Still exploring around, hence the 4 stars. So far the only thing I see missing is retail value information and mil rates. Like I said, still exploring. Great app.
Frustration- app is a time waster
I made the mistake of purchasing the 1 yr subscription. This app never recognizes my subscription and I have to restore purchases every time. Why? $89 for this dumb problem. This wastes my time. These people are not serious. Look elsewhere.

It will not get past the welcome page. When I click the “Agree” button it returns with “An error occurred. Please try again.”

Solid and capable app here. Provides all the information that I was looking for however, the one thing that I wish it had is more of the owner information like I’ve got property that’s for sale by owner right behind my house and it’s not listed in here as being for sale, so there’s obviously some type of disconnect, but otherwise pretty solid.

macOS version is broken
In Ventura, it used to work great, although I did not update it from the 1/26 version, it now it presents in iPhone size on Mac and the app is completely unusable.

VERY Frustrating!!!
Every time I want to log in it’s a HUGE ordeal! My Husband and I use the same account and I have do a two step auth and even then I can’t log in. When I am on our property, I don’t have internet. So if I’ve been logged out I can’t log in. And even if I could, I would have to have my Husband next to me to log in. This is far more complicated than it’s worth.

Land Owner Issue | MY LAND ISN'T PUBLIC
I own a unique piece of lakefront property, and this app incorrectly shows my land as public. Because of this, people have repeatedly accessed our property and insisted they had the right to be there because “the app says it’s public.” To resolve the issue, I worked with the county to update the official records, and the county corrected their GIS data months ago without any problem. When I notified the company, they told me their information comes from a third party that hasn’t updated since 2018 and said they would let me know when it was corrected. Meanwhile, other mapping apps—also using third‑party data—updated their information promptly. This company, however, claimed the issue was out of their hands. I’ve followed up multiple times and now receive no response at all. Because our land is unusual and people rely heavily on this app, we’ve even faced confrontations and threats from individuals who believe the incorrect map over our deed. You would expect the company to prioritize correcting inaccurate property information, but that has not been the case.

Just started using it for my job as an irrigation system service technician and it’s way easier to have all the plot codes together versus trying to use our book system organized by county!

The free features are amazing. I downloaded this only a few minutes ago and I’m super pleased. Other BLM, or map tracking applications like arcGIS just SUCK to use on the phone. This makes planning hikes or rockhounding trips much easier!
