Day trader
Don’t understand which stock should i buy because its only gives me 12 month but i am day trader.i need option stock screen that could be gain or loose.and loosing money.don’t understand how to use and its only give news if i put any stock name.so not satisfied.
Works fairly well
The free version is limited on the PC but the app works a little better. After a certain number of views you can no longer view the basics - e.g. the stock price.
Sketchy adds
Was a great app but recently they started filling it with a lot of pop up ads for real sketchy apps.
Breaking News
I really loved this app when I first started using it — especially because of the Breaking News section. It was the most valuable part of the experience for me. The app is still great, but I really need the Breaking News section back. Please consider bringing it again.
Fantastic App
Premium subscriber, 100% worth it. The amount of data and helpful stock information this app provides and how it is organized to make the information easily accessible is outstanding. The continuous work the dev team provides for support and new capabilities for the app (plugins for LLMs is one that comes to mind) adds immense value. IMHO best value for the money out there, if you have the free version, definitely consider upgrading to premium as the subscription pays for itself in the treasure trove of updated data, stock scoring, and analytics provided. Keep up the excellent work TipRanks team!

If they billed this app monthly opposed to yearly i would definitely sign up. My guess is a ton of people pass up on the app related to this. I know they think they're clever by doing it this way but they probably get 1/50th as many memberships as they could.
Decent app but the adverts are incessant
It used to be a good app for tracking my portfolio and market research but involves a lot of input. The worst part is adverts were added suddenly and I’m not talking 5 seconds with a skip button, a full at least 30 seconds of watching a demo play before you. No skip button until the advert is finished. Then a button appears to download every time you click the skip button. You’re still not in the clear though, pick another section like markets or news and a new advert begins! It’s rubbish
Premium and Free are now the same
They expanded the 30 stock watchlist limit to the free tier now, so there is no longer a difference between free and premium. When I emailed suggesting they bump up premium to something like 50 stocks to differentiate it from the free product, I received basically a thanks for your input email. Might cancel subscription and just use the free tier.
Beginners and experts
Look, no one really wants to pay for access to information, but these days too much free information can be a burden to anyone. TipRanks makes it easier to sort through all of the information that you might be looking for.

Serves its purpose
Does not bombard me with foolish notifications. Gives me actionable insights that I can use for market research, even in the free version. A must have in this climate.
Data is inaccurate
I really liked the layout and was using this religiously to track 3 of my accounts. I then started noticing discrepancies vs my accounts like different cost basis, etc. Recently it failed to pick up a couple trades over a week after they happened despite syncing multiple times. I wrote to their tech and they explained they’d have to get their engineering on it. Bottom line, I’m not renewing and it’s a shame I couldn’t trust it.
Great potential fall short
This is an app that could be great, only problem it that it overwhelms you with adds and splash screens and interruptions. It just too hard to just use it for what you need. I deleted it in the end.

Good App
I have Premium. So far I am pleased with the insight I get. However there are two things that I do not like: * too little tech data on stocks: no cash flow analytics like in Simply Wall St. If they don’t add that feature I will rethink if I renew my subscription. * For some links the browser opens on again Tipranks website where I have to login. This makes no sense.
Sneaky with the subscriptions
So I bought the premium subscription plan which in end of itself is expensive ~$350 for the year. It does provide you with excellent info to research a specific company and stock options into that company. However, if you are looking for hot new stock tips, Pro Newsletters, smart investor or smart growth links (basically anything of real interest)- . You are directed to the “ upgrade your subscription page”. which is roughly another $500 a year! Like are you kidding me? Maybe this is a common occurrence among these types of sites, I am new to this, but I would not recommend this site - especially for new investors. Very very unhappy customer

Useful Research Tool
I find the app useful to research stocks as it pulls data from various sources. The analyst ratings are not to be taken as the main data point to buy or sell a stock though, as I have learned.

I was looking forward to this app. This is a very unfortunate, no thanks! Very slow to open articles. Forcing the user to open another app before prompting forward to the selection. Way too many pop ups. Very limited actual use/access of the free version.

Every man for himself!
From the reviews that I’ve read it seems the only time the developers respond is 1. When they want to portray themselves as caring, and ask for further details, and 2. to reinforce the kind words of others. Maybe I’m missing it, but I don’t see anything where developers have responded with actual changes and results that have occurred indirect response to someone’s misfortune. Especially considering they are very specific about their issue! I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE REVIEW WHERE SOMEONE MENTIONS A SPECIFIC ISSUE AND THE DEVELOPER HAVE RESPONDED WITH “THANKS” Thank goodness I’m not an Americant!

TipRanks is very helpful and informative service. my only complaint is that I wish they wouldn’t keep adding additional features and ask for more money to sign up for it. My opinion, this extra stuff should be included in the premium membership.

Riddled with weird Ads
Annoying to use unpaid version. Weird Ads pop up left and right, play sounds, hard to close. Does not feel like a serious app, rather a joke. For that reason I will not even use it.
Triprank review
It is a good website, but it is extremely costly for seniors retired with small funds to obtain subscription.so it is beyond the reach of 40% of the people and 90% of the seniors. It should make 70% discount for people over 75 years old.
No Monthly Membership Options
Really want to try this out but the yearly fee is a high one time cost. Would much prefer a monthly billing option.

Malicious methods indicate inferiority
Short version: TipRanks behaves like what it is: a pure predatory scam. Gives absolutely nothing without exorbitant upfront payment, sight unseen. What you get for spending a fortune is of dubious value, uncertain quality at best. Mostly reuses free content and tools; the rest cheaply AI generated. Complete ripoff pay to see idiot tax. Relies on scammy practices to dupe lazy novices. Full: Website shows how they do: page-size redirect fields, constant scammer tactics. App likewise defines “disreputable.” First signup required for anything but looking at preset “top” 3 stocks’ last closing price, and some freely available news linked & vacuous AI written perspective articles with deceptive clickbait titles. “So and so stock soars,” labeled an hour ago but won’t be about recent activity, just any discernible upward movement that ever took place. So free/fake news, bare minimum less than googling “stocks” would provide content until you register to be tracked and profiled, say ok to all that being sold forever. And that’s just to look at equally generic info on other stocks. For any of what they describe as features without mentioning payment, you would indeed have to pay per thing, about $10 each, weekly. Or engage in multitiered subscriptions that cost hundreds to start with mandatory annual commitment. But just the initial tier won’t get more than is freely available anywhere. To get their so-called best functionality would run about $1000. Nothing you’d supposedly get for that can be tried or previewed in the slightest without enormous upfront payment. Plus they get to market you like a ham to whomever forever, so brace for the exponential spam increase that you authorized.

Careful: Cancellation will not be allowed
This is so just let everybody know that once you take the premium membership, you will not be able to cancel it, you will literally have to change your credit card!!!! Also all data of this app is delayed, so can’t rely on it.
Cannot import from RBC
I’m using RBC to trade, but cannot import into TipRanks. Everything else looks very nice except this. Could you please this issue? Thanks.

Like this app but no Canadian portfolio import and when I did it manually I noticed it was in usd and there is no other way to change it to cad

No CAD$ currency support
I have USD and CAD securities and Cash. The app only converts to USD. CAD Cash balances are not supported. Looks like a good app, but not Canadian investor friendly.
