exorbitant price
I stopped using this app because shipping became too expensive with them.
The camera and search bar isn’t working
my app is updated to the most recent update but i try and use the camera to find a shirt and it doesn’t work or i try and search for the shirt but it never loads my search it just keeps me on the search bar which is really disappointing as i love using this app if you could roll out an update and fix this please
Needs more currencies
This app was perfect up until I went to buy something due to not having certain currencies available. I got to see everything in AUD but when I went to pay it switched to USD
Top quality agent
everything about this agent is good experience 👍🏻. add other currencies and itll be perfect
sugargoo is good but the app needs improvements
sugargoo is a really good shipping website and i love the services provided however the app itself needs improvements, the website and app is constantly not working where it may not load even after uninstall and reinstallation and the processes of the app is very slow. whenever i press a button or cart to open it takes a long time to load. furthermore, looking at the purchases and items in warehouse may be unclear because it takes a while to load when scrolling or some items dont appear and then items would be missed when shipping the parcel. i believe sugargoo is super good but there is room for improvements!
Bad service
Horrible service they my package on pending I messaged them and they still have not answered I recommend hoobuy over this
Won't let me sign in.
Whenever i go to sign in it just goes to a white screen and will not let me. Fix this, 2 updates have gone by and still cannot even use the app due to not being able to sign in
Absolutely recommended
When it comes to international shopping, SUGARGOO is my top choice. They consistently deliver an exceptional experience that keeps me coming back.
Thumbs down
Still won’t let you sign in. 😪L
