Remark
It's great to use. I love this app
iOS 26 app isn’t working
Since the update of iOS 16 and above, the app isn’t working, and it’s been a while. It seems that there are no updates for the app to fix the issues, so I don’t know what’s going on. Someone fix your app.
New update requires
Could you please verify if Guy can update the app to support iOS 26.4, which I am currently using? The paragraph AI feature is not displaying as it used to. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.
Used to be so much better
This app started off strong and deserved a 5-star rating, but recent changes have made it less appealing. The writing quality has declined, and the new interface is confusing, featuring various icons at the bottom that lack clear labels. Despite my efforts to adapt, the writing has not improved. Additionally, frequent errors require me to reinstall the app, which is frustrating for a paid product. Overall, this experience has not met my expectations.
Good app but….
It’s a good app, but it could be better!! Like we don’t want to pay to use it more…. So please give us some more free things in this… because I don’t think people want to pay so…. I know I don’t want to..
Good app
Is very hepful
Awful!!
Awful company. I tried it to see if I liked it given it said three day free trial. Immediately charged me $149.99 plus tax and declined my request for a refund. This company and app is a total scam and you need to RUN!! They steal your money. Horrendous! Edit: I have followed up 8 times. No resolution. Still out my money. Is this how you do business , you tell me what to email and do but then tell me you can’t do a refund that Apple needs to do it yet Apple says you keep declining my refund . So I’m stuck. Please assist.
Tried it, was good but not for the hefty price tag
I must say, this app is truly remarkable! It offers fantastic communication tools, particularly when it comes to sending messages and emails with impeccable grammar. It's truly a remarkable tool. However, I must acknowledge that the pricing plans can be a bit steep. With a yearly subscription priced at $149.99 plus tax or a monthly subscription of $24.99 plus tax, it might cause a bit of a sticker shock. Rest assured, there are alternative apps available that offer similar functions at a much lower cost. It's always good to explore other options!
Trying to double charge me a mouth later
I didn’t even intend to pay for the first years subscription. It’s paid now a just over a month later charging me again for another year. also, I originally thought it was great. Good concept but the glitches and software it’s self is no often helpful (that coherent)
Prices are different ipad than it is for iPhone
On my iPad it says it’s $19.99 a month, but on my iPhone it says $10 a month. Why?
Great product
The best online editor without question.
Dishonest as the day is long.
RUN RUN RUN… please read entire review!!!! Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed. Update: Yes they finally refunded after disputing with my credit card BUT HERE WE ARE IN FEBRUARY AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. I cannot express my disappointment at this company’s lack of integrity.
Great App!
What I like about this App is very user friendly, fast and efficient. The results are what I expected. Direct to the point, precise and concise. It is best for outlines, lists, captions and corrections. A little bit pricey for me as I don’t need a full article or very long captions and blogs.
Issues resolved
Issues resolved
Pretty good, everything used to be free.
The app itself it pretty good but over time everything was given a price, I feel like the company should allow the users who can’t afford the subscription to watch an add to unlock features for about an hour or so and when the time runs out they can watch another add, I feel like this could solve the company’s issue with money and also allowing their users a better experience.
Love love love
I love this app. It is very helpful. If you need assistance with writing anything and I mean anything, this is the app for you.
They won’t let me cancel
I have followed the instructions exactly to the App Store application and and look at my subscriptions and paragraph AI isn’t even there but yet they’re still charging me. I want to cancel and I can’t get a hold of anybody.
Simply wow
This is a free app that I don’t know how I lived without. It’s integral for me to do my research. I love how much they break down specifics. I pray that if they ever do charge they, still offer the basic service for free. But tbh I would pay for it.
Can’t download
Stopped working so I deleted and tried to redownload now it wants me to pay 14.99 and enter billing !!
Professional plan
I am paying for the professional plan and I can't use all the features until I can use all the features it will stay at 3 stars.
You already know what it is awesome App
Awsome app
Loading
I was able to use the app once before, but now it is stuck in a constant loop of loading…
Very pricey annal subscription
£159 for annual sub- that’s hefty, in comparison to another well known writing aid. Don’t get me wrong this is a great app, but the mobile version does not have any where that I can see to implement a promo code, yet in the website you can. And unless you use this type of thing on the regular, the price isn’t worth it.
Keyboard function required payment before trying
The functionality on the computer is good. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it directly on my keyboard and conversations like I was originally anticipating. I had to look at the conversation copy into the app and then paste into my messages. It was just a little bit clunky. - is assume the paid version integrates more seamlessly. I don’t understand why I would pay for an AI product integration-keyboard-app, if I can’t try it, before buying.
writing assistant
by far my favorite app when it comes to writing an essay or a little paragraph
Hate this app now and i just for it
Go back to how it was this updated doesn’t respond right compared to how it was before
Good app.
It's a good app but unfortunately the pro version is just out of my price range.
Great app
This app is amazing!! It takes my words and strengthens the message. Plus if I use acronyms the app may even expanding to the full definition and include additional details for it, again amazing!
Used to work, now doesn’t at all
I used this app all the time as a realtor. I’m talking almost daily. Now the app doesn’t even work, when I type something in for it to rewrite for me, it just keeps loading and loading and loading. I’ve updated the app, restarted my phone, exited out of the app etc. The app just clearly doesn’t work any more! Such a shame! This was such a good app! I told every one about it in meetings etc.
I used to love this app
Now it's almost useless after the latest update. I paid for the year, but I'm sadly dropping this app from my workflows as it is no longer just a keyboard app, but a full app. Having to switch back and forth is terrible.
Great for what I need
This app helps me out greatly for what I need
Don’t waste your money like i did
Only works half of the time. I paid for premium and the app is so buggy. I tried to get support via their website and it’s also down half of the time. So frustrating!
Old Keyboard
This new updated keyboard is useless, and the old is way better as it would generate text based on your text message or your output right away. This new method just takes you to the app and lets you edit and generate content within the app. The previous method was better as it did within anywhere with the keyboard out. BRING BACK OLD UPDATE. PLEASE FIX THIS. The new generated content just doesnt make sense it just provides a question rather than answering a question back if prompted.
Simply outstanding!
I really love this tool. It has helped me tremendously.
Downgrade
Back then it was 20 writes a day now it’s 5. Dissapointing.
Not there yet…
It looks like it might be a good product, but it's still not up to the task of charging so much money for it. I sent a note a few days ago internally, they replied that they would contact me the next day... I am still waiting. The program keeps asking me to upgrade when I have already upgraded. It has not sent me a confirmation email. The program randomly shuts down from time to time, I have to start over (iPad Pro M1). Paragraphs have to be short, it doesn't allow many words. So charging so much is a bit pretentious... maybe later. Since I bought the upgrade and it doesn't live up to what they offer I would really like my money back.
A better use of time…
Though I do not yet know the intricacies and nuances of this program, the time I’ve spent with it has encouraged me and otherwise convinced me to upgrade to really start using it regularly and also learning from it. I find that I communicate reasonably well in writing if I’ve taken the time to check it over and rewrite it at least once. All too often I find myself trying to edit as I go and in fact losing the type of focus it takes to compose and present a decent thought in text. I’m looking forward to this very cool app helping me stay in the moment and better convey my messages- time spent more wisely.
Expensive, clunky, no faster or better than free options
I was hoping for a keyboard that would quickly learn and adapt to jargon and acronyms I use. Swing and a miss with this one.
