10 days to analyze claim and then decline cover
AIA is having more and more predatory behaviour when it comes to health insurance. They decline cover for emergencies, A&E and they use false reasoning to base their cover on, like spending a night at hospital. This company should be barred from providing insurance in Singapore.

Extremely poorly designed, full of bugs, really slow and half the time doesn’t work. The developers must be dinosaurs, gives a feeling this is a 10-12 years old app..

it asks to input otp for each page not only in app but also on the website which causes extra charges from sms

Worst App Ever
One of the worst app ever, sluggish and painful to use. The spin wheel always landing on 40 coins, rigged!
Unreliable
My AIA vitality account is linked to my Apple Watch 4. The watch does a great job of tracking and logging all my workouts. But about one third of the time I get no credit on my vitality statement and have to write to their customer service people and wait three days for a reply. And then alert them if the mistake cost me a weekly reward. It’s painful and annoying.

I have some rewards in the app that I wanted to claim but for some reason, the app is always down on maintenance. I don’t understand why they have so much downtime.

Harassing for marketing consent
Constantly asks for marketing consent at every tap even when I have declined all marketing calls and contact.
Worst than the previous app
The new app does not sync the data properly from Apple health app! Call and email support But nobody assisting... wasted two weeks for not getting any reward ! Suck
Lousy App
Lots of sync issues and missing points. Customer service takes forever to reply a simple message. Don’t bother.

..in regards of everything: - log in is troublesome - OTP doesn’t work - autofill absence - worst ever payment options. Kill this crap. Order a better one from an other developer.
I wouldn’t be using this app if not for the Vitality programme
It’s basically a very useless app that can’t even handle sync well. More often than not, each update purports to improve performance and what-not but even more often than not the app always fails to sync activity/workouts from the phone. This has been a perennial problem since this app was created. Get it done right once and for all!
