Ems review
I played this game back when it first launched, then took a long break and came back recently. It honestly made me realize how much I missed it. The gameplay, characters, and overall style really stood out to me. It’s just disappointing to see it not getting updates or much communication anymore. I really hope the developers can continue working on it, because this game still has a lot of potential and there are players like me who would love to see it grow again.
“Lost” my account
I played this game a while ago and when I finally redownloaded it, everything but the wish mechanic worked. That means that I could only play using the characters that I currently had. The wish screen would not load even after closing and reopening the app and uninstalling it and reinstalling it

Gameplay
The gameplay is fun at first but stagnates extremely quickly once you get out of the tutorial. Gacha progression is extremely slow. Graphics overall are pretty good but everything else seems repetitive and unoriginal.

the overall design of the game is beautiful, the character designs are so pretty and the graphics are great. i just think the story is extremely lacking. the chapters don’t seem to connect, i feel no connection or attachment to any of these characters (beside asa i adore him) because there’s no transitions in the story, it feels like im supposed to just know all the lore already. the dialogue is corny, but it has potential. the story writing needs a lot more love, this game could be really great if the story was explored more because i don’t have a clue what’s going on and its making me uninterested

I don’t know why but I’m having this funny feeling that this game is next to being shutdown going into the pile of list of games that developers failed to deliver on only caring about being money hungry regardless of why a game failed this one is no different considering the lack of updates since last year I’ll predict the notice will be coming sometime in spring or summer but it’ll be terminated in fall since I remembered it was released early of October RIP another game failed to live up to its full potential
Crashes every 5 goddamn seconds
Cool concept, nice battle style but I can’t do story without crashing. Replayed the TUTORIAL 4 times and can’t go to do anything important.

Well,don’t get me wrong,I love this game! And plus the developers are helping make the jujutsu Kaiden phantom parade?! That’s so cool bro,but besides that,back to Higan…it’s ..okay to say the least,I suggest that you need a bunch new characters and stuff(maybe add more male characters?) the storyline is okay but it’s kind of scraper,it’s just too quick and it skips a lot,it just feels like it’s missing something? I would also want a game where it lets me control the character and actually explore the game and cities! I really hope you read this,Devs (ur probably to busy-lol)but if you did,please fix the game-

The game is amazing and the characters are great, designing is good, I love the * Union* feature ( even tho they really don’t talk to the group lol), F2p gameplay, and it’s lots of things to do in the game. Now let’s get to the problem. I don’t know if it’s just me but for some reason I’m always lagging. I had to switch phones just so the lag wouldn’t be too bad. When every I’m in a domain *or whatever it’s called* but basically when I’m doing a quest. The game lags while I’m in the quest. But over all the game is just amazing :] ( edit) and I don’t mind using a few bucks on this game*

I really liked this game when I first started. The characters are cool and the game play is easy. This game desperately needs more content. The developers have not added anymore story maps making farming low tier items long and annoying. This game is dying! Do something about it !
Fun Gameplay
This one do the few gachas where I actually looked forward to playing the game. It’s reminiscent of a modern action JRPG, you don’t manually move the characters but you can decide when to use their skills and ults. Plus the element system actually makes a difference in damage and the skills are more comprehensive than “big numbers=better” that’s typical of the genre. Team composition matters and having summons of every element and having them be leveled up can make a break a vital mission. If your summons are high enough level they can get around elemental weaknesses but you will eventually catch up to higher level areas and will really have to think of your formation. I like the concept of each of these characters being part of a troupe, like they’re all part of circus, but this is where my first complaint comes in, they don’t lean into that circus theme hard enough. They all pretty much have performance roles outside of combat, but for a lot of them it doesn’t seem all the integrated into their design, it seems sort of random, like if it was AI generated. For example one of the summons you can get is a lady with claws, another is a lady with a big hammer, and another looks like a nun. It just seems out of place. Then there’s the story. It’s a bit confusing what the story is actually about. I get the gist of it, but l don’t fully understand some of the concepts they’re trying to convey, like what is a fantasyland, why do the crystal people hate “castaways” again, why did this guy with amnesia (your character) become the director? It feels like some of the concepts were lost in translation. But at least the game is fun, which is more than what I can say about a lot of other games in this market.

Don’t even hear any sound when playing. Only when clicking on skip and log box you’ll hear a sound. Not good first impression so deleting it.
Its hard to grind
The game has an complicated but fun storyline and the graphics are really good no doubt they have interesting characters but the ONE major problem:patience to fully ascend one character u need 15pc of purple mat another 15pcs pf purple mat and 36pcs of elemental mats the game wants you to stay long the eitr (currency used to be able to grind) really limited u nees to wait days for daily commissions for this game other than that cook game but pls fix eitr shortage even with dubriostal its hard to get eitr

Could be better
Was excited to play the game but tbh I got bored so fast. The battle system is okay but drags on after a few battles, the story and voice acting could use tons of work, and the weekly power creep of unit releases isn’t healthy for this game’s longevity. Also vtuber jumpscare with that song. It does have some great points like great character designs but that’s it.

Played this game once after waiting months for it to come out, and I was so disgusted that my months of waiting didn’t matter and I deleted it immediately. Not even the sunk cost fallacy could save it. Just plainly unenjoyable.
Great game with a few issues
In all honesty, it’s a great game with really good execution. Fun challenges, mechanics, and a really forgiving pity system when it comes to pulling for characters or plays. Other than that, it does have some flaws (but these could just be my opinion). For example, when you try to adapt a play if you decide not to apply a certain adaptation, when you exit put of the adapt field you will lose that certain adaptation forever. Sadly happened to me with a really nice five star adaptation that I decided would be better for a different character, oh well.
Want to enjoy, but one major nick pick for me
I don’t normally write reviews but this issue is so annoying and I don’t see any one else commenting on this. When I play this game, it locks itself to landscape like most mobile games do, however it’s only specifically one side where the volume buttons (+\-) are at the bottom. I much prefer to play games with the volume buttons are at the top when on landscape mode. Game is fun and has good quality so i hope this gets patched in the future. Thanks.

Ok so I see the dev actually responds to these reviews and I wanted to know if there was anything I could do because after the new patch downloaded which was a little bit after yori’s when opening the game I was told that is doesn’t support my region. I’m confused because yori’s release update I was able to play and even got yori so what happened?

I think the game is really good!! Although I kinda wished the voice acting was a bit better and we were able to choose either a male or female MC with a face lol but I really overall love the gameplay! Hopefully more husbandous to come lol

I love the combat. But the storyline, and all these terminology they just shove right in our faces like we’re suppose to know everything from the get go makes it hard to get into.

This game came out at a weird time, right before Honkai: Star Rail, which definitely did not do it any justice. The game looks good, the gameplay is alright, kind of boring. The characters look pretty cool I guess, the only thing I don’t really like about them is how they all look the same in the face. Overall, it’s just alright. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone but it would be nice to play if all the other games I play were coincidentally all in maintenance at the same time.

The PvP AI is absolutely terrible. Ult will not cast until enemy team cast their ult first. Skill priority is all wrong, heal at max health, dps only auto attacks. On top of everything, if you lose a game to a player there is a very high Chance that you get to pair up with that player again, so you can lose again. Can someone please explain to me why do developer decided to do that????????

And admittedly it’s not bad for what it is. Dialogue is a bit cheesy and needs work, but honestly the gameplay reminds me of Dragalia Lost (which I solely miss and have been desperately looking for an alternative to!). Maybe with some more psychological and tactical aspects. It’s not perfect but I can see potential. (Also GO LISTEN TO “CAGE OF DESIRE” IF YOU HAVENT!)
4/37 is my actual rating.
But I will add one star because it’s a new game. Is there a reason in the story for why males are almost extinct? I don’t know since the story was so boring and poorly translated that I skipped the whole thing. Energy system and levelling feels awful. Takes forever to get the materials to ascend and level one character above lv.50. Gameplay looks and feels okay but is quite basic. I will give them credit for giving so many pulls just for completing level instances. You can easily get 4-5+ SSRs before you get to lv.50. But I have a feeling that’s gonna slow down once you don’t have so many new levels to complete. Plus, I’m not really motivated to level any of the characters I have. All I wanted was Basell, the only male character that was not designed with the graphic designer’s feet. Did not get him. I’m done. Gonna try P:GR instead and H:SR when it comes out, at least they’re not scared of a little testosterone.
Less Than Expected
I am familiar with Bilibili’s fine work with Girl Cafe Gun, which I enjoyed. The story concept seemed interesting, and it is just a different spin on the classic good versus evil with the good being the underdog at the start. However, Higan: Eruthyll did not impress me. Maybe I did not use the highest setting for graphics, but the cut scenes felt dated in quality with dialogues and character gestures that did not capture my attention. The interface feels clunky and unintuitive. The autoplay option to run multiple different battles in series is potentially great, but I find it difficult to set up to make it work. There is a general feeling of too much fluff in the character designs with way too many little boy/girl characters trying to be cute in a game that is on the darker side in my opinion. I find improving intimacy or relationship with the little boys and girls in the game seemed somewhat disturbing as an adult, but I can see the developer wanting to attract broader demographics to the game. The game has all the standard play options seen in other games of the genre making it average. There are seemingly lots of freebies for F2P players, which unfortunately does not help much with the obvious pay walls every 10-20 characters levels. The combat is okay but expect game difficulty to increase rapidly, which I believe is part of the pay wall, and grinding (or paying) is expected very early on. The camera views are suboptimal, and I find it diffuse to see my entire team unless they are clustered together, which makes me susceptible to AoE attacks. Overall, I find this game just okay.
