Mobile deposit
Easy to do and fast processing

This app is not intuitive. Can you make this way simpler and way easier.
Great app but…
Depositing checks with the app is always hit or miss. It struggles to recognize that I’ve written the right words about mobile deposit only.
Disappointed
Not able to use this new update as mobile access since I have an iPhone 11. This new software requires a later IOS than what I have. Disappointed I’ll have to purchase a new phone sooner than expected if I want mobile access.
iOS 17 requirement 👎
Kind of upsetting that this recent update (which is required) only can be installed on iOS 17 devices. I have an iPhone 8 and I do not intend to get a new phone any time soon, and apparently iOS 17 is only supported by the iPhone X or 11 and higher. I would like to still have easy access to my own finances without having to buy a whole new phone for no reason.

Frustrating!
When Remote Deposit works, it’s great - but starting a couple of months ago, it started rejecting my checks (usually with an error message saying I hadn’t endorsed it properly), and only accepting them on the third, or fourth, or sometimes the eighth try.
Excellent service
The he service at USSFC is far superior to any other bank or CU I have ever worked with. They are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend!

This is has to be the hardest time ever to try and add money and make a payment to my credit card

Deposit doesn’t work as well as it should
Even when you write exactly what you are supposed to write to endorse the check for mobile deposits, it doesn’t work consistently.
Card management often doesnt work!!
This has happened more than once! I’m in line and trying to unlock my credit card and I get error message saying unlock not available. Very frustrating if you have no other backup like or another card. I’d had such high hope for a real banking app!

It is ridiculous that I have to buy a new phone to access the online portal now. Been a member my entire 58 years and this credit union is never easy to deal with. At least online banking was easy with USSFCU until now. : (

The app is the worst app I have ever used. I can’t click on the app to open. I have to go to the App Store and open the app from there. Please fire the person that is responsible for this app immediately.
Chexing
Mobile pictures app is too sensitive and very fluky. Multiple attempts wasing time and the law needs to reconcile commercial paper and digitally recognized transactions much better. What would happen if I mailed this to USSFCU and they rejected it because it said ‘mobile deposit only’? I would be stuck. Also, there needs to be NO LIMIT on digital deposits. If you make me use the app then accept ALL deposits.

Been banking with the U.S. Senate Federal Credit Union 52 years. Always been happy with them. Hope you keep up the great job you are doing.
Can’t login
I can log into the app to give it a fair rating. I can access online just fine but when I try to on the app it can’t validate my credentials that I just used for the website.
Iphone X IOS 16+ not sipported
This is crazy. IOS 16+ not supported. I need 17+ ??? My software is not that old and used by many Iphone’s. Who ever came up with this selfish idea. Maybe USSFCU want to drive customers away.

Most important feature doesnt work
The mobile check deposit feature does not work. Tells you to write “for ussfcu mobile deposit only” but does not recognize that text in photo and rejects deposit. I believe that is the only feature the app has that is not available on the web site. It certainly is the most impt. Feature of the app.

Mobile deposit has never worked for me. By reading the comments it appears it’s trash for everyone else too.
Best Banking App
Easy to use, you can login with Face ID or password. Connecting with a USSFCU associate is easy with the messaging app and transferring $ is a breeze. I’ve been using this app since it’s come out a couple or so years ago and it rarely glitches. Thank you USSFCU for making banking easy!
Difficult to use and take picture
1. Information covers the picture of the check 2. It does not tell you if you have positioned the camera correctly. 3. It does not display your picture of the check over the check pictures after you have taken the picture. 4. I had to shoot the back of the check 4 times for it to accept it. I liked th old way better. This was done with iPhone iOS 16.1
