Bonjour, I have experience in designing web applications and it’s essential that info be find within two - three clicks. This is not the case here. I cannot find a search feature that will help me move from one member/conversation to another without going through an elaborate back and forth process between screens. It’s quite frustrating and a lot of time wasted. A search option would be a great improvement. If I have missed this feature please let me know. Merci.
Stupidly hard to open
This app is actually fine once you’re in…the problem is that even when WiFi is perfect and everything else is working fine. This app fails to open and says there is “No WiFi”. I’d estimate that only 1 in 10 attempts actually opens it. Any tips or tricks to improve this would be much appreciated.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CESSPOOL
Never in my life had so many fake profiles and people that actually seem real and turn out to be just another fake. If you’re a glutton for punishment, then let them torture you emotionally AND charge you for it at 30 bucks a month. I’m sure they don’t refund because they say how WE can “report” people after the fact oh yay how about at least try to protect your customers ahead of time. Again. Worst dating app I have ever used!
No customer service
I opted not to update my age because I’ve already done it once so it didn’t need updating and my age was correct and it automatically locked me out with no help to fix it.

Beaucoup de faux profils qui ont volés les photos de femmes et créant des profils avec leurs photos. Très déçu, beaucoup de temps pour filtrer. Beaucoup d’énergie et des demandes d’argent au bout de quelques temps, une honte. J’en ai fait les frais de quatre personnes.

The app is a lounge for scammers. PinkCupid allows people to create fake profiles to scam paying members. There’s people trying to steal your identity, asking for money and more. I don’t even think there’s a real profile on the app.

Such a Waste
Locations: The closest match to me is an hour and a half away — which is not close by any stretch. If you don’t live in a major city, this app is basically useless. Filters: I set my filter to lesbian, yet I constantly see men in my feed. Not only that, but they can still like and message me. What’s the point of filters if the app doesn’t respect them? Plus, isn’t this a lesbian site???? Fake Profiles: The majority of profiles are clearly fake. The photos are of unbelievably gorgeous people, but once you message them, it’s obvious they’re not who they claim to be — they barely speak English. Blocking: Blocking does not work. Their profiles still show up again and again. If they liked you before you blocked them, they’ll remain on your list forever — and you’ll have to scroll past allll of them just to see your new likes. Why even have a block feature if it doesn’t actually block? Photos: Constantly rejects my pictures. They are normal pictures of my full face. Nothing wrong with these photos whatsoever and yet they are rejected.

Formatting issue
In the process of creating my account, I barely got to the second question where it’s asking me to give my age preferences, and I can’t scroll down all the way to even see the age preferences.
Scammers and bots only
This app is a waste of time and money. It doesn’t seem that there is an actual real person on it. You are bombarded with likes and messages from scammers and bots. The conversations are generic and fake and they want you to immediately go to another app, zangi, to keep up the conversation. Scammers delight. Don’t waste your time or money.

You have to pay for literally anything cant even message or reply to people, cant even see who liked you unless you pay 🤦🏽♀️
FAKE profiles, horrible app.
The people who said the app is loaded with scammers and fake profile —-are 100% correct!! I have never come across another dating app filled with people with fake profiles. And the company tries to charge you twice and they resist refunding you. Horrible app - horrible company. Grade: F (Is there such a thing as F- (F minus)?
Worst App ever
No trial, poor user experience, and low-quality photos not a great start. Most users appear inactive, so there’s barely any engagement. I lasted less than five minutes before logging out. I requested a refund and didn’t get it, which made the experience even worse. Would not recommend.
