Não dão suporte algum quando há problema ou pedido de cancelamento por parte do cliente. Jogam a responsabilidade para o vendedor e dizem não conseguir cancelar. Ou seja, se levou um golpe, perde dinheiro. Mas para compras pequenas é um bom app, avaliando bem os vendedores e avaliações.

While this app is wonderful way of selling and buying awesome clothing the sellers are amazing but the support on this app is getting worse! Lack and poor communication! People are not getting their rewards has promised. People are contacting support but the support is lacking bad. Hardly hear from them. It’s so aggravating at the lack and poor communication with the support! Jamble could do better!

Ive never experienced this type of “ customer service “ it is impossible to reach a real person to discuss and issue- I was an avid shopped and had spent lots of money with these sellers- than someone was doing a “fill a bag” sale- this seller asked me to pay separately for two items ( a comforter set and another expensive item. I received the “fill a bag” items which were literally all dollar store items or target $1 spot- but never received the comforter (paid $50) or the other item ($25) I reached out to kanble support and the automated message just repeated itself over and over again that my shipping said it had arrived and there’s nothing they could do, “I received my over” but I did NOT. I reached out to the seller who then told me “I’m not like most sellers I went out of my own money to ship you the other items separately and created my own label” okay, for one, that’s against the rules, and also— she took a week to finally respond to tell ms this. I told her I did not receive it, I have informed delivery so I always know what is coming shipment wise and she had not created an extra label like she tried to clam. She then takes an entire other week to reply- oh, okay, I will look through my inventory to see if I can find it. ?? Did you not say you took extra time and money to send it to me separately? Wouldn’t you remember that? Go this day jamble has never reached out to me after multiple emails and multiple attempts to tell them I don’t receive my things. It closed the case after it said the one item was delivered, so that’s $65 down the drain the seller literally stole from me.!to top it all off I looked at the app today and this seller is now a “top seller” she has blocked me and refuses to answer me. Don’t download this app!!!! It’s TERRIBLE! If I could give -1000 stars I would.

Não compensa mais. Aumentaram o valor do frete várias vezes a ponto de ficar inviável, tiraram o cashback e ainda inseriram taxa para o comprador (além do vendedor também pagar). Uns 2-3 meses atrás eu recomendaria, hoje não mais.

Jamble is a great place to buy and sell items. You can make some $$ or buy some items for great prices. A lot of people say there’s trouble with shipping sometimes but I’ve never had trouble yet. I have made some great friends on this app. People who I trust to buy from. Great place to hang out.
Bad business Practice
This company has unethical relationships with its sellers that they employ for the Warehouse Show. They don’t communicate if a sellers shift has been canceled or changed and won’t compensate for time lost. They will also fire with no notice/communication, leaving sellers in the dark. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with this app.

This is a good app. It is a good way of auctioning things off. You can get many branded names for dirt cheap. I don’t know how the shipping works because I have yet to order something but based off of other reviews I would say it is a hit or miss. The only this I would say is that ⚠️⚠️IT DOESNT SHIP TO ANYWHERE OTHER THEN THE UNITED STATES.⚠️⚠️ I live in Canada and was super excited to try out this app… you can use the app, you can watch what people are buying. But you can’t buy it unless you live in the states. Otherwise then it not being international I think it would be a very good and very effective app.
Can not open tickets
Jamble is making it impossible to get ahold of them. As a buyer I don’t feel backed up on my purchases.

⭐ 1 Star – Disappointed and Frustrated as a Buyer and Seller I had high hopes for Jamble, especially as a live selling platform for fashion. At first, I loved the vibe — it felt like a fun, community-driven place to shop and sell. But the experience quickly went downhill. As a buyer: I received several items that were falsely advertised — one of them was even a counterfeit designer item! When I reported it, Jamble did nothing to help or refund me, even though they claim to have a quality and authenticity guarantee. I paid full price for what turned out to be fake or damaged goods. PURCHASED FROM THEIR OWN COMPANY WAREHOUSE. As a seller: I was restricted from commenting or messaging with no warning and no real explanation. I couldn’t even communicate with my buyers — which obviously affects my business. I also pay for Jamble Prime and haven’t been getting the shipping benefits that were promised. When I tried to contact support, I either got ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses.Then I was stripped of my live seller status without any warning or reason. They love to promote community guidelines — but where is the accountability on their end? Where is the customer support? Where is the respect for the people who actually keep the app running?
Very disappointing
Went from being a 10/10 place to be a reseller… to a 2/10 platform…I went from 60-80 people in my shows to maybe 2 if that. Shows that are scheduled two and three week out are being shown in the “for you” list of LIVE shows, which pushes people who are actually LIVE further down the list and harder to find. It’s whoever is brining in the most money at that time is who is prioritized…very sad

Hello, I been a consultant customer of this app for a few months now and love the app, i accidentally miss clicked on a live and got something for 56 bucks and my card declined i contacted the lady to let her know what happened and apologized and said i missed clicked and form have the money, 10 minutes later I go to the app and I’m banned. Please don’t use this app they ban you for stupid reason
Live scheduling
I don’t see the point in having to schedule 24hrs ahead. When I went on the plant form I question why it looks so empty just a bunch of dates everywhere. Now I know. If you allowed us to be spontaneous trust me you would have more success.

I purchased an item that was advertised as authentic and it turned out to be fraudulent and when I reached out to the seller she to let her know like hey this product isn’t authentic she ignored me and has been ignoring me I then reached out to Jamble to say she this is what’s happening and they as well have no resolution except to keep reaching out to the seller because the transaction is marked as completed. They have horrible customer service skills and nobody wants to take accountability for their misleading actions and behavior instead all they want to do is pass the buck which is horrible business behavior. I would never purchase anything from this platform and I would recommend nobody else does

Customer service is bad took me over a month resolve my issues with orders, some sellers don’t know to put correct weight on items I had to pay so much extra in shipping cost I had to pick up from the post office the label was wrong, missing items from packages sellers just left me on unread after I demand a refund
