Manipulative tips mechanics make me not leave any tips at all because I hate that straight forward manipulations with sad faces when I don’t want to do it and even “😐 “when I want actually leave some minimum tips. What the hell. I just now refuse, as well as my friends. You make me hate leaving some basic tips and make industry much worse insist to pay higher tips. People need to have a good basic wages, hight tips works for opposite.

Aplikace funguje skvěle, chválím. Ale ty tipy při placení? S tím jděte s prominutím do h*****. V jídelně kde si vystojim frontu, vše odnesu sám a uklidím po sobě na mě vyskočí škaredé smajlíky, že nechci dát tip 20%? A 0 znamená snad pět kliků navíc? Nechutné praktiky tohle.

Would give 5 stars but the manipulative emojis on tips are really not adequate. Tip should be volunteer not emotionally forced

I’d rather tip the staff than pay some unnecessary middleman. What annoyed me the most was how they just assumed we wouldn’t even notice.

Tuhle sopku zbožňuji. Dojím, dopiju, zaplatím, dam spropitné dle nálady a vlastního uvážení, hned zaplaceno, miluju gify.. Za tuto appku jsem fakt rád.

I’m being constantly logged off
Every time I want to use the app I found myself logged off and I have to log back in. That’s especially frustrating because even though I use the Apple sign in I cannot use FaceID like with other apps. So there are always additional steps I have to walk through making the experience actually slower than paying in a regular way. This wasn’t happening a few months back before you added stuff like stories which serves zero purpose to me and the daily menus in them are even often broken. Maybe you should focus on the core functionality and make it work properly instead of adding irrelevant new features.
The drive to push for 10% tip is not tight.
I think there should be not 20, 15, 10, 5% but rather smaller steps like 10, 7.5 and 5%. The other amount are exagerated.

Doesn’t the Apple Card
I was just trying to pay (walked out without realizing the payment wasn’t complete - boo!-), then tried to correct the problem by trying to pay again and several more times with my Apple Card. Eventually, on a whim switched to a local bank debit card which worked. Angry my Apple Card wasn’t accepted. Used the Apple Pay process with both cards, if that helps the developer track the issue.

Does not work at all for travelers from USA
I tried a Visa credit card, a Mastercard credit card, my Bank of America debit card, Apple Pay. Nothing works. For foreigners visiting Czech Republic, this app is worthless.

The best app save a time to me and also waiters
This app is on my “mobile data” list but it’s not installed on my phone
And I don’t remember ever using it. In fact, I haven’t even heard of it until I checked my app list to see which ones use mobile data. Fishy app
Very useful
Love this app especially when in a very busy restaurant. I’m sure the staff appreciate its use also.
Needs work
Seems to work fine until it comes to actual payment. The payment is declined by the bank (Chase bank in my case). Could use some work, maybe there’s security issues?
