An Extremely Useful App
I initially experienced some difficulty with the app, but the support resolved my issue. I use the app frequently which 10x my productivity. The additional features added since I initially subscribed have further enhanced the utility of the software.
Keyboard
I used to be able to use this in keyboard, what happened? Paid for app but now it doesn’t work. Reinstalled but still not available in keyboard.
Wordtune App
Very good app for digital rewrites on Laptops and Desktop easy to usr fast efficient effective authorschelper
Mr RK
When will you release the keyboard update? You keep saying that it will be released shortly. In one message, you even said it would take a few days, but it's already been a few weeks and still nothing. How long will it take? After the upgrade from Apple (the recent iPhone one), the world tune is not working on the keyboard, meaning it is not active on the keyboard. The only way is to copy the text to the app (the WordTune app) and then paste it back, so for your attention.
Can’t get through intro screen on ipad
I love using Wordtune but I can’t use it on my ipad because the screen dimensions don’t fit so i can’t get past the introduction:(
Amazing
Prior to the big push of artificial intelligence, I have been using Wordtune for years. It's awesome to be able to use it not just in documents, but also in text messages and emails.
Doesn’t work
Takes over your keypad and causes auto correct to not work. It’s a mess and a total waste of money. Also they will charge you $119 per year with this trash. 100% not worth it.
Perfect

Something changed...
Been a customer for three or four years now and this is definitely my last year. Something changed and this keyboard became useless. I don’t know if it’s the model’s suggestions or the UX/UI functionality or a combination, but it no longer works as well as it used to. And now in the days where we have soooo many options, I really don’t mind opening up a separate AI app to accomplish the same goal. I no longer find value in wordtune.
Some of the tools alerted to upgrade
I wanted to mention that I had already paid for the premium, and that some of the app's tools—such as the summarizer and rewriter—were alerting me to upgrade! Since I have already paid for the premium, what steps must be taken to resolve this issue?
Helpful
Wordtune has helped me write messages especially when I’m in a hurry. It has also helped rewrite some sentences to make it sound cleaner. Thanks Wordtune!
Frustrating Experience – No Real Customer Support
I’ve been using Wordtune, and while the app itself has some decent features, the biggest frustration is the complete lack of proper customer service. There is no customer service phone number to call and no clear, visible support email inside the app or on their website. When you are paying for a subscription, you expect an easy and reliable way to contact the company if you need help with billing, cancellations, or technical issues. Instead, it feels like they intentionally make it difficult to reach a real person. You’re forced to hunt around just to find an email address, and even then, there’s no guarantee you’ll get a timely response. For a paid product, this is very disappointing. It’s not just about convenience—when money is involved, users should have transparent, accessible customer support. Many other writing apps provide clear help options, live chat, or at least a proper support system. Wordtune falls short here. Until they make their customer service more accessible with a clear phone number or at least a prominently displayed support email, I cannot recommend this app to others. Paying customers deserve better.
Costs money
Not free. Subscription is about $10 USD. Not mad, but would like to have this info included in the app description.
Cannot select language
The language selection is determined by region, not keyboard layout. If I want to add Hebrew to my keyboard while living in North America, I cannot do so.
Not very good
Does NOT have swipe for typing and does not suggest emojis while typing
Great and convenient
Contrary to popular opinion, the app is incredibly user-friendly and holds immense potential to grow a vast community if utilized effectively.
Fraudulent
What a fraudulent disease of an app. Not only does it not work well, but you will be charged for the rest of your life. Customer service is non-existent. SCAM, FRAUD, AVOID.
Its not a bad program
Wish it had a better spellcheck, and writing improvement. Works better then others ive tried. Wordtune like others aren't affordable for users like myself that only us it for text, email, And posting occasionally.
I don’t like this new update
I preferred when I type my paragraph and it made corrections/paraphrase and made it better. Now it seems to go by each sentence and that’s time consuming. Not everyone has that time. I liked it giving me different options to choose from and me just reading and going with the one that sounded more like me
Solid but next to useless on iOS without sub
Overall, I initially liked this app. It was convenient for quickly generating well-written texts, and it had some nice features. However, it’s hard to justify the cost, especially now that the keyboard feature I enjoyed is no longer available. As a result, I stopped using it and eventually uninstalled it. While the app is solid and works well for what it offers, it doesn’t stand out enough given the current landscape of AI tools available. It’s not as convenient as it could be, only slightly more so than other options. For a lower price—like around a dollar a month—the keyboard-based features alone might make it worth keeping. But unless they offer something like that, I don’t see myself returning to it. In comparison, it also lacks the level of customization you get with other GPT options. So while it’s a good app in many ways, the current pricing and feature set just don’t make it a competitive choice.
I love the new update
I love it keep it up
Ending Premium plan
They make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription and keeps charging you until you figure it out.
Excellent
So helpful tool
Restoring Account After Payment
My payment for renewing the account was taken out of my account ) and yet I am still not getting full access and the app doesn’t refresh to recognize this has already happened . I’ve logged out , I keep pressing restore and the full features are still not available . It’s not cheap . Its supposed to be 24.99 but my bank shows 28.99 . Second time this extra charge was tacked on and it was not properly disclosed in IOS app list when you’re given choices on the kind of upgrade. Monthly or Yearly . Please fix . I’ve already reported this app with an issue to the App Store .
I like the app but i dont want to keep paying to look for more sentences
If u want to pay for it u can
I dislike the new update
I used to love this app, but I hate the new update. I’m so upset that they did this new update on the app.
bad change
honestly it was better with the old layout in 2023, it was easy to use and understand and much better for my writing and my eyes. the change is confusing and actually worse, please go back. please.
App is Great one problem though
For some reason your app randomly makes words capital like The and Great and other certain key words The and Great arent always going to be capital and it shouldn't autocorrect them to be also I believe not 100% sure but it makes The space button not work as frequently please fix these problems app is Great without them also i kept The words capital to show you The problem. Thank you
Day Limits are a scam
The daily limit expires way before. Sometimes when I have not even used the app the entire day, it reflects it’s been used. Honestly, feels like a scam at that point. It’s pretty unfair.
Confusing App
This app has worked great for me so far until yesterday. I got a notification saying the unlimited AI creative writing prompt thing said that I used up my daily credits when it was unlimited before. Now, it says I have to do a free trial before upgrading to the premium version when the app doesn’t feature in-app purchases in the description. Please be more transparent and honest with your customers to not fall for the scam! Why were all these changes made from free to premium?
Helpful
I find this to be very helpful in helping me communicate better
Don’t get
I downloaded it for the $9.99 and promptly deleted it bc I used it for one letter I needed to write and it charged me over $119.99 for two subscriptions I did not agree too. Terrible app will not be purchasing again do not waste time
Great but some downsides…
It’s a brilliant app, but you have to buy a subscription to carry on every day so you only get a limited amount. But a wonderful app!
Really a junk
The majority of the time, casual / general / formal sentences are the same simple sentences, just the sequence is different. App Sign-in is always required when using it for text or email tuning
Not working in iphone
After recent updates this app no working in my iphone. In iphone keyboard its not working..Plz reslove this issue
EL
The app is great, everyone should download it.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work
Free version
Absolutely an amazing app, the replacement sentences they provide are ideal however the time limit for the free version is way too short and the monthly payment is really expensive!
Disappointed
Y’all I was so excited for this to become a mobile app. I got the premium version on desktop but this mobile version has been a disappointment. Can I suggest adding two options I know you want to be like Grammarly but what if you had the keyboard option but also had the UI in app version of your website?
Great app/ privacy issue
I love the app and use it on my computer but I don’t want to use it on my phone as it requires the full access to my keyboard. Can this be fixed?
Really good app
I don’t like ever review but I really though it would be a dumb app that I had to pay for but it’s good
What do I do
Whenever I try to use the app I always get stuck on the phrase”here you can enter your prompt and create text from scratch” but it doesn’t let me do anything and I tried everything but nothing works I miss the old version
Multiple Device
Please advice, upto how many devices we can be able to use in one subscription?
Wordtune key pad is not working in iphone
I’m using premium version and It’s stops working !
I love it but…
I do love this app I’ve paid for premium but a few issues. Keeps logging me out which is frustrating. But 2nd not as good as some free services. Don’t think I’ll renew unless price comes down massively
Perfect
It's amazing
Missing option to utilize voice texting on my iPad once I enable your keyboard… Not good
The program is excellent, but the big problem here is that after you enable their keyboard, you don't have the Apple or voice a text icon to add additional text after you review it
