Very bad service
More than 4 months and the account is still not activated although I visited the branch and contacted customer service more than 6 times without any solution
Excellent Update 08-12-2025
The latest (today’s) update is the most awaited version, that has a very practical categorized and summarized data. My only concern is the App. performance issue (but not huge). Thanks a lot,,,

Very good App
The App has all the features and functionality that I need to trade effectively, and the level of customization and flexibility provided is excellent.
هيرميس
أسوء تطبيق أسهم ممكن تستخدمه في حياتك ، هيرمس شركه محترمه وعريقه ، عملائها يستحقون تطبيق افضل من هذا .
Stock details
Stock details are non clickable from my portfolio after clicking view list. This is very annoying. Appreciate if you can fix it.
The app dont have egx30 and egx70 index points live streaming!!
he app dont have egx30 and egx70 index points live streaming!!
Egypt?
I do not think this app is working in Egypt as I do not find the egystocks list
Crash
on my iPad Air 3 with iOS 26.5 and older version the app always crashes after submitting an order Also, sometimes placing an alert is tricky and can’t be done at the first trial I will, hopefully, change my rating after you fix that
Fund my account
I hope you activate funding the account through a debit card soon. Thanks
Camera can’t focus on ID when scanning
I am having a hard time when activating my account. The camera won’t focus on the national ID and thus the image is blurry and I can’t verify my account. Please fix it
Stock details
After 5th of August 2024 update, I became not applicable to see stock details after viewing your complete list of stocks. This is very annoying.
Registration OTP
I've been trying to register for two days, but the OTP takes forever to arrive. When I finally got a code and entered it, the app told me it was wrong, even though it was correct !!
Face ID
We need face ID to login
Dark mode needed and data is not compacted
Dark Mode is needed in the new application like in the old one as the current bright mode is tiring for the eyes. Data is presented in a good format but it lacks to be compact like in the old app so we can’t easily see the overall picture. Old personalized watchlists are not accessible.
Bad experience
The app requires too much information, hard to use, delete it and get out of the market guys you don’t deserve it
App missing important shares information
EFG-Hermes One (previous app) had more information on shares such as - 52 Week High and 52 Week Low While this app doesn’t?!!!! Also, you need to add more information about shares such like: - Dividends and Ex Dividend date - Splits and Ex Dividend date - Upcoming events and important dates - 52 Week High and 52 Week Low
Apparently they’re not interested in new clients
I’ve an active and reliable investor code, and my account is approved and activated already. I spent more than 3 working days with my application account in the „pending“ status, which means I can’t even deposit money to start work. I’ve tried to contact their customer support over and over again, and I’ve had the same response every time: we are waiting for management’s response. Why? Everything should be more smooth since we know that money should be moving from one asset to another to catch the opportunity, and now I don’t think I can catch the designated IPO or even have the desired stocks with a reliable price due to my late arrival and prices going up. I felt like they are telling me, „Keep your money where it is; it’s good for both of us.“
Frequent updates
Why so many updates, i find it difficult to recognize and adapt to the new changes and suddenly a new update is already in place, not to mention the bug issues that follows new app changes.. stop the new app changes and work on improving the existing bugs
الإصدار الحالي بطيئ جدا
التطبيق لا يعمل باقي ساعة على بداية الجلسة
My account got deactivated without warning.
The top of my screen now says pending account activation out of no where. With no instructions on how to reactivate my account again. I will do it, but then I will switch to a different stock trading platform because this is horrendous.
Can’s install from USA
Couldn’t install after many trials! CS wasn’t any help. They gave a couple of options like whatsup # but none of it worked either!
