I hope you add more fairy tale characters including those nursery rhyme characters like Humpty Dumpty, The Cat and The fiddle, the cow who jumped over the moon , the Dish and the spoon, Little Miss Muffet and the spider, Bingo the Dog, Mary and Her Little Lamb, Little Bo Peep and her sheep, Jack Spratt and His Wife, Jack and Jill, Old King Cole, Black Sheep, and Little Boy Blue
Seems Broken At The Moment
Regardless of what I do, I'm incapable of getting past the main menu. After looking it up, I see there's more than a few people with this problem, but it was never actually addressed and updates for this game seem to have stopped entirely, so it now seems as if this issue will perpetuate indefinitely. Perhaps others will have better luck if they decide to try this game out, but I'm incapable of even starting it.
Didn’t save my game
I had gotten 3 characters to 20 and started chapter 3 had lots more characters at 15 and it took me back to level 8 and lost characters not cool… update* I grinded it out again, it’s kind of fun like the characters but why does mal have two sets of ears? Think it’s an oversight but would like to know people ears and dog ears? Lol

Honestly I really like the game, but ever since the last update, I can’t even open the game. It works on my phone but not my iPad. I really hope they’ll fix it…
Can’t even open the Game
I love the character designs, the main reason I play the game. Yet I cant even relogin into my account. I deleted it and tried again but no luck at all. I fear that all my progress is lost. Side note, the gacha system isn’t my favorite as there isn’t a guarantee for a 4* and you can end up with a complete 3* set from a ten pull.

Really nice graphics, story is great, characters are interesting, mechanics are easy to understand, only downside is I played, unlocked all the way to the guild, ran out of keys to play, opened another app and then when I reopened the app, I had lost everything until the initial draw at the very early stages of the game. Probably better for casual gamers.

니 진짜 게임 잼있게 스토리 밀고 있는데 중간에 전투 시작해도 자꾸 캐릭들 다멈춰서 아무것도 안해서 전투 포기하고 다시 시작해도 똑같고 완전히 끄고 다시 들어가야 정상적으로 되던데 왜 이러는거임
플레이 느낌
평범하게 해왔던 수집형 rpg였습니다 다른 큰 느낌도 없고 이야기 평범한 권선징악 줄거리 인것 같습니다.플레이 하는 동안 별 특별한 점은 못 느꼈습니다.그래도 일러스트나 메르헨의 일러스트 화풍은 꽤나 예뻤습니다 캐릭터 움직이는 모션이나 귀여워서 심심할때 즐기기 는 좋았습니다. 하지만 개인적으로는 독창성이나 아님 독특한 이야기 세계를 못 봐서 아쉬웠습니다. 그래서인지 실망도 커서 그런점이 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 캐릭터 귀여운 대사 아님 애니에서 보는 대사 여서 친근하기도 했습니다 이상 느낀점 입니다.

Fun game, but buggy
Even though I have over 200 leveling materials it won’t let me use them to actually level my character despite them not being at a level cap. The buttons straight up won’t let me add and the even though it shows that I have the materials. Other than that though, fun game with great characters and an interesting story
No quality of life!
Keys are your stamina and you will use all of them daily to run perhaps 1 resource level 8 times (@ 21 keys per run) to get say xp, which you need to feed into a character because they don’t earn any xp for beating any of the levels so the resource dungeon is the only way to level them up. The same goes for the gold resource dungeon because of course you need gold to pay for the xp crystals you used… you will almost never have enough keys mid to late game to do anything which means you will need to run the gold resource dungeon to spend that gold in the shop for keys so you can run anything else… Where is the QOL? Also, the daily xp limit of 2000 for the pass hinders your ability to collect all of the resources if you can’t log in everyday to earn 2000 xp towards it. Just remove the daily cap so if I earn 5000 xp in a day and miss a couple log ins I still have a chance. Don’t penalize me because I am a working adult also in school and don’t have the time to play everyday. Overall I like the characters and their designs! However, I don’t see myself playing this game long term with the unnecessary grind on resources and the limitations on daily progression. There are too many other gacha games with much more freedom to play the way you want and also with better player QOL!
Amazing but missing key features
The best thing about this game is the quality. The artwork, it's incredibly detailed. I honestly love every character. I love fairy tale games and there are very few like this one. However- this game is very hard. I NEED to be able to reset my characters levels. It's hard to level them past 20 and being unable to reset characters is annoying. If there is a way- I can't find it. The UI is quite difficult to figure it out. And their is no help option. Everything else, however, is stunning. I REALLY hope the developers add a reset feature bc without it the game is lacking.

They can’t manage a game and this game should be taken off the App Store. The developers provide no more support to the game and will most likely just take your account fill it with a bugged account and take your money. Looks like a good game, but ran by Korea so this is a fraudulent game. Expect to get screwed over.

I’m a big fan of this game and its story but I do have a major issue with how the game doesn’t save progress. I’ll spend hours playing the game and get new characters only to log in the next day to find them gone. It’s very disheartening and makes finding the motivation to play more of the game hard to come by. I’d really appreciate it if the devs could fix this issue because other than that it really is a great game! The characters, art, story, and gameplay are truly amazing but this issue really does affect the player experience.

Has potential
Wrote a more in-depth review but I think it got lost somehow. This game has unnecessarily hard events, very unfriendly to newer players and even those who’ve been playing for a while. I really don’t like that over all the cons this game has. If you spend you’ll probably have a greater time then those who don’t. The one time purchase for a account long pass thing is pretty nice but I can’t help but wonder if this game will last a while or not. Most pull currency will be gotten by log in rewards rather than playing the game. It gives a nice amount of standard banner pulls, but the sources don’t really refresh and standard won’t give limited units. They do over time add units to the standard banner, but it’s a trickle. Only pull if you have enough for a spark, despite what you may think. I regret not saving. The art is pretty nice although inconsistent. Some characters are drawn better than others. The story isn’t bad or typical, but is nothing special. The dungeon thing where you get equips will eat your stamina even if you fail, which I loathe. It’s so unnecessary, even if it has a practice mode it’s just a time waster the way they implemented it.

Horrible Management- Horrible Game
This game is a travesty of a Gacha. It takes all the bad aspects of gachas and somehow twists them into something worse. There is an extremely low income amount for f2p, as in not enough to even hit the 100summon pity mark, which also resets every new banner (no carryover pity system) there’s also no spark either or any type of currency you usually get for store items from summoning. Dupes are also extremely not f2p friendly (usually is but this is the worst case I’ve seen) and you need a total of 9 dupes to max a unit. That’s 10 total pulls for 1 unit with income being weeks to get 1 multi. Also there’s pvp but it’s unbalanced in every way. Not worth playing, not worth installing, not worth the headache. Devs are also very incompetent when it comes to releasing anything or fixing anything and there’s 0 (literally 0) news of anything till a day or before usually or when maintenance is almost over. Still have units that are bugged so bad you can’t use them after weeks. Horrible experience with horrible devs.

Pretty Rabbit Hole Leads to Disappointment
This game looked like everything I wanted from a mobile RPG. It's adorable chibi fairytale reimaginings with chill music. Sounds awesome. Right off the bat, the main video freezes. Have to force close the game to play. Every summon, the animation hangs. It's horrid. The pull rates are absolute garbage and the currency needed for featured characters is hardly made available through content. If a game insists upon being nothing but a greedy cash grab at least get it to function properly.
Frequent Crashes Prevent 5 Stars
Impressive artwork, good battle mechanics, attractive and interesting heroes and skills, and an intriguing story lay the foundation for an easy 5-star gaming experience. Unfortunately, this game crashes frequently which prevents it from being more than barely 4-stars. Fix that and this would be a great addition to the genre of hero collector squad RPGs!

Turned into a “the last straw” moment with the game and finally uninstalled after playing since launch. The artwork is beautiful, and the devs really seem to care a lot about this game, so I would definitely check it out. Be warned, the Gacha rates are abysmal. Played since launch and I never managed to pull any new 5 star banner characters. My 5 star team all came from the vindicated spirits banner, which does not contain new characters. I had been stuck for almost a month on the Halloween event, despite a nearly full level 70 squad. That took an extremely long time, because leveling any character in this game basically means you put all of your resources that day towards this one character that you’re working on. You can’t really experiment with many other characters because of this. Actual last straw was pulling five times from a special Gacha, which promised a five star within five pulls and the pool included new five stars that I did not have. Pulled 5 times, no five star. I thought this was a bug and went to the discord to report it, but apparently within five pulls actually means the sixth one after you do five. When I finally did receive the five star from that gacha, it turned out to be a dupe of one of the old ones from the old banner that I did not even use.

I like your game but it crashes A LOT. Every time I use 10 summon or get to a level, it crashes. And also please do fix your profile picture system since none of us can change it.
Amazing story Writing
I’ve played a huge amount of Gacha style games. Normally I gravitate towards the mature, busty or mech style games. I decided to take a chance on this game. I am glad I decided to try it. The art is beautiful, the English localization is very well done as well as for the first time in years I actually care about the story of a gacha. It’s fun trying to collect and build up a party of characters from fairy tales, folklore, and famous fiction around the world. The game has multiple areas of gameplay. You can grind out materials to level up gear, skill trees, stat trees and characters. There is also a *10 chance to refill pull near the beginning 10 times to try to get a character you want. The game is generous with keys in the beginning but once you run out you will be at the mercy of time. I find myself painfully waiting till my energy is restored so I can dive deeper into the adventure. My only gripes are I wish energy recovered slightly faster, there was a dungeon or endless tower I could grind for rewards or gear as gear has its own pull banners and it’s hard to come by in stages. Would be nice if there were prismatic memory shards you could earn through questing or grinding as once you get a 5 star character of your liking the odds of getting another copy/memory shard of them is unlikely. Please keep up the Amazing work and writing you’ve done on this game.

An Average Gacha Game
This game has gorgeous art and music but nothing new in terms of gameplay and no L2D elements at all from what I’ve seen. At least the dev’s are good and honest.
Rough start but amazing progress
After a particularly rough start with disconnects, bad bugs, and various issues, I was a bit apprehensive of the games future, but the devs has drastically improved the game even in the short 3 weeks since release. The game is currently one of my favorite and I look forward to more progress as the game continues to grow.

Always force closes right when I click to start. If I can’t play the game it deserves a one star review. Honestly wish I could give negative five stars.
Game has lots of potential
I think the game really solid that most of the bugs for me are fixed. However the game occasional crashes but other then that I think it’s a solid game.
Terrible experience
I get it you are a premature company, but taking time for a good launch is much better than an early launch with bunch of craps. I mean you are a game company, how do you way underestimate the playerbases at launch, you should have taking notes already after all that many gacha games launch, despite the popularity or not? Game is unplayable, even after 24hrs maintenance, enter the game, consistency crashing, bugs, glitchings, etc... kills my moods and interests. Gameplay is not even that good and polished, and we are talking about the year of 2022, it looks meh and the rate 1.5% is pretty low for a gacha game. I kinda like the art and communication so I will give you a star for the effort. Otherwise, I won't bother wasting my times on the game with this much terrible experiences at once. I hope moving forward you guys will do much better job than this, if you hoping for a long term playerbases on your future releases.

Game has been excellent so far
I’ve been enjoying the game quite a bit. The art honestly rivals Azur Lane in terms of quality; a lot of Gacha have jarringly inconsistent visuals. The music is great, gameplay is fun, Gacha rates seem more than fair. I’ve seen complaining about bug server issues, but haven’t personally experienced any myself. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max at the time of this review so that may have something to do with it. I would definitely recommend this game to friends and have already done so.
