Log in issue
The app was working very well and one day i could not log in . I called the customer service many times and reported the issue but nothing happened. No follow up from the support. Very disappointed

Many bugs in the app
Lot of bugs in the app everytime I logged out or delete the app I must call to get an OTP as it is not send directly to the mobile like all apps When you delete one bank account it is reserved on your data and can not be added again as the app show the account already exist You can not change your primary account by another one

Horrific UI
The app’s user interface is extremely chaotic! Too difficult to navigate through and find info. The product is great, although too risky to invest large sums into such poor app.
Great app, very 3.4.5 need update
Very useful and easy use investment app. Update: version 3.4.6 is working smooth on ios 17. Thnx. However, version 3.4.5 always crash on ios 17. Please fix this bug.
Flunked update
Update won’t download, if you’re working with people’s money you have to know what you’re doing, stupid update and silly team not to take the right quality assurance measures, I’m not allowed to access my money unless I download the update that won’t download. You should do the right testing and user scenarios before shipping the wrong product.

The app crashes when you choose your nationality “Egyptian “ only!! It prompt to scan your ID then it crashes Technical team failed to resolve the issue for the last two weeks.

صفحات متجمدة لاتنزلق up down
لايعمل حيث ان صفحة تعبئة البيانات لاتنزلق لاسفل او أعلى ولايمكن إكمالها لانها متجمدة على الرغم إني iOS 15.8 وحتى بعد تجربته على اندرويد وعليه يبدوا ان خاصية التصفح أعلى وأسفل الصفحة مفقودة وشكرا كنت احب ان أكون احد المشاركين في هذا النوع من الاستثمار لذا اتمنى سرعة وصول المشكلة للفنيين لاصلاحها في زمن قصير
