Delay of approval
I think this is one of the worst insurance ever, I recently went to clinic for only dental cleaning but was rejected, only cleaning and still got rejected. I reviewed my policy and clearly state that I’m fully covered with it. So disappointed

I found it amazing to have altawaniah التعاونية as my health insurance. Its quick and very convenient as well as very caring for all patients.
Not so great
Get ready for multiple rejections (for no apparent reason) and long waiting times. My friend went in, saw the doctor, and did his blood test while I sat in the waiting room for Tawuniya to partially approve my blood tests one by one. The only thing I gained from a 1 hour + wait in the is to warn you from getting this horrendous (A+ level) health insurance

Buggy
Yes the basics work but that’s it. Lots of areas give “unknown failure” or “contract administrator” error messages. And to chat you must have another app (WhatsApp) installed; don’t want to install this spying app? Then no chat for you.

الموافقات يجب ان تكون مؤتمته بطريقه سريعه وتضمن ان تشرك المريض ومزود الخدمه وشركة التامين لابداء رأيه بشكل اسرع ويضمن تقديم خدمه اسرع وبشكل اسهل وواضح

approvel is so hard from tawuniya employees and ment to not appove to save money even when you sumi the papers. also there is no way in the application to complain and try to tell them your employee disapproval the bills even we sure we sumit the right bills and papar as requested. it is so hard to deal with tawuniya employees. they also do not read the history of the hospitals of the paition to check if the bills to confirm, the just rejected the requested and make the deal with tawuniya is so hard
Want to call a real person no way for that to happen
Worst customer service in the world you only chat with bots, when you try to speak with a real person the option isnt even there, great coverage but no one to speak to!

Bugs in the Vitality program section
I have been using tawuniya vitality program for almost one year. I have faced a issue regarding the points and level. Every week I achieved the target points and earned the coins. But the level is not changing. When i check the level points history it is still in 2024. I already reported this issue may 2 months before,but still there is no update for this bug.

How the approval are communicated with customers? Developers thinking only as a developer not at all as customer experience So try and use the customer experience in front . Personally I’m using it but not at all healthy app and customer friendly app
