I do a purchase around of 100 They charge you the shipping for their warehouse and then they charged me 117 for shipping to my house after the 40% discount the package did not arrive and they told me that I had to talk to FedEx I lost a total of 240 dollars without response

Lo recomiendo si saben comprar con seguridad, aunque sean caros los envíos, es tener en cuenta el cupón y las opciones que te dan al preparar el paquete o sea, envase al vacío o bno ns ahi te sale algunas opciones, o pueden seguir instrucciones de influencers para guiarte mejor
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht
Insgesamt gemischte Erfahrung. Positiv war, dass der Support außergewöhnlich schnell geantwortet hat. Leider wurde mir wegen der Qualitätsprobleme der Ware kein passendes Angebot gemacht, sodass wir uns nicht einigen konnten. Zusätzlich stimmten die Gewichtsangaben beim Versand nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Paketgewicht überein, was ebenfalls problematisch war. Außerdem wurde ich später offenbar blockiert. Schade, denn mit einer faireren Lösung wäre meine Bewertung besser ausgefallen.

Está reseña es principalmente para aclarar las reseñas malas. Esta aplicación va muy bien si entiendes cómo funciona, si pides por pedir sin informarte de nada es obvio que te va a parecer una estafa, ahora, si te informas bien de cómo funciona no vas a tener ningún problema. Primero compras la ropa, para la gente que le llega lo que no ha pedido, la culpa es de esas personas, tú decides a qué vendedor le compras, Usfans solo se encarga de pedir lo que tú quieres. Lo segundo es que a ellos les llega al almacén, ahí te mandan fotos reales de lo que les ha llegado y te informan del mínimo problema. Lo último es el envío a la dirección que quieras, el precio del envío va por KG, puedes usar cupones de descuento para hacerlo más barato. También hay que escoger una buena línea de envío, que sea fiable y con tax free, para que no te detengan el paquete en aduanas. Una vez aclarado esto soy una persona con un 1 año de experiencia pidiendo en china y es recomendable y fiable siempre y cuando sigas estos pasos.

ho fatto un pacco da circa 5kg spedito tutto apposto, fin da subito non arrivavano notifiche e la prima notifica è arrivata dopo circa 5 giorni adesso è da quasi 25 giorni che sto aspettando il mio pacco ed è ancora fermo all’inizio della procedura dello sdogamaneto per il corriere dhl. ho contattato il servizio e mi è stato detto che ci vorrà qualche giorno prima che venga spedito ma sto aspettando da ormai 4 giorni. assistenza clienti utile risposte veloci con senso compiuto.

La app es muy buena, llega los pedidos, con base a calidad y precio y envío, son razonables, te envían fotos del producto y seguimiento. Único detalle, pueden tardar al más del mes en llegar los pedidos (dependiendo donde vivas)

Jedes Mal wird von meiner Karte mehr abgebucht als ich bezahlen muss. Bspw Rechnung ist 10,61€ inklusive alle Gebühren etc, auf einmal werden 11,14€ abgebucht. Schon zum 4. Mal passiert. Und nein das hat auch nichts mit usd-eur zutun. Es funktioniert zwar das alles an der App, aber so Sachen können halt nicht sein

La app podría tener mejoras que ayudarían bastante al vendedor como ver el numero de ventas que tiene cada producto o vendedor para así orientarte a la hora de pedir, también especificar mejor donde se quitan los embalajes y los tiempos de espera son un poco largos pero la calidad es correcta

Je vais vous dire tout ce qu’il va savoir parce que si t’as jamais commandé sur US fan faut que tu saches déjà les prix pas cher, mais tu dois rajouter de l’argent quand tu commandes pour les frais de port. Ensuite une fois que t’as payé tout ça, ils font annonce que t’as des prix d’expédition c’est-à-dire par exemple, tu payes 30 € et tu dois payer offre d’expédie pion, je dis n’importe quoi de 40 € ça fait que de payer 30 €, tu payes 70 € après la qualité bien je vous conseille de passer voir des TikTok discorde enlever personnellement ça pris presque un mois, mais sinon ça prend un mois et de mélanger, jamais tout petit appareil électronique avec accessoires et vêtements. Sinon c’est saisi par la douane feu un avec des vêtements que avec de l’électronique.

I previously gave the app 1 star because the shipping was and still is a bit misleading. See review below. BUT I just received the clothes and swimsuits I ordered from there and they are so cute and very high quality!!! So the USFans warehouse did a great job of making sure the quality was great and they also ensured the products were delivered to me well! I love the stuff I got! Their customer service is also very nice and helpful! They usually respond to inquiries within 24hours because of the time difference. To access them, you click the headphone icon. So the app and website are actually nice because they connect you to products on Taobao and other shopping sites in China. The website buy products for you, ship them to USFans warehouse, and then send you quality inspection photos for approval. You can request for a refund of products the products you choose to return during the return period. This is where it gets misleading: the shipping fee you initially get quoted after selecting a product is shipping cost to the warehouse NOT the shipping cost to you. So I thought I was getting incredible products for cheap price but then the shipping cost to my country is over $100 USD!!! So please calculate the REAL cost before you purchase anything.

I ordered a few things in two different orders and everything came on time and in perfect condition. Do your research and don’t just buy from unknown sellers, that’s the main reason most people get scammed. UsFans does not scam, it’s the seller of the product you buy. Would 100% recommend UsFans.
