I think I have found the diamond in the rough with my supplier VINTAGE-VOYAGE is becoming one of the best clothing supplier I’ve ever had the team over @vintage-voyage have almost become friends my son and I talk to them like friends not customers I highly recommend giving these guys a go never been let down they have been understanding when I was in hospital and still stuck to there original price , absolutely brilliant team over @vintage-voyage thank you from yoyosmarket
Sold fake - refused refund
I brought a reworked bundle from a vendor, the site is supposed to have buyer protection I submitted all evidence of fake items and both support and vendor stopped contacting me. Now I’m down £70 with 8 pieces I cannot sell. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

La plateforme Fleek en elle-même n’est pas forcément mal conçue : l’interface est plutôt agréable et l’idée de départ est intéressante. En revanche, mon expérience avec de nombreux vendeurs présents sur la plateforme a été très décevante. Une grande partie des vendeurs auxquels j’ai eu affaire semblent être basés au Pakistan ou en Afghanistan et proposent, selon mon expérience, des produits qui m’ont semblé être des contrefaçons ou des articles de très faible qualité. Le plus problématique reste la gestion des litiges : certains vendeurs refusent les remboursements et il faut parfois mener de longues démarches pour obtenir une solution. Il est également important de rappeler que la vente de produits contrefaits est illégale, qu’elle soit réalisée à titre professionnel ou par un particulier, en France comme dans de nombreux autres pays. Une plateforme qui facilite ce type de commerce devrait donc renforcer considérablement ses contrôles et la vérification des vendeurs. Dans mon cas, après près d’un mois d’échanges et de démarches, j’ai finalement réussi à obtenir un remboursement grâce à l’intervention du support Fleek. Je reconnais donc que le service client a fini par apporter une solution, mais le parcours a été particulièrement long et difficile. Je crains cependant que tous les utilisateurs n’obtiennent pas forcément le même résultat. Fleek devrait davantage protéger ses acheteurs, contrôler plus efficacement les vendeurs présents sur sa plateforme et lutter activement contre la mise en vente de produits potentiellement contrefaits.

Bought 10 pairs of hoka runnih shoes. 8 of them rubbish. Cant even resell them. Even if I was trying my best. Fleeks team did very bad quality check. They should not send me thsese. Never again!
Mostly good
For the most part, the app is great. I’ve made a few orders from different vendors and a majority of the items I’ve been delighted with — no strong lingering smell, good quality and as show/described and relatively fast shipping, considering the whole process it goes through. Only a missing button and a few small unmentioned marks, but in terms of the items themselves it’s been great and nothing that can go unfixed. I’ve been using the build a bundle feature more than pre-made bundles and love it! I will say there is some risk that comes with using the app and buying from specific vendors, based off reviews so I recommend checking their reviews thoroughly, and inspecting the items photos/listing before purchasing. My other thing is the app seems to be quite glitchy, for me at least. The main example of this being when I search something up, a brand or specific item, when I scroll for more than a few minutes I start seeing the same 4 items repeated and the page glitches and the app has even crashed completely a few times. Other times items have just been slow to load and my phone has overheated somehow? Also when looking over my placed orders it’s like it takes you to a website within the app instead of just a page in app, which I found weird and it was usually hard to navigate. Overall it’s great and I can resell everything I’ve bought, just wish the app was a bit smoother and I’d say just be cautious what you buy!
Gone downhill
Been using fleek for approx 2 years now, Prices have increased, is cheaper to source closer to home. Still waiting for orders from April/May. Build a bundle is overpriced also, have to spend supplier minimum then supplier comes back to say 50/60% of items are not in stock and provide sub-par alternatives. When receive items with problems suppliers then say I have to place a 30 pc minimum order and they will send me one item for free- ridiculous that I then have to pay more money to place an order due to receiving items with issues. Fleek is a waste of time, I used to spend £1k-£2k monthly there, in the past month ive placed substantially less orders, many of which I’ve had to cancel due to supplier not having the stock.
Good app overall decent prices
I have bought off of fleek a few times and spent alot of money on this app but my first big purchase wasn’t the best, they didn’t send what I was expected to get. Sometimes if you choose a good supplier, then they can be very loyal to you and if there’s issues they can sort it out. There has been a few more orders since that first big one that haven’t been as good as I expected. I would recommend messaging the supplier and asking them can you see what they choose for you or a handpick. The app is really slow for me personally it changes from Web to an app which is really frustrating and I think should be fixed.

I have never used an app with such a slow, unresponsive, unreliable & buggy user interface. If you are on it longer than 10 minutes it will crash. The constant bombardment of notifications is also extremely annoying as-well. The support team is replay useless, in a bundle of 80 branded items, costing me £900, over 50% were fake. All I was offered was a £20 fleek credit. Laughable & illegal. It’s a shame because if the company actually invested in the app it would be so great. Lazy work imo

Viele Seller, die man aber mit Vorsicht raussuchen muss. Einige wirken dubios aber wenn man mit sellern schreibt, handpicks macht oder exakt pieces kauft treten meist keine große Probleme auf und wenn dann, ist Fleek team bereit zu helfen.
£65 minimum per store
i loved the build a bundle feature but they have now introduced a £65 minimum per store which renders the whole idea redundant. it’s virtually impossible to reach the limit without buying stuff you don’t want. Has definitely dettered me from buying as it’s cheaper now to go back to my old supplier
Sourcing international is cool.
But the prices for the pieces is a little outrageous. I never gave it a shot rather just find the pieces myself. Too expensive.

Giving out personal information
I have been using fleek for a while the app itself is good as long as you get from the right buyers. But recently I have been getting multiple calls from people knowing my name, phone number and the fact I resell and telling me how they work in drug houses and can give me better deals. I have tried to reach out to fleek multiple times about this issue and have been ignored a please be careful.

I find the app pretty easy to use, lots of choice and the quality of my items has been accurate. My only critique is that I wish there was more brands on the filter section and the app can be a bit glitchy, like the videos can take ages to load
Was great now rubbish
I was an avid lover and buyer of fleek, perfect place to get your stock from different suppliers by handpicking. Now they’ve changed it where you have to have a minimum spend of £65 with per supplier so you cannot and pick choose a minimum of ten items from different suppliers but rather, spend £65 with each supplier. This is not feasible when having multiple favourite suppliers.

Don't bother
The app just seems to be a way for Indian and Pakistan clothing sellers to connect with the UK audience. Their customer service is non-existent. The support from the Fleek app is non-existent. The whole thing is just stressful. I've heard so many bad things about this app I don't know why I even bothered downloading it in the first place. Don't make the same mistake as me. Go elsewhere .

Be careful about the representative ones as they can come completely different. Some things have more marks than what is stated in the caption too.
Too many bugs and glitches
The prices and selection of sellers is great, but the app itself is dire. Needs so much work before it’s properly functional, the constant bugs make it offputting to use
Building a bundle is no more an option
It is a really good app but adding a fixed price value to the cart for each seller kills the purpose of building a bundle of your choice.Its more like forcing the buyer to buy a bundle from one seller even if he doesnt have all the items of your choice for a bundle.So building a bundle of your choice is not an option now.

Terrible service
Genuinely the worst service I have ever got first of all sending me an authentic items from their sellers and doing nothing about it and once they offer me a resolution that they’re just highly disrespectful they decide to cancel chats if I don’t respond within two hours when they text me at 5 am but then they take more than 24 hours to respond to me but that’s okay apparently. And offering no resolution to my venture account being banned when I sold their products which they guarantee 100% authenticity. Just don’t buy from here it’s shocking.

Overall I really like the ease of ordering with fleek. I usually get the preset bundles but have also occasionally done video call handpicks and would recommend.
App Malfunctions
Due to the app malfunctioning I ordered two sets of the same item. I asked them to refund me the money back multiple times but they have chosen to do certain items. Just be prepared if you want any refund from them in the future.
Serves its purpose
It’s good for buying wholesale, but it doesn’t half make the process tedious. Despite having had to update the app several times recently, the way it works is still so so poor. Scrolling through items is incredibly jumpy, it skips items then shows you the same ones over and over again until you inevitably refresh the app, open it up again and restart your search, just for it to for it again 3 minutes later. The picture quality on everything has decreased dramatically since the last update too. If you click on the picture to enlarge it it’s fine, but without doing that it is dreadful.

I payed £100 for an order, took 6 weeks to arrive, got sent the wrong items, was unable to get a refund or any sort of compensation. Would not recommend.
For vintage sourcing
Fleek makes it so much easier to connect with your first suppliers for vintage clothing sourcing. They really streamline the process and help alleviate the risks of trying a new supplier. The biggest opportunities are (1) ensuring that supplier costs are competitive - I’ve seen a bunch of the costs go up and that’s not profitable (2) making it easier to do a handpick! I’ve loved having handpick calls and get the best deals and really enjoy meeting suppliers like this — but this function is not clear in the app and not easy to schedule within the app.

Bad quality 10+ days for refund
Unfortunately my first time buying hasn’t gone well. The vender lied about the quality of the clothes which luckily fleek noticed & asked if I wanted a refund. However after waiting the suggested time for the refund still nothing. Chased them & they have basically sent the same message again saying it will take another week. No hope at all with getting my £100+ back from them. Very disappointed

Most Likely Never Buying Off Of Fleek Again
When you buy overseas, just know you’ll receive absolutely no ample warning of how much you might pay for import fees. (Paid the equivalent of half my order) Everything is overpriced, so much so to the point that making a profit is going to require you to purchase carefully. Only benefits of this app is that there’s a large selection of designer clothing. So if you have an established reselling store you can definitely make some money. Just don’t buy overseas unless you want to be a fool like I was.
Just an honest review
This was my first time buying from Fleek, and I want to share my experience to help others. Overall, the clothes I eventually received were great and I do like the concept of building your own bundle. But there were definitely some issues along the way. First off, when entering your address on their site, there’s a weird glitch where it autofills everything into a single line and you have to manually fix it. I had to double-check with customer service to make sure my address was correct because I didn’t want my $400 order going to the wrong place. They assured me it was fine, but then my packages ended up on a “custom hold” and started getting returned to sender. It turned into a big headache because different customer service reps gave me conflicting answers about whether my address was correct. Eventually, I had to go through my bank to start a dispute because it really felt like a scam at that point. In the end, though, I did receive my package about a week later and I actually loved the items. The tracking on their website is finicky, so I recommend using the UPS app directly to keep an eye on your shipment. Just be prepared for a longer wait and some hiccups. Overall, I’m happy with what I got, but the process was definitely bumpy. Hopefully they can fix these glitches in the future!

Never received my order
I ordered from Fleek and never even received my parcel. They haven’t helped in tracking it down or resolving the issue. DPD confirmed that only the sender (Fleek) can open a claim, but Fleek refused to do anything. They also delete messages if you mention your address or ask for a refund, which is ridiculous and shady. The seller of the items doesn't care either and won't reply to your messages which means I'm left to communicate a useless team that doesn't give two hoots about their customer base. It's been nothing but stress, zero accountability, and horrible customer service. I don't recommend ordering from Fleek if something goes wrong, you're on your own

super cool app to buy vintage wholesale. a little confusing to figure out at first, but once you understand it, it’s amazing.
Got charged & never got confirmation and nothing ever arrived
I had a great first interaction on fleek, I bought a bundle and it came in 3 weeks. Was happy enough to buy another, was immediately charged, but never sent any confirmation (but an invoice)in or out of app. Reached out to seller and they said they never said they received any notification about my order. I email fleeks emails to get assistance and I never heard back even days / a week later. I have a feeling I won’t be getting my money back . Unfortunate because I would love to order again, but now I’m too scared .

Whole website is a scam, no real customer service. Do not waste your money here. The customer service close the chats and leave you making more and more new chats to avoid dealing with the situation. Now being ignored by them. It’s so bad.
Overall pretty solid
Have now purchased twice on the app and pretty much satisfied with my purchases. One of my purchases was missing pieces so I got refunded, luckily the refund was already being processed before I even noticed anything wrong with the purchase in the first place. Great app and customer service is good. Although, definitely recommend doing your research on your supplier cause some are very clearly shaky selling fakes or straight forward unresponsive. Wish there was a way to directly rate the supplier more easily within the app but other than that it’s quite decent. Recommend for beginner resellers as there’s lower risk of non refundable scams.
