I’m very grateful for the support I received from my therapist. They were kind, understanding, and helped me make real progress.
Very slow and unprofessional
I would say don’t even try to use this app , just waste of time I was waiting for a doctor for more then hour and at the end they said your appointment is rescheduled for couple of times they have done this therefore, highly not recommended
Nutritional guidance
It took long for the appointment and the doctor cancelled but I’m glad that I managed to get another doctor, waiting upon my plan
Poor Customer Support
First you have to wait for someone to pick the call and then if they direct you to the relevant person/department, it will take more minutes and after 7-8 minutes you are still stuck with your issue. If you message them on whatsapp then if you are lucky someone will reply, otherwise you are on your own. Also their coordination with doctors is weak, if a doctor is going for vacation or taking off a day or change their schedule and clinic, they do not update it on time. Oladoc is way better than them in customer support and updating their record

I booked appointment and appointment disappeared from bookings tab, made another one and dr didn’t showed up, they won’t reply to you on watsapp don’t book

Marham is the healer as it’s name describes. Reduces the waiting time for patients, makes it easier to assess specialists . The doctor I consulted has been very kind and professional.
Revamp app issue
iOS 17.4.1: Not able to add any attachments from gallery/files in new revamp. File picker open and closes in a second when select “choose from gallery”
Amazing experience
I experienced such kind of app in UK, however in uk there are limited type of consultation available and doctors are also GP and not specialist. I am such in awe of this app and the range of consultations it offered with specialist and consultant. Dr. Kaukab (ENT) was one such example. He listened very carefully and not only diagnosed the issue but also explained the issue in detail. It’s such a pleasure experiencing this service in Pakistan.
Fraudster
I booked the appointment paid the money the doctor did not show up I kept waiting then I asked them to refund my money so I can find another doctor but they have automated messages tried to contact multiple times not replying
Issues after update
The app isn’t letting me go into the gallery/photos after the recent update. As soon as it asks for uploading a picture, it shuts the page off on its own and hangs.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with this service. I paid for a consultation but never received a call from a doctor. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times to request a refund, but each time the call gets disconnected after a minute or two. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.
Issues with App Video Consultations and Inadequate Doctor Time
I have encountered several issues with the app’s video consultation feature. In most cases, the video call does not work, and the doctor ends up making a regular call instead. This results in the appointment being canceled in the app, preventing me from leaving a review. Additionally, doctors, including *Assistant Professor Muhammad Hammad Abbas*, often provide insufficient time for consultations. For instance, during my father’s last appointment, we only received 1 minute and 21 seconds of the doctor’s time. Since the app cancels appointments when a regular call is used, I’m unable to leave a review, and the doctors don’t bother to turn on the video.

Worst experience ever
I booked the appointment and paid the amount, but the appointment was not showing in my appointments tab. I contacted support, and they said they would connect with me via WhatsApp. They never got back to me. I kept chasing them every 30 minutes, and they kept repeating the same excuses. Later, they told me I could book with another doctor over WhatsApp for the next day. The next day, the same thing happened. When I followed up again, they said that doctor does not provide consultation over the whats app—even though the second consultation was booked by their own support team. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only return the money to my Marham wallet. They are scammers. Their support team is completely incompetent. They are making haram money. What should I do with the money they have put in my Marham wallet?

Underrated Team
hi its good initiative to make that kind of platform but the customer care team is doing nothing to care about the customer especially after booking no one is available to sort issue with doctor availability as most of time dr is not available online. By my experience i would give them one star after losing my two appointments out of four.
On line consultation
I have to say that I called from the uk and was immediately put as priority, the service from the phone call booking an appointment to the consultation was amazing. I am extremely happy oversees patient, I am in awe with how professional and quick the service and booking took. I will 100% be recommended this to my friends and family in the UK. Thank you

They are just looting money from people living abroad. I booked appointments through this App a couple of time and everytime the doctors were of no help. Especially Dr Huma Aslam was a total cost of fraud. I paid for coginitive therapy which was mentioned in her profile and after payment she spoke with me just 5-10 minutes and said “ oh I am not suitable for that therapy”. Total waste of money. DO NOT TRUST This App

Don’t Trust
They are the worst service providers I have ever experienced. They took almost 4 days and still couldn’t connect me with a single doctor. They kept rescheduling my meetings again and again, and I kept waiting for 4 days. In the end, they cancelled the appointment themselves. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

This out of box idea is extremely very unique with an objective to provide Health care services to general public is generous. This App has great potential to excel and grow and do better and more extensive services beyond thinking.
