Love MUNBYN!
Will 10/10 recommend Munbyn to any business owner. So grateful for their help when I needed it!
Works 10% of the tim
almost never works, only works over a wired connection
Update isn’t great
I’m probably going to stick with it as I’ve used for 3 years now. They just recently did an update that made it difficult to print clearly. Previously, when I had a sticker that had something a bit grainy, I’d click a button and it would clear right up. Now that option is gone. Maybe I’m just not seeing it but I’ve spent a couple hours messing with it so I don’t believe so. As I’ve had it 3,years, I will say it’s a pretty great printer. I’ve used it for all sizes of labels. Cleans easily. There are some label brands it won’t print on, which is disappointing, but lesson learned.
More choice
I strongly urge that you offer more choices of Labels in different colours in the Labels that you already do offer. This could be great for us moving forward and rely on using your products much more in the future rather than having to look for alternatives.

Make Multiple printing easy
Kindly update tour app and make selecti g mulitple images printing easy. Like any other thermal printer, i thought munbyn is more user friendly. But i can only print 1 image or lbel at a time unless i put all of the images together in pdf and print them. Its too much work. I bought munbyn thinkibg it will be as smooth as my previous printer but im disappointed for some like me that needs to print so much at a time but would take so much time printing different labes one at a time. I hope you get to see this and consider updating the app
Okay, BUT ONE THING!
Why isn’t there a way for the app to automatically fill the size in for us? Having to crop each one is an annoyance I wasn’t expecting. It takes time and energy when it seems like it’d be the easiest of things to tweak, given the software we’re already using.
Camera comes on when using app
Everytime I use the Munbyn app, my camera turns on showing a green light!
Works good but asks to update every time
Every single time I open the app to print not only does it give me an add which is annoying, whenever I go to upload a new label a pop up with update app comes up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And I use the app daily so I know dang well there’s not an update everyday.
Best of the best
10/10 one of the easiest apps to use for designing stickers and printing
Very difficult to use their software
Very difficult to use their software. Half of the time the sticker doesn't lineup correctly on the more expensive printer at that. Not very many choices for premade and you can't edit the premade designs with your own text. They definitely need to improve it or I'm gonna change to a different sticker printer.
Stickers!!!
We love stickers!! We stick them everywhere but I want to encourage you to think about the kind that don’t leave a trace of stickiness behind when pulled off after use! And encourage you to go back to the matte type or thicker type sticker because my machine likes the older ones!! The newer ones run away and skip over 5-6-8-9 until it stops or finds a place to stop!! Just go back to the older ones please!! New way isn’t always best for the machine who does wonders for my business!!
Fonction offset
Font options
I’d really like to see better font options and when using a 2 x 2 inch label and using smaller icons / images they don’t print clear at all.
Excellent machine
I love using it
App
For several months whenever the app is opened you first have to look at an ad. Whenever I hit the “skip” button it takes me to the next page when then goes dark and I cannot click on anything. The app has been updated several times since this started happening and it never gets fixed. They essentially make the app impossible to use if you don’t click on the ad
It’s a good little printer.
I think it would be more popular if it allowed you to connect via USBC
constantly has to be deleted
if printer is switched off & you try to print again another day, phone cannot five printer. so frustrating.
Good product
Works well for my cake pop business labels

Not happy
Super!
Très facile à utiliser.
Text Box Mac OS
Press double click and try to get the text to work on Mac OSX… It’s very hard and not easy to do. Wish they would fix it!!
Used to be good
This used to be a decent app but ever since they have changed it and made us put in custom sizes rather than using the original sizes they had on it, it’s made the printing process longer every time, this is something that needs changing back, it’s as if they have gone backwards with their design.
Awesome product
Fast, professional, and user friendly
Worst app ever.
Every time I go to print a label it is not the correct size no matter how much I try to measure it up properly and align it, it prints on the shipping label paper too small. Which is wasting my labels! This shouldn’t take hours just to print one label! On top of that my munbyn printer is in great condition but everytime it goes through printer it gets stuck which creases my labels and I have to throw it away. Pls fix this munbyn. I’ve never wrote a review before but this is terrible I can’t even ship out one thing without having to use half the shipping labels to get it printed correctly.
You are so good at making some stuff

Munbyn App not allowing login or changes to paper sizes
The recent update has made the Munbyn app unusable. Not able to login and not able to select paper sizes when trying to print from file. Worked perfectly before. Not just a black white page where the paper options use to be.

Nice
Get rid of the stupid pop ups
Why am I constantly forced to skip pop ups and ads? I’ve paid for the device. Let me use it. Horrid experience. Hardware is fine, app can go in the bin.
Make landscape!
The product is great and I’m really happy with the printer and the quality of labels. HOWEVER, the app does need work. Make it more streamlined so it’s easier to simply click on your own custom designed labels (as that’s all anyone with a small business is using) and please allow the app to be landscape! I use it on my iPad in my shop (which is also the till) and because the app doesn’t go landscape i find myself turning my head to use it! Seems silly when everything else about the product is so well designed.
Plus possible d’imprimer
Gros beug Impossible d’imprimer
Printing label
Printing label sizes are too limited such as transparent label.
Good Product
I love the app. Designed my own label with ease. Well worth it!
Latest update broke it
Since the new update it now imports images as uncropped versions weirdly. Also since the new update my printer is suddenly printing with huge blank white spaces Stop updating the app when it worked fine before
Search option
The ability to enter a keyword to find what I’m looking for would be helpful. For example if I’m looking for a dog, being able to ask for “dog” instead of having to look through the whole catalog would be extremely helpful
Files Compatibility
Love to Australia Post intergrate with Munbyn to make printing easier and quicker
Love
Works great
no “save as” option
creating labels is a breeze! but one MAJOR gripe, you can’t edit an already saved label. meaning once i update or edit a label i have previously created and saved … if i attempt to save the new edits it overwrites the original saved label. this is quite frustrating when you have a business listing ingredients and you need to make a completely new label from scratch when it was a simple addition or removal of an ingredient. please update the app to do so.
Amazing
The printer and everything about it is amazing, the all is very well done my only problem with it is that to logs you out after a few minutes of no use, which is a bit annoying if you have several printing to do throughout the day, please make longer log in hours or just a option to permenantlylog in thank you
Love the product but would like to have the Text box work on Mac OS

How to fix military time?
Absolutely great app for my clothing brand business, I’m just wondering how I fix my time. Right now it’s set to military time but I want to be standard. Ex: 6:53 PM not 18:53
Would not recommend
This printer is not reliable. It shows connected to the WiFi and connected to my device via Bluetooth but will not print. There’s no obvious reason for the fault, and the software appears to be the most recent version. Would not purchase again. I have only been able to print less than 50 labels since purchasing this about 6 months ago.
Enjoying it.
I do enjoy the Munbyn Print App with my Munbyn printer but I think the range of label choice could be better. Most people are making labels for products and there aren’t enough good images to choose from.
Time consuming to use
I wish you’d stop updating this app so often. Every time there’s an update, it doesn’t let you use it without downloading the new one, which means you have to wait and login all over again (and sometimes reconnect the Bluetooth device) before being able to print anything. When I just want to print something quickly, I have to open the app first, then go back to the page I want to print, then hit the app icon to print it, which results in the page being saved inside of the app, THEN I can print it inside the app. Would be nice if it just worked like a normal printer WITHOUT the need for the app. I don’t need all of these templates and extra app things to print a single shipping label! I thought that was the point of a Bluetooth printer.
Lag
App is hard to use, always crashing and when trying to do a template from scratch there’s always something. It’s kinda sad, the printer is nice and it’s saving our company hundreds of dollars but we have to upgrade for something better.
