Awesome casino
Horrible customer service
I love playing here but if you ever have an issue don’t expect good customer service. I’m an elite diamond member and whenever I have to reach out to them, you would think that I would get good customer service, but they always say they have to get back to me and they never get back to me. If it’s involving a promotion where I have free spins. I lose the free spins and I lose the money if there’s ever an issue with this game that I’m playing. It’s kind of sad and I don’t know why I continue playing on here but I do because I keep hoping that their customer service will improve.
Say their good Luck!
Hoping the luck of thee Irish is with me!
Terrible App! DO NOT USE!
Fake RTP rates. Play the same slots you play on other casinos and the ones on Horseshoe will not win. Rigged garbage. “The house doesn’t get greedy because it’s winning. It gets greedy because winning is never enough.”

Great bonuses
Decent casino/awful distributing promotions
Could use a better layout. What I don’t like is how they take 3-5 days to load winnings from a promotion. Whenever another casino has a leaderboard promotion or something like a reward credit multiplier, your winnings are either loaded immediately after winning, or following day. With horseshoe, you never know. Rarely is it the following day, usually 3-5 days after promotion ends, you truly never know when. Why do you guys take days to load these and it’s not even consistent. For example, I opted into a reward credit multiplier day on Friday. Ended Friday midnight and another leaderboard contest ended midnight two nights ago on Sunday. It’s Tuesday evening already. Sometimes they land in your account Monday, sometimes Tuesday, last week wasn’t until Friday. Do better with this. No other online casino makes you wait multiple days just to add winnings. It should automatically load immediately after it ends.
Amazing
They have an amazing assortment of games available to all players.
Promotions are Grimy! Support will not help you.
Be careful. You may not get the spins you are promised if you opt in to multiple promos at the same time. Wagers go towards “the promotions in the order you opted in” Support will not help you.
$5 minimum
I like that
HOSTED VIP DIAMOND ELITE
My experience has been straight garbage for months now and they do not care at all. They drastically changed everything about my experience. Every single deposit is lost instantly without a single fair return to player or payout or anything but seconds of play. I am a hosted vip anywhere I play and the same exact games are available everywhere. They play just fine literally everywhere but here. You used to provide something in return for my hard earned money regardless of if I won or not. I am no longer provided anything or any value of any kind whatsoever in any way shape or form. Like come on why would I or anyone else deposit $500 or $1000 or $10000 if your games are going to prove they will now take me for $5 or $10 instantly without a single return or fair return to player or even a chance of winning. It is clear the payouts have been capped and restricted if they do come. I am being “throttled” until this stops and you can prove otherwise there is no chance I keep playing here like I once did. You no longer provide me anything at all but losses and only seconds of play for my deposits regardless of game or type or denomination or how much the deposit is. My experience was drastically changed for no reason, or no reason they will admit to. The same amount of money deposited anywhere else and or before my experience was changed always lasts 10-100+ times longer than it does here now. That is why you are losing players like me. You make it so obvious APPARENTLY A STATE SANCTIONED SCAM according to their support that’s the only answer I get it’s approved by the state. I do NOT understand this????
Excellent promos
So many promos! Great chances to win and i love how this and Caesar’s are connected
Scam
WORST ONLINE SCAM EVER!!!!
Good casino
10/10
Real bad
Two days and thousands of spins. Not one hit over 8 dollars. Bonuses are way less frequent and pay exponentially less than almost any other casino app.
Definitely rigged
I’m not sure but when you don’t give any wins or bonuses people are not gonna want to come back and play so your doing a great job at keeping people away from your site I cannot give any better of a review because I never had any
Misleading promo offer
When I signed up I signed up off an instagram add saying you will receive 500 bonus spins little did I know that you have to input a code upon registration. Furthermore the code wasn’t even on the instagram add saying so how am I supposed to find it. Overall just scammy stay away play the bigger apps like DraftKings.
Love it
Great app, awesome game choices, fast withdrawals, love it!!!
Terrible app format
The way they display the games makes me never wanna play this casino. The same 20 games have neen on the screen for 5 months. And there is no way to see them all. Why they made this change im not sure. But i am sure that i and everyone else hates it.
A+
Great! And is fair!
Deceptive Bonus Offers
They don’t advertise you must make a 250.00 wager to get a measly 10.00 bonus play after you make a deposit. They then take the money you deposited even if you didn’t play it because they tied your deposit with the offer. In other words, it’s a scam called a bait and switch. No other casino does that period.
Good rewards, decent wins
I play them all here in Michigan, this one is on my top two favorites. Good rewards, deposit matches, can play awhile even on $25 bucks. Way better than most.
Terminated
I logged on one day and my account was terminated. I didn’t do anything wrong.
Best wins
Best online casino in Pa!
DO NOT EVER DEPOSIT HERE.
Deposited 3 TIMES. Never played on this app before. Lost 3x. SLOTS ARE RIGGED. Promos are trash. Caesars casino in general, trash. Burn your money instead. You will not win here. You will ‘win’ if you deposit 5x or more and it’ll always be much less than you deposit. Shameful. Hope they get investigated and shut down.
