Great App
Very convenient, great for trading
Lack of features
Lack of a lot of features that other trading like Moomoo and Tiger have…it is over simplistic for advanced traders. You can’t place sell orders if it is just abit high which doesn’t make sense. So instead of helping you to plan in advance, you have to do many things manually that other platforms can do. More than 1-2 dollars deviation up for HK stocks and they don’t allow you to sell. You need to be within $1 difference in order to sell. So you cannot sell most of the time. You can’t buy with margin overnight hence losing out a lot of opportunities when overnight market dumps. Buying and selling is really difficult for a trading app. Will not recommend it.
dividend
Overall the app experience is good and easy to use. I would like to check — after the dividend payable date, how long does it usually take for dividends to be credited into the account? Hope this information can be made clearer in the app. Thank you.
아이패드에선 엉망이네요
아무 생각없이 기존 KR버전 지우고 깔았는데 전혀 아이패드용 기능이 없네요

Hidden fees everywhere. Also, I set a limit order at a price lower than the current and it buys at the current price???? TF?? You cant buy odd lots either. Somehow it automatically invests my money into some fund that I wasnt even aware of. When i need to use the money it takes forever to get it out of the fund. Also, you cant place/cancel/modify an order for some reason in the middle of the session. It’s not explained why, you just can’t. Just save your time and energy and use another broker man

Create a Dynamic Island feature where we can see love price change for a stock we choose!!! -1 star for all the money I have lost+ the possible interface that could be developed if the developers put In a little more work.
iPad app is just a enlarge version of vertical mobile app
The screen illustrated as iPad app does not exist! The the desktop app also doesn’t match the mobile app other than easier to do charts. Otherwise, the phone app is pretty decent

Has been using this apps for years and it’s a great in investing tool.
All News Links do not work
All News Links , “Error Loading Data, please try again later”. Webull Learn also the same errors. All links are broken. Only links from news alert can work. It’s been 6 months reported via the contacts us link while continue trading using the platform, no fixes until now. They did not even acknowledge there is such issue using highest end iPhone model and IOS. I don’t think Webull is a serious business entity but more like a kids toy. Looking for better platform now
It was a great platform until recent update
Webull is a user-friendly platform with advanced charting tools and real-time market data, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced traders. After the recent update on my iPad, the app now displays the phone version, which reduces the chart size in both landscape and portrait modes. This makes quick trades difficult. Despite several updates, the issue persists, so I’ve stopped using the app.
Professional
Great trading platform with a clean and user-friendly interface. It’s easy to monitor my portfolio, track market movements, and place trades. The app has plenty of useful features and is constantly improving. Overall, a great experience so far.
Long way to go
Faulty logic with account verification (Singpass doesn’t always work), very bad UX journey design. Can’t buy or even browse funds on desktop and app registration susceptible to multiple errors. I gave up trying to use this app as an investment account. Better off with alternatives. Also, support is horrible. Impossible to delete the account. They are like a broken record requesting more and more info to delete your info.
Low rates but app need more features :P/L,Faster Navigations
One of the best trading platform in SG. Minimum trading fees for stocks and options . However the app features need to be improved for reports and navigation. Basic feature like P/L is missing in this app. You have to manually calculate the P/L . Navigating to option page from the open positions , you will need to go though multiple pages . 17/09/24 : P/L is recently added and it’s getting better. 26/06/24 : P/L is show wrong amount. It showed 43k loss while my actual p&l was in positive. Upon raising complaint to support response was “ P&L is just visual representation it does not give actual P&L” and suggested to manually calculate the P/L. Why? Why show the wrong information ? If we need to manually calculate don’t show incorrect data to users.
Intuitive layout, easy to invest
Found the layout of Webull quite intuitive especially as someone who doesn’t invest frequently.
No Roll function available for credit spread option strategy
If want to compete with your competitor like Moo Moo, must ensure u are ready and get all the necessary functions up before launch. Simple “Roll”common function is not available for credit spread, how you want the investor put the money in your acct and trade? Because of this unavailable “roll” function. can we claim the trading lost from WeBull because your common trading function not available and make investor lost money?

Solid platform.
Rewards offer is fake
I completed the offer as per terms and was expecting to be rewarded of amount $599, however my claim was rejected by them when I sent them a query they said they will get back in 4 to 6 weeks. Do not trust this company with your money

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable Opened 2 accounts for investing purposes and future plans I will recommend Webull to my friends and family
Easy to put money in, Hard to take money out
Don’t install, they make it so easy for you to put your money in. Simple clicks but when you want to withdraw, got all this shenanigans, definitely do not recommend there are better trading app
