Az nagyon jó volt hogy szállított a címemre de az nem tetszett hogy nem lehetett készpénzzel fizetni hanem csak bankkártyával.
Bad experience
I had a bad experience with spoiled food being delivered and support being very unhelpful in resolving this. Will prefer Uber eats going forward who has been much more helpful in similar situations.

Nincs bajom a kulfoldiekkel, es azzal sem, hogy nem tudnak magyarul. Viszont az indiai kollegaknak az akcentusan lehetne csiszolni, mert meg amit angolul mondd sem ertem olyan eros.

Problémy s popeyes☹️
Jelikož jste jediný co Popeyes v Praze rozváží, budu si stěžovat tady. Když jsem si chtěla objednat poprvé tak mi v půlce objednávky odstranily položky z košíku a pak byly nedostupné. Dnes jsem si chtěla objednat znova a Foodora pro jistotu ani restauraci pro mojí adresu nenašla. Předpokládám, že jde o problém s pobočkou nám nejblíž, ale nemělo by teda tím pádem být možné si objednat z jiné pobočky? Jenom protože 1 z 10 poboček nefunguje a já mám zrovna tu smůlu, že je mi nejblíž, neznamená, že bych si nemohla objednat (a klidně si i extra počkám). Jestli že i aplikace Popeyes me na rozvoz pošle na Foodoru, očekávám, že zde to jídlo teda dostanu, čau ahoj. ☹️😞 (jo a BTW, nemusíte mě neustále spamovat e-mailama, že jsem si už dlouho neobjednala, že máte super slevy a že vaří nějakej random ahh Filip, dík)

You should train your delivery man more.
I chose contactless delivery (stay at the door after knocking on the door) and filled in the correct address. The delivery man didn't read my request at all. He called me and asked me to go out to get it. He saw the wrong address but kept asking me to go out to find him and thought it was my fault. Think about a bearded man asking you out in a very bad tone... So what's the point of me choosing contactless delivery? And your software has no way to black out the delivery man, which means that if I continue to use your software, I may meet this terrible man, so I uninstalled it

Berga pizzeria & gatukök
Beställde via Foodora, men restaurangen levererade själva. Jag hade valt “lämna utanför dörren utan knackning”, men istället blev jag upprepat uppringd. När jag öppnade dörren stod chauffören där och sa åt mig att gå ner till bilen och hämta maten. När jag påpekade att leveransen enligt beställningen skulle ske till dörren svarade han: “Jag ska leverera till kök?” 🤦♀️Jag upplevde bemötandet som argt och otrevligt och blev väldigt besviken eftersom leveransen inte följde instruktionerna i beställningen. Maten var lite torr, men smaken var god. Jag vet inte om detta är restaurangens ansvar eller om det beror på leveransen, men upplevelsen drog tyvärr ner helhetsintrycket.

Mangel an Ernsthaftigkeit
Ich bin unzufrieden! Ich habe zum ersten Mal ein Abenessen aus einem Restaurant zur Lieferung nach Hause bestellt,da ich nach einer Knieoperation nicht selbst dorthin gehen konnte.Ein Foodora - Mitarbeiter sollte die Lieferung zustellen,lieferte meine Bestellung- die ich per Karte bezahlt hatte - jedoch an die falsche Adresse.
Értesítések ok nélkül
Az elmúlt hetekben a telefonomon megjelent több értesítés is az applikációtól mindenféle különösebb ok nélkül. Megnyitottam az applikációt, és nem mutatott semmit, ami bármilyen értesítést indokolna. Olyan, mintha egyszerűen csak azt akarta volna, hogy megnyissam, így a semmire. Rohadt idegesítő, azonnal szüntessétek meg.
Good app, horrifying costumer service
I have had foodora for 2 years now, the app if good the offers are good BUT, and that’s a big one, so far with my experience , the costumer service is absolutely nonexistent. No matter how late you get your food or if your food gets cancelled after waiting for literally an hour, there is no compensation there is not even an actual apology. Just a notification that you will get a refund or sth 5-6 days later and if the food is delayed well that just sucks to be you. This is especially annoying when they say the estimated time is 40 minutes but then it takes an hour minimum to get your food. If only they would make their costumer service better they could be even more popular.

Drop the pin
So I ordered food while I’m on vacation in Sweden I dropped the Pin it showed the exact apartment I was in and when I ordered the food, the Driver app showed that he was at my apartment but when I went downstairs, he was at a different location saying that that’s the address he has they were unwilling to refund my food or money to order food. I don’t recommend a company that does not give good customer service.

Noen ganger det kan ta veldig lang tid men jeg Alti tipper og betaler extra for bedre service. Men jeg liker alt i appen servicen er bra.

Det ska gå att betala med kontanter, mat är ett basiskt behov, det är jättevanligt med kontanter för latino familjer (för min del), fattiga människor och gamla människor (även gamla svenska) samt det är hälsosamt för samhället att kontanter godkänns i kriser osv, bara i Sverige kan man inte köpa mat med svenska sedlar…

Får notiser med marknadsföring och tips om att jag kan handla från matbutiker trots att alla notiser är avstängda förutom notiser som har med beställningar att göra. Otroligt störande och bör åtgärdas.
bad delivery
Since i live quite far they always have the rider make so many additional stops! it'll say 25min delivery, but every 5 minutes a new stop is added and it becomes 1hr delivery for simple meal.

No call, no food, no refund
Couriers don’t call and just leave. When you try to prove to support that no one called (even with call history), they completely ignore it and refuse to verify anything. At this point it feels like either couriers are scamming or they don’t even have credit to make calls. Either way, the result is the same, no food and no refund. Would not trust this service again.

Much worse than Uber Eats. Last order took 90 minutes. I ordered sushi. By the time it arrived the sushi was too warm to safely consume and I was refused a refund. I’ve since deleted the app. Enjoy the Amex chargeback.
The app is actually pretty good
The app itself is actually pretty good. If the app wasn’t as good as it is I’d give it a 1 star. The service is mediocre. The customer service is horrible. Do not order from places that have their own delivery you may not get it or it’ll be cold, and you’ll end up paying full price for something you didn’t get or is substandard.

I ordered food to my hotel through this app. I ordered a beef burger and received a chicken sandwich instead. I took pictures of the sandwich and my receipt. I then submitted a refund request. Some AI bot/foreigner said everything looked fine so they would not be refunding me. Never using this app again.
Hardly working
Spent time checking out menu and fill up cart just to find an error occurred when I press order. So I ordered from another app instead that always works. This happens half of the time when I ordered. Pretty annoying
English menu required
App is good but the restaurant menu doesn’t show in English even after changing the language settings to English, so please sort this ASAP. Edit: seriously when are you guys sorting the Menu in English? It’s difficult to order food without using the translator and we have been requesting for long so please work on it ASAP. You send multiple app updates regularly but nothing in this regard, so disappointed!!

Ordered a specific kind of chocolate, chocolate delivered was not the right kind. Requested refund for the chocolate, refund denied. They took my money and now I have chocolate that I don’t want and didn’t order

Using this on an iPad on wifi and the app keeps saying I lost internet connection when I try to select a restaurant or add a dish to my shopping cart. Trying again always seems to solve the issue though so only mildly annoying. Other than that it's alright.
