love the games but when i reached out to customer service because i didn’t get paid when my game stopped on a certain amount. they decided to close my account and message me that the account was violated. when i had just download the app so sad i really liked a certain came railroad robbery. robbery alright didn’t give me the money plus customer service closed my account smh

Awesome game but…
I’m new to this game, so I’m not 100% sure of the ins and outs and the semantics of how things work, but what I do know is that I put in for two $100 redemptions on August 20, I have yet to receive them, I cannot find any help center in the app to be able to inquire about, said transactions, so be mindful when you make your redemptions. After being burned by Megabonanza and PlayFame, I’m a little hesitant to give trust to any casino app at this moment. I was recommended this app by a friend, and the gaming is phenomenal, the redemption process is where my questions are, and there’s nobody to answer them.

I’ve tried a lot of casino apps but this one has extremely low odds and you can almost guarantee the bait and switch. I won’t $230 on like spin 3 and then it milked me back down without anything about $5 payout. Even hit 3 bonuses which paid lower than a normal roll. Bonuses pay out almost nothing. I won 3 different bonuses for $2 spins and won less than $5 each time on like 15x spins. Some apps are legit and you can win money and some are theft. This one is theft

Don’t waste your time on this app it doesn’t pay out at all. Was up to 80 by pure luck and then went to cash out. They don’t tell you anywhere that it’s a minimum of 100 to cash out until u verify your account. That’s bs. Please don’t waste your time or money on it! Don’t say I didn’t warn you! I will never play this game again! Bunch of scammers!

I had a problem getting all my credentials certified to redeem when one of the customer service finally emailed me back and she has been great so the one thing I have to say is that they have good customer service as far as redeeming. We will see how that goes shortly as I am in that verification process if it goes through, I will say that this is an excellent site if it don’t again, we’ll see

I sat here for five hours my first day playing this game going back-and-forth was up as high as almost $200. I decided to call it quits for the day be responsible. I requested a redemption for $100. I completed their KYC verification and what do you know as soon as I try to redeem, they restricted my account what a horrible experience for a new user customer support is not replying to me. They don’t care literally you can’t do anything to get your money or save your money if they restrict your account or decide not to pay you.

Disgusting
This was once a favorite of mine. Until they refused to release my winnings, saying another email/account is mine. They leave no room for discussion. It’s the equivalent of the unjustified parental “because I said so.” I’m sure they hear it all the time, but to be completely unwilling to even see the truth is inexcusably horrible customer “service.” But if you want to lose a LOT of money, only to win but not receive a fraction of it back, be falsely accused of breaking a rule… then you’re in the right place.
