Everyone was very busy but my take out order was on time and with smiles. Love this place
Overcooked meatballs
This is the first time we have ever had a problem with ordering food for pickup from Wildflower. We ordered 4 orders of meatballs and 3 out of the four orders were WAY overcooked. I don’t understand how one can look at those and think that they are okay to serve to someone. My son showed me and it literally looks and feels like a chocolate brownie! Yuck.
Good app, but lacks gift card options to pay
Overall the app works well. They just started offering promotions but they don’t seem to work easily at the store or on the app when paying, they apply manually at the register. Also the biggest item to resolve is the ability to pay through the app with a gift card. Please make this part of the next upgrade. Thank you-
Get a new programmer
10 digits password for a food points app- are you kidding me? Then the forgot password screen doesn’t resolve correctly on iPhone 14. Sloppy sloppy work - thank goodness the food is good.
Rewards
Not sure why I have 2000 reward points, but no rewards as a result in over 6 months for these points—must be a flawed app? It’s now been over a year+ with 2390 reward points and no rewards.

Messed up my order
I ordered a kale Caesar salad. There is no kale in it. And there is no easy way to get credited for that. 👎
How do you get a cup for water?
When you go through the line to order, asking for a cup for water is easy. If you use the application to order from your table and want water before your food comes, good luck. The cashiers are swamped by the line, and it is difficult to get anyone else’s attention. Great food and a growing, devoted clientele makes little things a problem sometimes.
Reward expiration is wrong
If a reward has an expiration date of the 10th of the month, it should still be good on the 10th of the month. If it is gone on the morning of the 10th that means expired on the 9th. Please fix your app. It is not accurate or fair.
Order incorrect
The first order brought out wasn’t mine and then my order was incorrect. Unfortunately it was a pick up order so you don’t know until it’s too late.
Quick and Kind
I love ordering from this Wildflower! My work caters from there all the time and even if we ordered later than expected for our clients, they are always make a way to get it out very fast! The staff is so sweet and always ask about our day. Thank you for being so awesome and reliable!!

Lemonade fiasco
Can’t order lemonade with kids meal? Lemonade is the #1 consumed child’s beverage. Why would it not be an option? When u choose fountain beverage but leave blank and do special instructions u can’t complete order. Please add lemonade button ASAP!
Easiest app to use ever!
I order stuff, food to go, home supplies, tools etc A LOT. When I encounter a site that makes things easy, I return frequently. This app is equal to or better than the best ones I have used. It is so easy to alter your menu until it is what you want. Checkout is seamless as well. I am a fan of the app and of course the food is always excellent.
Getting rewards after the fact
Hi. Went to Wildflower twice yesterday. Forgot to show app each time. The person helping didn’t ask either if I had it. There’s no way to add the visit on the app afterwards. Panera has user friendly system which allows that
Glitchy app
Trying to use my reward and it says to toggle. There is nothing to toggle.
Pick up
It is sometimes a slow process to pick up an order that has already been paid for. It would be nice if they had a place to just grab and go instead of waiting in line to pick up

Not sure why the site advertises rewards
Been using the app over a year and have ordered a lot of food. Never received any rewards. I had tons from Panera.
Needs work
Scanner in store does not work well. Also can’t find anywhere in app my progress toward a reward.
Mornings
Don’t know her name, but she seems to be the air traffic controller for the mornings. She found out my wife was sick and has been asking every morning about her. she has young children and I have young grandchildren. Her personal touch has been much appreciated. It is an evening out and I am picking up a piece of carrot cake. If I have a chance to review, I will find out her name and let you know.
Useless
There are no words to describe the complete uselessness of this app or people in a store to assist with using the app. Love the food. Not worth the frustration of the facade of an “easy to use” app that makes you want to scream.
Low on customization
Not enough ways to customize order. I can’t even see the words I am typing in this review. Breakfast is served until 2PM. YET I cannot order breakfst via this app. Come on Lewis

Pathetic sandwich
I got a tiny sandwich with my order because they ran out of their sandwich bread and used a round bread. They should have just gave me a whole sandwich for the inconvenience, they surely didn’t discount the food.
Great salads!
I really enjoy the salads and sandwiches at Wildflower. Online ordering and curbside pickup is easy and quick. I order at least once or twice a week.
What’s the Point?
Not sure what the purpose really is unless you mobile order. There is no loyalty program built in and half the time if you try to pay using the feature built in, it crashes. It’s a shame because most places reward their customers and encourage them to keep coming back. I’m a happy returning customer because of the food and service but this app misses the mark by quite a bit.
