Absolutely love the game absolutely love the series. But the thing that I truly truly hate is it will not let you earn hints. Even when you say, go ahead and follow or do what you jump through all the hoops and then it says I’m sorry we don’t have any suitable hint suitable whatever it’s just stupid that they won’t let you earn a hint I mean they’re getting paid by these people for us to watch the commercial and they won’t let us watch the commercial. Hate It.
Can’t click on items under coin button
It is impossible to complete this game because items are under the “store” button so there is no way to collect them.
Special offer icon blocks game components
PLEASE move the Special Offer icon! It blocks an area of the game that needs to be selected to move forward and I have to wait for 10+ minutes for it to disappear before I can continue the game!

Top notch games from Five-BN, and this is the same high quality. Puzzles are fun and challenging, graphics superb, animation perfect to move the story forward, and additional puzzles open with finding hidden objects in each location. Thank you.
More rubbish
Ten ads to skip 1 puzzle ,when are games on the Apple Store going to get better ?
Enjoy, however…
I actually very much enjoy the puzzles and such in these games. However, they keep putting things you need to click on in the upper right corner, and if you have that countdown up there with a special offer for buying coins, you can’t click on what’s behind it. And you can’t make that offer go away… you have to wait for the timer to run out to see what’s behind it. Perhaps the larger screen on an iPad would be better. But it’s an issue if you’re playing on your iPhone.
Really hard to play on an iPhone
I really wanted to like this game but playing with your fingers on an iPhone is darn near impossible. It never clicks where you want, things needed are under the coin purchase icon in the top corner or under the go back arrow on the bottom. One slightly wrong click takes you out of a puzzle and starts it over. The iPhone top screen is constantly trying to scroll down over the game. Not well adapted at all.
Really didn’t enjoy this one as much
Even weirder than usual storyline and dialects.. and puzzle instructions! Got bored very quickly as it seems maybe the dvprs did?

Poorest one yet
These games are usually good but this one breaks the mould with puzzles and HOP’s that simply don’t work. I just deleted it in frustration in the end.
Enjoyed main, bonus a glitch
I really enjoyed the main game and upon completion it gave me access to the bonus game at no charge which was a pleasant surprise. However, I got the cauldron of resin, can turn the wheel, click the rope, chest, boat, etc and that is it. The hold was open when I started the bonus game but I cannot enter it to continue the game, I am very disappointed, am just stuck on the deck! Help!

LOVE this series as much the other two…I’m playing for the 3rd or 4th time..my only problem with their games is there aren’t enough of them please do another series like this or Lost Lands etc…PLEASE no one is as good as you guys except for maybe mad Head but I love you guys so much!!!!
Can’t find the full pay game
So I tried it but it wasn’t fun. It’s obviously designed to get the most money out of you it can. I’ll look elsewhere in the future for my games. $11 wasted

Stopped working
Good game up until bridge crossing. When I got over the bridge there is supposed to be ‘find the runes’ puzzle. Didn’t work.

Follow Up
Finally got around to playing the sequel and the witches story does not disappoint. Great to see a Lucia and Ulf cameo. I laughed when Ulf’s only dialogue was roaring and growling. Couple of the puzzles needed a walkthrough but all in all not terrible. Keep up the great work!!
Glitchy Bonus Chapter
According to various walkthrough videos, you should just be able to walk down into the stairs into the ship, but there appears to be a glitch that won’t allow you to walk down.

Glitch
Unable to proceed as I cannot collect the belt from the tower. I click all over it but nothing happens, even when I press the hint button.
I’m a bit confused.
If someone could please give me clarification: I would love to give this 5 stars. I haven’t played any other games by this developer until a couple days ago. So I played the Legendary Tales 1, did the bonus, downloaded this second one, played the main game and STARTED the bonus…only to end up stuck. So I know I need to go to the haul/lower level of the arch witch’s ship, but it won’t let me. I picked up the cauldron, found the seashell, and clicked on any interaction available on the top ship level…but I can’t get to the lower level and therefore can’t do anything. I’m reading reviews that say I have to unlock the bonus? By payment? But I don’t see any option that allows me to do that. So how do I unlock the bonus chapter so that I can properly play it? Because I was unaware I wouldn’t be able to play it unless it’s unlocked especially since it let me start it and now it just feels glitched that I can’t move on. For anyone reading my review wondering if I liked the game: yes obviously. As far as games like these go the storyline is curious, tons of puzzles, this game is mostly F2P (I didn’t use any hints, if I ever got stuck I just looked up a walkthrough to give me a hint before moving on cause I wanted to complete it without hints to get the achievement😅) but there is a full version you can buy and I’m not sure how it differs ‘cause I haven’t gone and looked at it but maybe that’s where I need to go to unlock the bonus?

Legendary Tales 2 is an excellent game! The mini-games were creative and fun, keeping me engaged without feeling repetitive. The storyline was captivating, with twists and turns that kept me eager to progress. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good adventure and puzzle-solving experience!

Unless you have a lot of spare money to spend on the hints, I would give this game a miss sets almost impossible tasks with most of them poorly aligned.
Game excellent, bonus not so much
Usual great puzzles and story from this developer. But bonus game is very short compared to many I have played, and the game ends in the middle of the story. Seems more like a teaser for a follow up. Not worth my $2.
No hints
As others have said, there are no free hints available in this game since no adverts are available, and there’s a limit to how many hints I will purchase. The developer has said there may be no adverts available in our region. Strangely this restriction doesn’t seem to apply to Legendary Tale 1. I have now given up on this game. Also some of the puzzles are very similar to those in other games by this developer with perhaps just some cosmetic changes. Getting a feeling of déjà vu.
Ok
Well I rate Five-Bn against themselves since they’re escapes are another level. So anything they do would be 5star against others. That being said this series was ok. I guess I got spoiled with the NY series and Lost Lands 1-4. I would have given those 10 stars. But After that the note taking went away and everything is pretty straight forward. I really liked when you find a clue/item and have to teleport to another location to use it. I had notes for days with those mentioned above. Lost lands 5-7 and this series were ok but not as good for me. Still great games though.

You cannot get any free hints as it comes up with “no suitable adverts available” this has happened for a whole week now. I bought 30 thinking it might help but still the free hints are coming up the same. I was enjoying the game and I refuse to buy any more hints.
Love these games but…
I’ve purchased several series and I have loved them all, but it seems they’re becoming unnecessarily drawn out and tedious. Make the puzzles challenging, but not so long and tedious and I’ll purchase them all!

Way too many puzzles
This game has WAY too many puzzles/mini games and they were very hard. I spent most of my time watching ads to get enough free coins to skip most of them.
FIVE-BN Games
These games never disappoint. I’ve played through several now and always enjoy them. They are difficult enough to be a challenge but easy enough to be successful. The story is compelling enough to stay interested. The visuals are always high quality. If you like puzzles and fantasy these FIVE-BN games are perfect.

I can’t progress because emblems and mosaics are not showing as all collected even though they are - also free coins ads not available. Poor show - as forcing people to buy to progress.
Issue with Puzzle
Playing on an iPad and can’t move the pieces of paper to form a star in the find 15 stars puzzle on the ship.

Good game
Good game but why does it have to be so dark all the time? It makes it all but impossible to find things without endless hints!
Very enjoyable game!
This game was a lot of fun and I finished it without seeing any ads or using any hints so it wasn’t too hard. The characters weren’t very likable and the most interesting personality was the evil witch. She was a hoot.

Great - but no more free coins??
I love FIVE-BN Studio games but now when you click on free coins if you watch a video, I get “no suitable videos right now, try again later”. I’ve tried several times a day for the last 3 days. I give up. The games include a good variety but if you play on your phone, default mode difficulty is “hard” and there is no way to change that.
Curate’s Egg
Some really good puzzles that almost need to be “skipped” because they’re difficult (in a good way). Some that are way too simple. Voice acting very dreary. Characters one dimensional. Story a bit haphazard to follow, but the puzzles, hidden object mini games and potion-making carry the game. Interesting use of timers. Not as good overall as the Lost Lands series but still well worth playing as long as you can do the puzzles without paying to skip them.

Cant progress anymore
At the part after you leave the ship with the ancient one and you have to distract the guard theres that part where we look for the items in a tent and one was a rooster on a bowl thing in videos it shows you need a towel to rub off the dirt but i don't have one on my game and i cant watch ads for a hint
Game issue
I enjoy playing this game. I’ve played the first one and had no issues but for some reason on this one I cannot get the watch ads for free hints to work and it told me there are no ads at this time and keep trying it with no luck . I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to correct it.
Had to quit
Very disappointing. Free coins to help with puzzles not available so had to quit the game. Although “free to play” not really , if you want to complete and move forward you have to pay for coins. Not recommended.
