The best by far
Mubasher is the best trading app in the region
Best broker but worst app
Mubasher is by far the best broker in Egypt based on customer service, pricing and mutual funds availability however their app is outdated, complicated and has multiple errors ranging from wrong profit & loss calculations till order declining for no reason. I hope to see an update to the app after the huge amount of complains from multiple users.
The worst app I have ever seen
I had to delete the app. 2 times !?!! And register so far 3 times to make it work at the end I gave up , and YES I did contact customer service TWICE !!! And their replies , can you please try to register AGAIN , and AGAIN !!!!!
Good app, but UI needs work
The app needs a lot of improvements on the user interface to be more user-friendly and easy to use. otherwise, the app is good.

Been using the app for 10 years and it’s the best trading platform in Egypt by far
No customer service
Very bad customer service. My money gets stuck for days and sometimes weeks, and this issue keeps happening. Customer support doesn’t really help.
PW&UID Remembrance
The App ignore the Remembrance switch completely whether on or off and require input of both every time

Super easy to use and start trading — you don’t need to be a finance expert to figure it out. The app looks clean, runs smooth, and you can trade without much hassle.
The endless loop
Endless loop trying to reset the password. The PIN number sent isn’t accepted by the application. Useless

I can’t open it after the upgrade
It asks me to download the new version every time I try to open it although I already downloaded the updated one
