Horrible customer support
Order placed at 1040am no confirmation till 1215pm no way to message via app have to call them. Sir our riders will come at 1pm… why are you advertising 60-120mins delivery !!

Always crashes doesn’t work on iPhones
Your team need to work on your applications since i have installed it every time some kind of bug and mostly it crashes while searching for meds you are promoting to use your mobile app so focus on that
App is hanging
I was a regular customer of dvago but after the changes in apps user interface, it’s not working in my iPhone whenever I start it, it goes blank and hang on white screen.
Hundred times better than Foodpanda and dawaiapp
One of the best delivery Delivery platform for medicines, unlike daawaiApp orders that I ordered month ago and still waiting to deliver.. Zip part about this app is you can order whenever you want and I’ll deliver whenever rider is available Integers are also very friendly and cooperative. Do you want anything That irritates me, some items are mostly unavailable so kindly solve this problem.. thanks
Very Disappointing Experience – False Availability
I have tried using this pharmacy app multiple times, but the experience has been consistently frustrating. The app shows medicines as available in stock, allowing you to proceed with the order. But every single time, their representative calls back to apologize and inform me that the items are physically out of stock. It is extremely unsafe and inconvenient to rely on an app for essential medicines when their real-time inventory is completely inaccurate. Please update your system and fix your stock synchronization before taking orders.
App easy to use but laggy
App is easy to use as well has every basic medicine that is needed. But it is a bit laggy.
App is Crashing
Select a category such as eye, ear and nose. Then scroll the app will crash. Sometimes app is also crashing when typing product name “medicore” and search. I’m using as an guest person without registration.

Horrible experience! Its so difficult to navigate and set up the app, then they let me place order when the product was out of stock and then did not inform me or cancel the order for an hour till i called them, even then they didnt cancel and then said you will be refunded after 7-14 working days. Never ordering from here again, horrible service

This app is terrible. Delivery is extremely slow—it feels like they wait until the person dies before delivering the medicine. Very disappointing and unreliable, especially for urgent medications.

Excellent easy to use app. My cousins were using it for a while now and when I tried the hype was real. Ordered at 1.20 and got my delivery at 2.05 through foodpanda rider
Worst pharmacy app on earth
If you order anything, araam se beth jaye qk delivery is minimum in a few hours. Helpline per no one picks up. Just a useless app. Order everything a day prior to use.

I am unable to proceed after selecting the card payment option. The app does not redirect to the payment gateway to enter card details. This is a waste of time.

Poor Delivery Performance and Deliberately Cancellation of orders by their riders
The rider call you and ask for pin location and then wait for an hour so the delivery period may passed and nor attend calls and after an hour he messages of WhatsApp that “Your order has been cancelled without providing any justification” and says you may call the company for resolutions. When i call at helping there’s vast numbers of queues and wait for indefinitely for 10-15min and customer services representative attend the call and share the whole situation with them then they assured u that the order will be delivered next day and again the rider deliberately followed the delayed tactics and cancelled the order. Neglecting the fact that the medicine is too necessary for the patients to be dose on time.

I ordered & prepaid a medicine for Quetta. It never came. Some gentleman from Karachi called to inform me that the medicine with my name & number has been delivered to him. I complained and, the only response I got was that the package has been delivered
