Delicious
The food is bomb.com I was never a fan of Thai food, but coming here was delicious. No regrets. Nothing but good.
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me sign in. I can create an order, it won’t let me add tip. I go to pay with Apple Pay, won’t let me pay with Apple Pay. So I add a card to pay, everything seems fine, then it won’t save the card. CANNOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE NO MATTER WHAT I DO. So frustrating and useless.
App is annoying food is great
The food is great. The app is a headache
Food good but app awkward and not user friendly
I like this restaurant for the fresh and flavorful product, but the app is awkward to navigate and makes it difficult to redeem rewards and coupons.
Rewards
I find it very difficult to add a reward at the beginning of my order. Would be good if you made it easier for anyone to add a reward to their order…
excellent food ,sooo delicious 😋
i love this place , excellent attention and the food is perfect
Thai Bucks
Tried to use and kept telling me that I was unable to get a Thai Tea. Seriously?
Rewards
Was unable to redeem rewards on my online pick up order. Not very happy!
Annoying bug
I love the food and was impressed with the quite intuitive app, but tonight I changed my mind sad changed from pickup to delivery. After hitting the pay button, I got a message to please try again later. Thereafter whenever I tried to place an order, as soon as I tapped the cart icon, I would get a message that my cart wasn’t empty or had expired and presented a button to clear the cart and try again. Upon pressing that button, the app crashed, every time, until I deleted the app and redownloaded it from the App Store.
Thai Love
Great Food, Good Price, Friendly Staff…addicted to the Drunken Noodles!
spam notifications
even turning ALL notifications OFF in the app settings itself, they STILL send spam offers via app notifications. i've had to turn off notifications through ios directly to stop them. very misleading and a violation of apple store policy. i will be reporting.
Possible error?
I’d like to understand how an app providing us a discount based on “ThaiChilliPoints” isn’t validating our basket? We purchased 2 drinks along with two palms and the promo for the free drinks on our rewards aren’t validated. But as soon as we remove them why are they checking out?
Terrible colors choice
In user interfaces very light gray text usually means the option is not available. All the text in this app is light gray on a white background, so it appears most everything is “grayed out” not not an option. Even though the options are available it’s difficult to read due to very low contrast. Functionally the app is fine - lets you view the menu and submit an order just fine.
Every time
So good every time!! I like the beef, the chicken, the sauces!! I love that I can create my food depending on my mood!
Time to update app
Love the food but the user experience on the app is painful. For such a simple menu this should be an easy app to use.
Delicious food
We love this Thai food! Always delicious and easy to order online.
Rewards doesn’t work
Simple rewards don’t work.
Awhatukee
Every time I visit this location, the customer service is superb. It doesn’t matter who’s working. They are all so inviting and I have chosen to eat here some days just because of it. I’m leaving a review before I even go in and pick up my order because they never miss.
To Go Order using App
Went to place an online order with a promo code that I received. The App never gave me the option to enter the code. This very misleading advertising
Fresh & Fast
Loving this new spot!
Bad Experience
I haven’t been to a Thai Chili in over 3 years. When you changed your app I lost all my points. I sent multiple emails regarding the issue, but I never got a reply. No one at the restaurant could or would help me. So I just stopped eating there. I also spread the word & other people stopped eating there as well. Your customer service is nonexistent. Shame on you.
Great food!
Best Thai food ever.
Breach of User Privacy
I’ve requested to delete the account I made with my Apple ID several times however it remains active on my Apple account. I even emailed Thai chili’s customer service, they said it’s been deleted. It’s still active on my Apple ID account.
App is great and efficient
The appt is Great! It’s quick and easy to use and convenient when you’re in a rush!
This is about the rewards program
So we haven’t eaten here for a few months and all the free stuff I’ve earned has expired. My points expired some as recently as 13 days ago! Reward points or free food should not expire. People don’t get to eat there as much as they like.To
Its Thai Time
Thai Chili 2go has made it possible to have my favorite dish (curry and pad Thai combine) not only at a n affordable price instead of purchasing two separate items, but at such rapid speeds, it makes any time, a Thai Time!
No reward when you sign up
