Mental certainty app for my hormone journey
I’ve only recently started using Ovafit, but it has already given me so much clarity. For the first time, I feel like I understand the specific issues behind my PCOS instead of just feeling overwhelmed. The way the information is explained has helped me understand what I need to work on and has given me a clear, structured plan to stay consistent. It’s made the whole process feel much more manageable, and I’m excited to continue using it.
Unrealistic prices
While I follow you on tiktok and like your content, I was excited about this app. You have all the right to gain money in return but the prices set are too high and unrealistic. You can actually make much more by reducing the subscription fees and having many more subscribers in return. The app idea is great and many women will want to use it but you’re setting it to failure by imposing such high fees while not even allowing a trial period.
Very good but costs too much
The app is great and the vast amount of information is so insightful and helpful for anyone with PCOS. The recipe suggestions and the trackers are good However, I don’t believe £30 per month is a fair price for the app. I think the app would need to offer more for that price.
Love this app & supplements!
This app and the supplements on ovafit have changed my life in helping me reverse my pcos/pmos symptoms and i’ve never felt better and happier! I have never been as educated as i am on my condition and the app helped me so much especially with the overwhelm of meals and workouts! Thank you for creating a safe community for me and creating this app and the supplements for allowing me to reverse my pmos naturally!
Not really helpful
I was so looking forward to using this app but you can’t even get onto it without purchasing a subscription. I get not everything can be fore free but to have an app that is completely useless without spending money is sad. Again another app supposedly trying to help women with PCOS only trying to profit.
Good app
Good app and gives loads of recipes. The recipes can be quite hard to follow with the measurement units but once used to it it is fine. Quite expensive but good for recipes and fitness and tracking and helpful information!
Sooo expensive
It has great features but it is so expensive if you're not in the US/earning USD.
PCOS App
I’ve had the app for about a week now . I am still learning to navigate the app but I am finding it very easy to use. I bought the app mostly for the slow weighted workouts because to my knowledge no one else has workouts like this specifically for women who have PCOS. I am loving the workouts and I am confident that I will see results like never before. I also decided to in addition to already going gluten free to try to go diary free for 30 days. The information is very informative and science based that Tallene shares. I feel like her and her husband actually really care about the many women that they are helping and changing lives. I bought the year subscription so I look forward to using the apps functions and recipes. So far I love it and find it easy to use . The only thing that is a bummer is that the workouts don’t work to put them on my tv . But that so far is the only bummer and my husband thinks he can fix it .
Sadly rubbish
I did the free trial thinking this would help with my PCOS. I delete and unsubscribed yet I was charged for the full year (£143). Now I am down £143 before Christmas and don’t even have the app. Not want someone needs when trying to get through life with PCOS just trying to make her life a little easier.
Cysterhood edu
Must try
Good BUT….
Good app with helpful resources. However, everytime my husband logs into the app on his phone, it logs me out of the app on my phone (and vice versa). We tackle my PCOS as a team and it would be ridiculous to pay for a subscription for each of us.
Cysterhood
I love this app I’ve started an anti inflammatory diet and this app has help me with recepies with no gluten an dairy free thank you❤️
Over charged
The amount asked foe before any trial is just too much. Even after trial it shouldn't be that pricy. I rather get free advice on line. Im deleting the app.
Amazing
Woman with PCOS don’t have many options in weight and diet management and this app really provide helps to many who need.
A lot of growth for this app
There are a lot of resources on this app but I wish there was an option to access a limited amount for free and have exclusive content to make money, or have ads for the free version.
Great App
This app has been helpful in me keeping track of things I'm doing to help my PMOS, and has great recipes that I know are good for me and my body and aren't making my PMOS worse.
£30 a month??
Was so excited to Downloads this app as I love the TikToker but the monthly subscription is a joke. I did expect a fee but £30 a month is ridiculous
So much support
There’s so much information readily available on the app; from the recipes, meal plans, workouts and support videos. If you have a Facebook (I don’t) then you also have access to the Facebook community. It is a bit pricey but you do get a lot; it can be overwhelming at first because it can feel like too much… but once you get the hang of it and be choosey, it’s great.
Lots of Info
Good info but the app itself is glitchy it doesn’t track as well as other weight loss apps. It’s quite pricey for content and there is no free trial to try it out. I am not sure I will continue with it after the first month.
Motivating
This app was designed so well. I am so motivated to get PCOS under control!
£30 month
Not a chance and without a free trial too.
Great app
Great app to manage PCOS
Amazing app
Amazing app and resource! I especially love the recipe page where you can meal plan and the calls Tallene holds where you can ask her any questions you want.
It's okay
I downloaded this app thinking it would be like a mix of my fitness pal and the period app Flo. I wasted £30. I have not used this app once at all!! There should be a 3 day trial so I could have seen the app first. I do want my money back.
Great App
The only downside to this app is that it is quite a pricey subscription 💸
Best workout and meal plans!
This app is so easy for tracking your PCOS meals and daily habits. This app also has so many workout options too!
Not very helpful if in the UK
You can’t see the app without paying £29.99 per month, there isn’t that much info on the app that isn’t on google so in my opinion not really helpful. Also more difficult to get ingredients for recipes in the UK as not the same. The recipes don’t look fab really. Would have preferred to try it for a month half price or something. Waste of money.
Great place to start your PCOS recovery journey!
This app is a one stop shop! Great recipes, exercises and overall useful resources for women with PCOS.
Extortion
Obscene amount to charge!! Proof that no one “just wants to help”
Love the app.very helpful
I just love this app n recepies they share and specially the workouts in app very effective for pcos i startd since a week Feel so good.
Disappointing
The fact that there is no free version with ads, or option for a free trail is very disappointing. I just got diagnosed with PCOS this week and was looking for a place to start with support. I can’t afford the prices set here
