My iPhone is always within arms reach but the Bluetooth connection between my iPhone and my hearing aid drops repeatedly throughout the day. The previous hearing aid app was much better. This is extremely problematic because if the phone speaker is not muted when the disconnect happens the audio plays aloud for everyone to hear.

L’application fonctionne bien avec un menu assez complet. Petite remarque : Je trouve que l’application met du temps à comptabiliser le temps journalier d’utilisation.

Ich würde mir wünschen dass es noch besser (durch KI?) möglich ist, bei Veranstaltungen mit viel Hintergrund Lärm, die Sprache mehr hervorzuheben

Compliqué bien que performant
De nombreux appareils sont connectés en Bluetooth, donc il faut penser à désactiver ce dont, on n’a pas besoin pour utiliser celui dont, on a besoin… très bonne technologie néanmoins.

J’utilise des appareils auditifs connectés à mon iPhone, le seul reproche que je peux dire lorsqu’on les nettoie se désactive du téléphone

This app is terrible. I am having to deal with this daily. Remove app reload app. Resink. This is not going to work for me I need to find a more reliable app. I have to deal with this for me and my husband. Takes all my morning to get things up and operating and then it stops working a few hours later.

Il est dommage que nous n’ayons pas accès aux programmes. Cela permettrais d’ajuster les filtres en fonction de l’environnement de travail.
Verbindungsabbruch
Lief Anfangs echt gut. Besser als in der Vorgängerapp ist, dass man den Streamingequalizer nicht immer wieder neu einstellen muss. Aber seit einiger Zeit bricht ständig die Verbindung ab. Über den Tag verteilt muss man ca 5x die App neu starten, manchmal auch das Handy. Oder nur ein Hörgerät wird entkoppelt, was richtig lästig ist. Das nervt leider kolossal.
Works fine…when connected
Devs really need to focus on hardening connectivity (seems to disconnect easily when switching away to a different app) and minimizing the latency (when connecting or reconnecting, connection lag is significant). Other than that, no complaints. 😜
Katastrophe!
Nach dem letzten Update 08.11.2025 funktioniert nun die Verbindung sehr gut und vor allem sehr schnell! Top, nach 3 oder waren es 4 Jahre Katastrophen App Leider ist die neue Version noch schlimmer als die alte App. Ständig Verbindungsprobleme, oder es stehen auf einmal nicht mehr alle Funktionen zu Verfügung, es ist dann nicht möglich in eine anderes Programm zu wechseln. Und warum ist beim Streaming TV immer die höchste Lautstärke am Start, man bekommt den Ton vom Fernseher immer in voller Lautstärke auf die Ohren und die App braucht ewig bis sie richtig verbunden ist und in der Zeit kann man den Ton nicht leiser stellen. Wurde schon bei der alten App in den Bewertungen bemängelt, aber es wird nicht für nötig gehalten etwas zu ändern! In zwei Jahren werden neue Hörgeräte fällig, wenn die App nicht besser wird, werde ich auf einen anderen Hersteller umsteigen!

Problema audio in uscita con videochiamata
Con l’aggiornamento a iOS 18.6 la qualità del microfono del telefono nelle videochiamate è peggiorato molto, e in diverse condizioni il mio interlocutore mi sente molto male. Il problema sparisce utilizzando il viva voce, per cui penso dipenda dal collegamento con gli apparecchi. Si può fare qualcosa? Prima non succedeva. Grazie

Difficult to use. Can’t do anything
Une amélioration souhaitée
Plutôt satisfait après un essai de trois semaines. La localisation m’a bien servi hier en me montrant que l’appareil gauche « perdu » se trouvait bien dans l’appartement et non dans le train comme je l’imaginais. Cependant ne serait-il pas possible de déclencher une alarme lorsque les deux appareils ne sont plus proches l’un de l’autre. Il me semble que cela pourrait rendre de grands services. Merci

Funktioniert und wieder meistens nicht

Dass der Verbindungsaufbau nicht automatisch erfolgt sondern immer manuell angestoßen werden muss für mich die größte Schwachstelle. Da nutzt das tracken des Tragens nichts wenn jeden zweiten Tag man es vergisst zu verbinden. Verbindungsaufbau mit beiden Hörern manchmal störrisch, in der Regel aber ok. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten nun ja rudimentär meiner Ansicht nach. Ich hätte hier besseres erwartet.
Seit Upgrade
Aktuell 19.08.2025 das Gerät L wird massiv ignoriert. Die Hörhilfe von APPLE hat zu den Geräten L R Verbindung. Die App hat nur mit R Verbindung. Alle Versuche L zu verbinden erfolglos.

Die App bietet mehr als RemoteLink. Aber sie verliert häufiger die Verbindung zu den Hörgeräten, daran sollte gearbeitet werden.

Seit letztem Update viel besser, schnellerer Verbindngssufbau auch nach kurzen Unterbrechungen, bin sehr zufrieden! Bei TV-A Koppung kann man die Lautstärke zwischen Streaming und Umgebung getrennt einstellen. Leider funktioniert das nicht, bei Umgebung wird auch das Streaming leiser bzw. lauter .

De gros progrès à envisager
La transparence et surtout la fiabilité de RemoteLink (surtout la version de base) sont au niveau des applis du siècle dernier, obligés parfois de désinstaller-réinstaller l’application parce que l’une des prothèses a disparu ou est au niveau zéro d’intensité (alors qu’elle fonctionne normalement, sans pouvoir la régler donc), les techniciens recommandant même cette procédure. Et ce bug est parfaitement aléatoire semble-t- il. Il serait bon qu’Audika qui se projette comme leader de ce secteur technologique, et pas vraiment bon marché comparé à certains challengers, se bouge un peu pour conserver sa prééminence.

Depuis la mise à jour très récente, il n’y a plus de suivi du temps de port. Très déçu, de cette mise à jour. Tout fonctionnait avant.

Je viens d’avoir mes nouvelles aides auditives avec cette application. Cela change tout par rapport aux anciens appareils. La fonction de recherche géographique est géniale. J’ai déjà perdu deux appareils, maintenant cela ne devrait plus se reproduire. Un seul regret, je n’ai pas encore trouvé le moyen de passer l’app en français…
Pointless App
I don’t have an issue with my hearing aids. I do have an issue with their app. It’s way too basic. My iPhone accessibility in settings does just the same as this app. So it’s a pretty pointless app I’ve seen other hearing aid apps with much more functionality that allows you to truly adapt to the environment you’re in. This app has two very basic settings and your still don’t quite get the right sound quality or adaptability as other hearing aid apps give you. Pretty disappointed
Remote link 2 gave false battery level
Seemed ok at first but then I lost link with my right hearing aid and on checking gave a battery level of 1% after a full charge. Trying turning phone and hearing aids off and on but could not get my right hearing aid to do anything. Tried charging again, same results in the end I deleted the app and went back to version one where everything was working and both aids showing full charge,I haven’t bothered to download Remote Link 2 again

Es kommt ziemlich oft vor das Verbindung Probleme auftreten. Indem meisten Fällen im streaming und auch beim Telefonieren, das ist sehr unangenehm. Aber auch beim normalen Gesprächen kommt es schon mal zum Ausfall. Bitte nachbessern
