Excellent App like excellent services they always provide. Since I have downloaded this app my hospital details are in my hands I have control over all medical records and appointment. I don’t need to carry file and xrays I just log in and it’s all there. Just amazing . Excellent work.

Hi, could you please check the app is not showing up?any reports under patient profile from last couple of days? It was not the issue before. Seems it happened after the latest update. Also, it has become to slow now

Needs improvement: - When i try to open a report, it just keeps on showing the “loading” sign. Doesn’t open it in pdf.

Some Issues
The App is excellent. Tests update’s instantly. But you cant add your family members at one place, have to open separately each time for reports.

Problem in completing the registration form.
I tried to register. But can’t get through. There is some problem. After filling the form loading the documents, it was stuck in payment section. I tried twice. Hope it will be corrected soon. Application looks great👍

It is not really clear how to login into the app. Some more explanation might be good. Many people attempted and left.

Easy access to old medical records
Excellent app. For me best thing is the accessibility to my old medical records. No matter where I am I can show my entire medical history to doctor on my mobile screen.

Family members
It has been months I have added my family members but this verification process taking too long. You have CNIC/Marriage certificate with you despite that what else you need to verify and what for. Is this levels with National security. LOL
Improvement
The app should be added with a feature which allows users to put in their family members’ MR numbers also, and hence access simultaneously the whole family’s record at a time, within a single card number.

1. Color combination of this App is poor. Difficult to read. No option is available to change it. 2. Size of font used is tiny. It cannot be changed or zoomed. 3. Why ask CNIC number? What it has to do with health issues. 4. Why ask CNIC photos. Are we criminals? 5. Particulars asked for CNIC could me misused from your records. You are inviting criminals.
