What’s up with this new update it don’t let you do anything on the game now but buy 5 coins, I don’t see a redeem option anymore or help section don’t have any answers what so ever! The minimum on each game is 50k 5 coins! This use to be my fav app until this morning what is going on?

A good app but do not expect much in the way of assistance from their help desk. You seem to get fobbed off with a lot of gratuitous words but no real help. A pity because it is one of the better gaming apps. The tournament games are too old and boring and so few players enter that the prizes are minimal. Disappointing as the concept is good!

I just downloaded the App and started playing but when it was time to cash out it glitches and gives the choice of go back or start process again, ID, photo and proof of address was verified but asked and additional document proof. I had received emails from customer service and followed up to fix the issue, so far nothing happened.

Keeps crashing
I’m trapped inside a pick-one hell. It keeps crashing every time I try to pick one but I can’t get out of it. I deleted the app and redownloaded and it is still the same. Please help. It looks like I will never be able to play the game again!

This casino has, BY FAR, the slowest customer support. I have had to deal with support on a few occasions with other casinos with no issues. I have emailed multiple times and it takes days and days to for them to get back to you. I have reverified my account and still do not have access to my funds. There are much better casinos out there, don’t waste your time with this one. And I will lose my mind if the app developer suggests I email them, I HAVE and no response. I have been playing High 5 for quite a few years. When I went to play it this week my money and experience had reverted to nil funds and no experience. I got in touch with the service Dept and they gave me a page where I could change my password, but it didn’t work. So I got in touch again and nothing. When I first downloaded it, I was skeptical. I have wonmaybe three or four times I never had a problem with receiving my payout. I’m waiting on a payout now. I will let you guys know how that goes. Only thing that I didn’t like when I first downloaded it is the fact that you have to win $100 or up I didn’t think that was fair but I have won before and I had a problem with doing a referral. I never got anything for it so I never tried again. I do love the fact that I can stop the slot machine on my own. I hate playing casino games to where they don’t allow you to hit the stop button other than that I highly recommend recommended it.
