First Trade
First thing I’ve traded. App seems easy to follow
8 month review $$$ loss
I had high hopes for this app. It seemed like a great idea. Now I’m thankful I didn’t invest much in dub. I chose several dub advisor ran stock profiles that claimed 200% to over 300% gains. Well, I’m down 40%. Not even including the yearly fee to use dub. How is it possible that their expert advisors are down 40% in 8 months after claiming they had such high gains. I am no expert and the stocks that I chose myself on other investment apps are doing great. I wouldn’t recommend dub. I’m being generous with 2 stars.
Signup process flawed
After asking for my email, “something went wrong when subscribing. Please try again” for the last 48 hours. Please fix!
Customer support
I recently downloaded dub to see what all the hype was about, and deleted it bc I felt it wasn’t what I was looking for. I was charge with a subscription fee after deleting it which had me worried. I reached out to customer support and they refunded every cent. I can’t say much about the app since I didn’t put much time into it but the customer service is 5 stars.
Robbed me
This app is literally robbing me. They keep canceling my withdrawal request are are refusing to help.
App issues will cost ya!
Emailing prefilled responses to a customer without addressing the real problem is not a customer support resolution. I’ve engaged with the app in various ways to ensure functionality and it can be a hit or miss. UPDATE: Dub’s support will dive into your ticket as your concern becomes escalated. The management team provided an incentive for the inconveniences I had experienced, which was an act of generosity most companies aren’t even trained to provide towards retainment these days.
Where did watchlist go?
Latest updated removed watchlist for accounts you could monitor on the Home Screen, seems like a mis step to remove that feature Update after dev response: The update got rid of all the accounts I was following. Not having all accounts in the home page defeats the purpose of seeing real time updates and adds another click. With each update you can tell they are making it harder and harder to track and follow. Been a founding member of this app and each update makes the experience worse.
Hesitant but happy
I’m new to investing and hate to lose. dub has been a great avenue to learn and watch how the pros do it
Poor interface
The user interface lacks essential information. There are no features for viewing daily, monthly, and all-time gains together making it tedious and time-consuming to monitor invested portfolios. With every update, more useful features seem to disappear. It feels like these changes benefit the app’s developers rather than its users, slowly stripping away everything that once made the app great.
All time percentage calculations are wrong in the portfolios
The All Time gain percentage in the portfolios are not calculated correctly if you adding more funds into the portfolios after initial invest. It always calculate the All time gain percentage based on the initial invested fund amount which is not an accurate calculation for average All Time gain. This should consider as a big to fixed.
Poor user experience
You make it extremely difficult to trade. I had $100 sitting in my account and it took me 10 visits to the application to figure out how to add that money to my portfolio.. Not cool it should be easy to trade
Assistance
Finance is not my area of expertise. I hope profit can be found in trusting others with knowledge in this field. There’s logic here and I hope it proves lucrative.
WONT LET YOU CANCEL
They won’t let you cancel a subscription. When you click to cancel they ask you if you want a discounted subscription, if you say no it brings you to the previous page and doesn’t let you cancel. SCAM.
Percentage growth
Some of the growth is very skewed based on a small $500 investment then depositing $50,000 it has my all time +1200% or more/ less which should be more like 1.2%
Need more
Wish you could tell better on a Daily basis what stock in each profile and what their performance is. Also real time numbers would go a long way to making analysis accurate.

App won’t open after investing multiple $k
After using the app and investing a couple thousand dollars into it every time I try to open the app and just close on me because of some I’ve restarted my phone and this has not been fixed.
Good but need more data
I love dub actually, but I’d like to know why I can’t have access to more chart data on my accounts. In other words I can’t see year to date gains and losses per individual copy and it should allow me to overlay certain charts as well. How is it doing against the S&P for instancestuff like that. Also and this is IMPORTANT - STOP UPDATING ALL THE DAMN TIME. Its Annoying

Had difficulty getting portfolios sync’d but finally got it fixed after a couple of days. Other than that app is fine.
Big fan of dub
Amazing app for investors who trade on a whim. I’m reckless by nature but when it comes to dub you invest and forget and your investments grows and rebalanced without your intervention and monitoring! Love it!
Money stolen from them
I tried to wothdraw over $600 I did. And they took it all but $22 dollars after I sold all my stocks. Where is my money. Nobody will get back to me and all you get is bots answering questions. Please look elsewhere

Access to app
I have an account with Dub and have been trying to access the app and it won’t let me. It keeps crashing before it opens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve hard shut down my phone and turned it back on and still nothing.

Very good app. After losing so much money in the stock market by doing it myself, I found this app and it’s making me some money.
Invest if you want to Lose Money
I downloaded the dub app last year around this time in July. I invested in the top earning portfolio at the time which was Brett Simba. It started out decent and I made around 5% profit. Since then I have now lost over 52% of my total investment. I have lost over 5 figures by investing into this app. I would highly recommend throwing your money directly into the S&P 500 because this app is a joke. I lost all of my money.

Buyer Beware. I canceled membership first day of trial. Was still charged when trial ended. Shady.
