One Suggestion
I love everything about this app so far. I am a heavy users of GoodNotes and MarginNotes. I use both of the apps for note taking and study. What I like about this note taking app is it’s user-friendly, it has a white board for mind mapping, and flashcard for studying. I did not get to test white board and flashcard to study yet but this app is very promising. One suggestion I have for the developer is if you could allow Apple Pencil to be able to transition from one tool to the previous tool used. The current default setting is it switch between pen and eraser. But for me I rarely use the eraser because you can undo with two taps. I switch my pen a lot more from black and red so it would be huge if you can do that here. Thank you for the amazing work! and thank you for taking the time to hear my feedback!
iCloud Sync glitchy
I really enjoyed this app but the cloud sync function seems to be glitchy often. Some of my files are not synced between my two iPads even though both are showing synced to the cloud and some of my notes would get erased if I switch my device. Other than this, great app.
Love it!
I initially faced some issues using it, but the developers quickly responded to my request, and now it works perfectly. This app makes studying more efficient and enjoyable. Thank you, GUGA team, for creating such a brilliant app and special thanks to KAN ER YE for recommending it to me!
Unable to click accept T&Cs
There’s a problem of organizing the app’s UI. As a result, the users can’t click anything to accept the Terms and Conditions.
I can't accept your Terms
I use iPhone 15 Pro. When I open this app first, I can't check Terms and Privacy Policy. please fix it.

whiteboard viewing feature

Potential to be huge
The devs are just not responsive to English customers.
PDF Export Quality
I really like your app. The user experience is excellent. One area I'd like to see improvements on is ➝ "PDF Export Quality" Could you please improve the PDF export feature? It makes any projects done with your app look and feel more professional. I think your app is exporting the files as an image or screenshot. However, I think the files should be exported in PDF vector quality, which is more professional. For example, the quality of the files exported by OneNote (from Microsoft) or Pages (from Apple). As a screenshot, they look blurry (low quality). Thank you for developing such a useful application. Also, thank you for trying to look into my suggestions in the future to improve your app, and our experience.

Most Function/Feature seen in a whiteboard!
I’ve been evaluating whiteboards and GUGA has exactly what’s needed, especially when it came to managing PDFs. Other whiteboards require spawning a PDF app for markups and paging, all of this can be done within the whiteboard space, very nice!
Not getting replies from community feedback
It’s my fault to not notice the space between line issues before purchase for the full version. So I went for a feedback community area to seek for help from developer, because there isn’t anywhere for me to send my feedback other than that, and found no response, other posts in the section also get no reply at all after days they posted. No choice but to review here hopefully can get a good solution So basically the app won’t allow a normal enter into next line with a proper margin like we’re typing here, instead, it’s like a new paragraph. Example: Typing here Continue here with my content The app: Typing here Continue here with my content After trying so many varies of method, using the on-screen keyboard shift-enter does the next line enter, while hard keyboard doesn’t. So now it’s the pain ITA every time to touch the screen to summon the keyboard out just for a normally single enter key. Surprisingly though, the demo board in the app works fine with some copy & paste note card. Supposed to be 5 stars for the app…
Wonder why the iCloud syncing is this slow….
Other than that is good
