Sekunden hinterher, was ziemlich ärgerlich ist. Ebenfalls negativ ist folgendes: Wenn man mal kurz aus der App rausgeht und anschließend mit einem begonnenen Workout weitermachen möchte, kommt stets eine Fehlermeldung. Nach ein paar Stunden funktionierts dann wieder… Ich freu mich auf Updates!!
Grund Solide
Grundsolide App für Leute die mehr Sport machen wollen und sich Motivation beim gesünder leben und kochen holen wollen. Wollte letztendlich nur mehr Schritte durch das Walkingpad sammeln weshalb ich die App jetzt nicht all zu oft nutze. Ansonsten als Einstiegsmöglichkeit gut geeignet 👍🏼
Achtung Abofalle
Ich habe mich für das sPad1000 entschieden, da es für mich nach der Beschreibung den Idealen Kompromiss aus Walking Pad für das Home Office und Laufband für leichtes Joggen darstellte. Schnell aufgebaut, Verarbeitung gut, funktioniert einwandfrei, eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Warum also nur 2 Sterne? Die integration der Apple Watch und das übertragen der Trainings zu Apple Health wird hinter einer Aboschranke versteckt (gerade beim Walking bei der Arbeit zeichnet die Watch selbst nicht richtig auf, da die Hände ja auf der Tastatur sind). Für mich ein NoGo für so eine wichtige Funktion (die ehrlicher Weise jetzt kein monatlichen Enwicklungsaufwand bedeutet) monatlich nochmals Geld abgreifen zu wollen.Per one-time-buy würde ich das Feature abhängig vom Preis durchaus nachkaufen, aber doch bitte nicht für 90€/Jahr. Das empfinde ich als ziemliche Abzocke. Moderierte Trainings oder Essensrezepte brauche ich persönlich nicht.
SGym Pro
Ich habe mir das sGym Pro und mir wirklich viel von der App erhofft. Ich dachte, ich kann Workouts bearbeiten, vergangene einsehen, Details aus meinem Training, aber überhaupt nichts davon. Die angebotenen workouts haben überhaupt nichts mit meinem Gerät zu tun, so dass ich einfach nur sagen kann, dass die App an sich gut aussieht und zum Login des Geräts gut funktioniert. Schade

Absturz
Ich laufe über 2 Stunden während dessen hat sich vor längerer Zeit schon die App verabschiedet und somit wurde nichts aufgezeichnet. Schon das zweite Mal passiert das geht nicht. Update : nie wieder kaufe ich eines eurer Produkte.
Gute App für den Einstieg
Die App ist ganz gut, um Motivation für das Indoor Fahrrad fahren zu bekommen. Die Landschaftsvideos gehen bestimmt besser, aber motivieren einen dennoch. Die Trainings Videos sind gut, um das Bike zu verstehen und den Einstieg in diese Sportart zu erhalten.
Pas d’entraînement en français
L’application pour être très bien, mais il n’y a pas d’entraînement en français. C’est dommage.
Laufband sehr gut – aber unklare Sicherheitsvorgaben und enttäuschender Support
Das Laufband selbst macht grundsätzlich einen guten Eindruck und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Bei meiner ursprünglichen Lieferung fehlten allerdings sowohl das Netzkabel als auch die Fernbedienung. Nachdem ich Sportstech darauf hingewiesen hatte, wurden beide Teile erfreulicherweise schnell und unkompliziert nachgeliefert. Das möchte ich ausdrücklich positiv hervorheben. Danach ist allerdings ein Problem aufgetreten, das meinen Gesamteindruck deutlich trübt: Das nachgelieferte Original-Netzkabel ist nur ca. 1 Meter lang. Laut Bedienungsanleitung sollen bei der Aufstellung gleichzeitig bestimmte Sicherheitsabstände eingehalten werden – unter anderem 30 cm vor dem Gerät, 1 m auf beiden Seiten und 2 m hinter dem Laufband. Außerdem finden sich Sicherheitshinweise zur Verwendung des Originalkabels bzw. zur Stromversorgung. Da sich der Stromanschluss vorne am Laufband befindet, habe ich Sportstech deshalb eine eigentlich sehr einfache Frage gestellt: Darf für dieses Laufband ein Verlängerungskabel verwendet werden oder nicht? Sportstech teilte mir zunächst lediglich mit, dass das ca. 1 m lange Kabel für dieses Modell Standard sei. Auf erneute Nachfrage wurde bestätigt, dass weder ein längeres Original-Netzkabel noch ein alternatives längeres Kabel vom Hersteller vorgesehen ist. Meine entscheidende Frage blieb aber unbeantwortet: Wie soll das Gerät unter Einhaltung der Herstellervorgaben angeschlossen werden, wenn das Originalkabel die Steckdose nicht erreicht? Und darf in diesem Fall eine Verlängerung verwendet werden? Ich habe diese Frage daraufhin nochmals ausdrücklich gestellt und um eine klare Antwort „Ja oder Nein“ gebeten. Statt einer Antwort erhielt ich schließlich die Aufforderung, „Bilder des Schadens aus verschiedenen Perspektiven“ einzusenden. Einen Schaden hatte ich allerdings zu keinem Zeitpunkt gemeldet. Meine Anfrage bezog sich ausschließlich auf die korrekte und sichere Stromversorgung des Laufbands. Das finde ich bei einer Frage zu den eigenen Sicherheits- und Betriebsvorgaben des Herstellers sehr enttäuschend. Gerade hier hätte ich von Sportstech eine klare technische Auskunft erwartet und nicht mehrere Antworten, die an der eigentlichen Frage vorbeigehen. Mein Fazit: Das Laufband selbst gefällt mir grundsätzlich und auch die schnelle Nachlieferung der ursprünglich fehlenden Fernbedienung und des Netzkabels war positiv. Der technische Kundensupport bei meiner anschließenden Frage ist bislang allerdings enttäuschend. Eine einfache und für den sicheren Betrieb relevante Frage konnte mir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht beantwortet werden.

Wie kann man so eine KATASTROPHE entwickeln. Ich muss mich permanent neu einloggen mit 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung, sms Kommen nicht. Lasst den Quatsch.

Ich habe doch einiges mehr erwartet - nichts aufregendes, sondern nur, dass man vielleicht parallel eine Smartwatch Verbinden kann, dass die Anzahl der Schritte mit abgespeichert werden, dass es keine Diskrepanz zwischen der Anzeige meines Laufbandes mit der App gibt, mehr Landschaften, … - Sinnvoll wäre vielleicht eine kleine „Bedienungsanleitung“ für die App (nichts großes halt). Preis/Leistung passt in meinen Augen nicht.

Die App ist in Ordnung, der Umfang der Workouts für mein sBike dürfte grösser sein. Und auch die Freerides hätte ich mir interaktiver gewünscht, wie andere Apps dies tun.

Login issues
I’m not sure what size battery I am supposed to use for the remote & the app will not allow me to login. I have sent the OTP to my number a hundred times and it will not come through. I’ve even used a different number and it still hasn’t worked. Bluetooth is connected. But the wall pad is not working.
Please add Subtitles and more workouts.
I like this app a lot, there’s so many different workouts to do and they also work with beginners. However, I wish they had the option to put subtitles on for those who don’t speak German ( and for Germans who don’t speak English.) so we can be able to use the app more efficiently without trying to guess what to do next. It’s a little different trying to do specific workouts if you don’t understand the language.

En mi caso lo utilizo con una de sus bicicletas. Hace años que no hay actualización de clases, por lo menos en inglés (olvidaros del español). El servicio técnico inexistente. Mas de 1 mes mandando mails y sin contestación. Al final conseguí por mi cuenta arreglarla y después de 3 meses sigo sin respuesta

Pitiful APP for English
I haven’t even gotten my walking pad treadmill yet, but based upon the app, I’m already considering returning it after it arrives!! The APP only has most of the content in German even though English is chosen!! Very dissappointed and frustrated!!

Schade das die App keine gratis Training hat, us alles kostet.. klar kann man das Gerät auch ohne nutzen aber 10.- fr find ich echt hoch und für eine 4Köpfige Familie die das Teil benutzt müsste da jeder für sich ein Abo abschliessen?

Add Subtitles and/or have a translation button
I just recently purchased the sWalk treadmill and love it. However, the app is in German. Even though I set the language for English, it still shows everything in German. All of the workouts are in German. I don’t understand what the trainers are saying. Please make an English version of the app or have a translation button to change the language. Until then, I guess I’ll have to use the “quick start” which defeats the purpose of having an app. Also, when I use the preset programming with the remote control on the treadmill, it does not upload the data to the app. I’m not sure why. I really wanted to give this review 5 stars. UPDATE: May 11, 2024 I decided to return the sWalk treadmill after 6 days. The other problem I had with the app was is that it recorded my walks in kilometers instead of miles, even when I set the measurement to miles. The duration of time was off along with the “pause” feature that was hard to restart without resetting your accumulated time and distance. Therefore, I am deleting this app.

Great concept but…
The software is not well looked at: Faulty heartbeat frequency detection (using an Apple Watch). Don’t shutdown a workout if not finished. Then you are locked in and it doesn’t let you back in. Filters for difficulty, device type don’t work. Not possible to filter workouts that would be adapted to your device. The walking pad spad500 is great and this would make it so much better if this was working properly. Hence for now not paying and canceling the trial. I’ll watch YouTube while working out instead. @App developer feel free to contact me if you want to reproduce the issues and try to fix them.

Fonctionnait très bien ce matin, puis cet am, impossible de lancer « start workout ». ?? Machine redémarrée, appli redemarrée, IPhone redemarré ??l’appli se connecte à la machine Bluetooth ok donc !!!!! C’est quoi le délire !?!?!?!?!?! Rien n’y fait ! Un correctif svp vite !!!!!!!!!!! Aujourd’hui 06/11/2024 : c’est formidable … le contrôle de la machine par l’appli est revenu mais depuis hier 14h, c’est les données « WORKOUT » (le temps la distance la durée ) qui ne sont plus comptabilisés… Ok donc appli bidon qui ne sera jamais stable …
Pourquoi pas une version Française
L’application semble complète, mais pas de version française! C’est dommage et cela laisse sûrement des gens sur le côté !
