Hello, After the latest Foodora Rider update (version 4.2620.2) on iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest iOS, delivery pins/routes are no longer visible on the order offer map before accepting orders. The map itself loads, GPS works, addresses are visible, but pickup/dropoff markers and route overlays are missing. I already tried: - reinstalling the app - resetting location/privacy settings - hard reset - checking GPS permissions Other couriers do not seem to have this issue. This problem started after the recent app/iOS update. Could you please check if this is a known bug?

Hello, i have been foodora rider for a year and still but i have noticed that technical and developer team working for this app has no idea how app should be user friendly for couriers it is most difficult user interface and bugs never solve. Right now the map stucks and hangs on foodora apps when zooming the restaurant or customer and cones back again and again to its position. The other things is that the screen is too bright when looking for sessions at night. It should be fixed and must introduced dark appearance so we can driving at night with ease and it doesn’t strain our eyes. There are many occasions when the app logout during session and order arrive and put us on break which then means we have no luck getting shifts.

No comfortable with the every minute Login
It gets so annoying that you have to always Login at every step even when you are active on the app. If you need to switch between the app, you need to always login. This needs to be checked.
Die Unterhaltung zwischen Dispatcher und Rider speichern.
Ich hatte 3 stornierte Bestellungen, habe mit Dispatcher geschrieben, er sagte alles wäre in Ordnung, bei dem letzten Fall, Kundin gab falsche Adresse, ich suchte 25min lang die Adresse, dann war alles weg und ich bekam neue Order. Ich hab die Order akzeptiert und den Dispatcher gefragt was passiert ist, er sagte das System hat die Order automatisch als geliefert markiert, du bekommst das Geld dafür keine Sorge, drauf hin fragte ich ob ich weiter suchen MUSS und das essen an Kundin geben MUSS, sagte er du MUSST nicht. Ich war schon auf dem Weg zum Restaurant um die neue Order abzuholen. Die Kundin hat dann im App eingegeben dass the Rider ( Ich ) die Bestellung nicht zugeliefert aber als geliefert markiert hat. Und so bekam ich eine Suspendierung, seit 3 Tagen darf ich nicht arbeiten obwohl ich gar nichts falsch gemacht habe. Wenn die Unterhaltung zwischen Rider und Dispatcher gespeichert wird, kann man später im Falle einer Suspendierung, als Beweis vorzeigen ! Da es nicht möglich ist, wahrscheinlich glaubt mir auch keiner ! Es ist echt frustrierend und extrem Unfair wenn man für etwas bestraft wird was man nicht getan hat oder nicht schuld dran war, aber wer interessiert sich für einen Rider der seit 3 Tagen umsonst suspendiert wurde und minus macht ? Keiner !

The algorithm to give you order is very unfair for riders. Lack of support for riders, extremely passives- aggressive messages and call (NYC number) to warn you if you are not fast enough with delivery, app crashes often, no one takes responsibility or provide support even if you contact rider support. And they try to make up your low pay with customer's tip but it's all based on the economy

Das Online Service mit solchen Mitarbeiter ist unprofessionell und problematisch. Das System muss reell stattfinden und nicht virtuell. Außerdem ist das Support sehr unhöflich und faul. Das sage ich leider aus Erfahrung
