What's the point in having a native wallet if you're gonna charge intra-system transfer fees?
Simple and easy
Good app but currency can’t be changed. Please build the ability to change value of holdings to native currency and you’ll get a better rating.

Supports the currencies that actually matter looking forward to seeing it develop more in the future to support outside coins for those who seek diversification in other crypto currencies but very happy with the app and wallet overall
Fake app
It hosts scammers and beware if you add money to this it will get stolen. I had 2121 usdt frozen the moment I tried to withdraw 741 leaving me a balance of 1400. And it vanished into thin air. And they are saying nothing can be done about it. It’s bs
Add options to speed up if pending transactions go too long
Fix some issues with possible low gas fees and pending transactions to speed up. Regular updates
This app wasn’t ready to be launched
The only thing you can do is receive money, that means one you do this money is stock, no sending, no swaps. You can’t check transactions id, if you do the app will just freeze. When you restart it transactions that it told was made without being just disappeared like they never existed. Taking a step back it’s not different than a scam.

Cannot get access to my wallet
After I changed to my new iPhone, the passkey saved on iCloud suddenly cannot be read by Kraken Wallet app and all my crypto is forever locked up! All my other wallet app is fine. Just this wallet. DO NOT USE
Nice app. Has a bug
The app is self works fine for the most part. However, when sending crypto, the continue button drops off the bottom of the screen. Also has an issue transferring back to the main Kraken app for trading. Please fix this issue Update: bug has been fixed on an app update. Works fine now.
No Monero Support
The UI is very slick, everything looks and feels great. But you cannot hold Monero, even in the U.S. right now. Disappointing.
Fair
They don’t tell you upfront about debt card 7 day holds. I’ve been trying for two days now after waiting s week to pull my USD balance off the platform for emergency use and it keeps getting kicked back. Fees aren’t bad and has a lot of kool features though
Kraken is the difference between being a service, and providing service
I just recently got into crypto in late 2024. I started off using an exchange (which I won’t name.. but it rhymes with Boin Case) that provided such horrible customer service, very limited problem solving skills, and showed no interpersonal skills or empathy. They actually basically forced me to find another exchange to use. I had tried my hand at a few different exchanges, but none seem to fit for me the way I’d want. After some research, I had heard some good things about Kraken, and truly, my expectations have been exceeded. I use both Kraken and Kraken Pro apps (one for the simple User Interface and that latter for the in depth analysis abilities and lower fees). Not only does kraken win me over with its ability to list certain Assets earlier than what I was previously used to, but they offer so many perks and additional options and strategies to grow your portfolio and trade. Above any feature that can be boasted, Kraken gets it right with the people behind the scenes. Kraken’s support Agents can be reached through the app and via social media, and they are incredibly prompt, responsive, diligent, and most of all, they are people’s people. You don’t feel like you are getting that typical copy and paste user manual response that the other exchange seems to never go beyond providing, you speak with a real person with a real personality and a real intent to help you solve your issue and get a better understanding of anything you may be confused about. All I can say is, I’ve never written a review of any app I’ve downloaded, so I’ll let that speak for itself. Whether you are just starting off with crypto or you just need an exchange that has all your trading needs, I will only suggest Kraken.

Generell ist das eine super Wallet, ABER ist gibt zu wenig unterstützende Tokens… bitte mehrere Tokens hinzufügen z.B Litecoin etc. Danke
No BCH?
Have always had good experiences with Kraken so far, so I was looking forward to using the Kraken Wallet for actual p2p use. However, I was surprised to see BCH, arguably the only actual practical crypto for p2p cash transactions, is not available. Hopefully it will be soon. Uninstalling for now.

Compared to Coinbase wallet is primitive. Both exchanges have been around for the same time I’m really disappointed Kraken.

Erased Passkey
I’ve used this for years. I go to log in the other day with my passkey and it gives me an error saying “no passkey exists”. Yet I clearly see it in my passwords on my phone. I click support and it gives me another error. Now I’m locked out of thousands of dollars of crypto. Support offers no help. After 2 emails they never respond. Very very frustrating. Just use Trust.
Nice wallet, but UI and data bugs
This is a nice wallet to use, but the UI often shows an info notice that says “First time sending to this address”, even though I’ve sent to that address multiple times. It also has problems pulling historical transaction data. These issues have been present for months. I’d really like to see an Address Book get added to the app. I have to copy paste addresses every time, which is both a pain and probably a security/attack vector
UI is good but lacking elsewhere
Coinbase wallet has so many more easily accessible coins. I would rather support kraken but needs a little work. Adding bookmarks to the browsers would be nice also.

Just missing Litecoin support then I can fully switch from my other wallet. This app has the best design and UI by far.

Why can’t I see the coin I sent to the app and the app is always saying reconnecting. What’s going on.

My aim in writing this is less toward promoting yet another Kraken-built product that I do happen to enjoy using and more toward delivering a message of hope to anyone who might need it today. Aside from its simple-yet-elegant interface (an expectation consistently exceeded by Kraken) their crypto wallet is very flexible considering its recent launch. Customers can now link their exchange account and transfer crypto directly into their wallet with a few taps. It’s compatible with several chains/networks and it supports a number of trusted apps (useful for things like swapping/exchanging coins, etc) within the wallet itself. Additionally, you can buy, store, and view your collection(s) of NFT’s all inside this sleek, safe, Kraken-built product. I’ll stop there. If you’ve made it this far, I’d suggest giving Kraken a try. The rest will all make sense to you soon. ✌️

I lose my crypto
I transferred 4500 usdt from kraken exchange to my kraken wallet, but I only received 3500 u. While kraken wallet customer support doing nothing.

Doesn't work for pyusd
App doesn't work for pyusd, specifically on solana. Support is an absolute waste of time -- they'll say it's a lack of gas fees or deflect blame for bugs on the user, even if you send screenshots of the api errors visible on Solana Explorer. This app really isn't worth the frustration and effort, and you risk losing whatever you put in the wallet.

I’ve sent $300 worth of crypto to other wallets and none of it is showing and there are no “transactions” showing up as ever occurred. This app will gladly take your money but they won’t send it anywhere use something else I’m done with this app.
