It’s a good app but I’ve faced a lot of problems while using the app , even i contacted the customer support they don’t answer, I couldn’t hear people’s voice during the call no matter how i tried , also they kept saying that the account is on use while i only opened it in my own phone

The overall app experience is great the interface is clean, smooth, and easy to use. However, the biggest issue (and the reason for my 2-star rating) is the paywall around basic communication. Having to pay just to talk to someone, and paying per conversation or per like,completely kills the whole point of using a dating app. For an app that advertises 3.5 million sign-ups, it’s disappointing that messaging isn’t free. Apps like Hinge, Tinder, and Tantan let people actually talk to each other without charging for every interaction. If you want to offer premium boosts or paid perks like higher visibility, cool, that makes sense. But charging users just to communicate feels excessive and makes the experience frustrating instead of fun. Please reconsider this model. Let people message for free and use add-on features for revenue instead. The app could be great, but the current system is holding it back.

No customer service at all
This is sad! I was excited about this app but as soon as I made my profile I got a warning status, so I’m waiting for a response in the customer service chat for 4 days now and still got nothing! Can someone please help me there with this issue, thanks

中文化跟真人認證
本人認證的機制只能有韓國一些公司的會員才能認證，啊是要怎麼解任務？ 還有一堆韓文的部分對台灣人真的不友善，中文化可以全面一些嗎？ 這樣要怎麼心甘情願買糖跟異性互動咧

Awful experience
My account was restricted several times for photo verification, which I completed every time they asked. The last time, a user reported me after I turned him down for being inappropriate. Instead of reviewing his behavior or blocking his profile, the app asked me again for verification and restricted my account. This feels unfair and poorly managed. Some users are very rude, and the app seems to protect them instead of the people they harass. Ladies, don’t waste your time here.

해외사는 사람한테 한국에 있는 분들 프로필이 투데이카드, 초이스, 이상형찾기 등등 프로필을 볼 수 있는 모든 곳에 계속 뜨는 게 마음에 들지 않아요. 내가 사는 곳 근처 사람들을 보고싶은데 엉뚱한 지역 사람들만 보이니. 너무 비효율 적입니다. 검색 기능에 지역별로 검색할 수 있는 기능만 있어도 좋겠네요. 지역을 고를 수 있는건 세 가지 콸리티 모두 넣어야 하는 곳인데. 검색력이 너무 떨어집니다. 미국 동부에 사는데 미국도 서부에 있는 사람들만 뜨고… 참여를 유도하려면 참여를 하고싶게 만들어주세요. 그리고 프로필에 결혼 이혼 자녀 유무도 표시할 수 있으면 좋겠어요. 구구절절 설명 안해도 되게.
This app is like it’s for Korean people only.
I benefit skills here because I couldn’t really write any Hangul characters back then. The problem is I ended up being rejected in the end even if they liked me first because of not having said properly what I meant and it gives a bad impression which leads to them having a wrong idea. It’s a struggle for me in being a foreigner on my part. Language: Main - Filipino / English Knowledge - Spanish / Japanese Blood: Filipino, Chinese, Spanish and American Mix.

I've spent over $200 of candies to see what this is about. You got a bunch of profiles in which their bio consists of only 'hi'. #1 red flag. #2 red flag is if you match with someone and they ask you to DM them on Instagram. That is a phishing and blackmail attempt. Scam. Fraud. Phishing. Everywhere. No real girls. Just thousands of fake accounts made with stolen Facebook photos. I've seen many repeat accounts with the same girl. Absolute cesspool of scammers.

More diversity please
This app is good but not very foreigner friendly, especially as a black woman. It is very hard to find a match or romance on this app because it feels as though Korean men do not find you desirable, which is fine I guess. Another thing is the half English and then everything else in Korean. When I first signed up it gave me an option for either in Korean or English, I choose English and although so things where English when I would click on certain things the information would come up in Korean. Please fix this. If you say there’s an option for everything to be in English then please follow through with it. I want to delete my account but can’t even because half of everything is in Korean so now I’m stuck with an app I can’t even remove myself from.

Extremely microtransaction-heavy. You have to pay per person to send likes and even to view who visited your profile. There is a gambling aspect too - costs 10 to send a like but only 1 to view how much you match a girl’s preferences. So a girl views you, you pay 5 to see her, then you can yolo pay 10 to like her or you can pay 1 to see you’re not her type and save your points for someone else 🤣🎲🎰💰
