如標題，這幾天上線都沒有所謂的活動獎金，在這個物價漲基本薪資調整的狀況下外送費不調整獎金活動也歸零，實在真的很誇張！ 另外更新完之後，也無法傳訊息給客人告知下來取餐，我們還要自行負擔電話費用，不曉得什麼時候才會恢復。

Absolutely terrible support for their riders, underpaid for stack orders and no compensation whatsoever, for if and when a customer wastes the riders time. Got banned for cancelling a order after being in s accident and they still banned me, even after appealing and showing proof of injuries still banned and no response. Absolutely shameless company.

I was previously on Roo and think its rider app is the best. However, pandarider app has been improving over time with added functionalities which are very useful. The tracking of semi-real time AR and incentives included. Well done, keep it up

客人收單時提供號碼這個方法比較費事。如果客人不在家就要等他回來給號碼所以這個方法不太行通。如跟以往拍照的方法會比較好些，可以盡量避免下一張單延遲的情況，謝謝！

The Support is Useless
They tell you that you sent wrong orders but customers sometimes make fake cancellations. You requested which order is it, they will ignore your support ticket. Then the week after deduct your pay. I had a few incidences they are all false. I deliver correctly. Horrible staff

這一陣子單越來越少，一天跑下來不到10單早上一上線最多五單晚上也差不多五單合起來剛好10單所以我給星星只有一顆

Useless Agent, Ridiculously far order
I’m so skeptical to take cash orders now because some people legit just trolling, they order and then they don’t put unit number, when call their phone number also doesn’t exist then when I contact the agent they told me that the address was wrong but it’s not even the address problem? I have to really DUMB IT DOWN for them to understand. Also nowadays you cannot see whether it’s a cash order but if I see the receipt over $100 cash order I would not dare to take. This is already the 3rd time that someone ordered using cod just to troll riders. 2nd time was a maniac who used cod delivery to contact his ex gf, also refuse to pay me, just making use of me to contact his ex gf for him. And also nowadays batch 3 earnings are higher than batch 1 which is so ridiculous, I worked so hard to hit batch 1 but then the incentive requirements gets so ridiculously high, I have to do like 30+ orders a day to hit the minimum incentive. I can only get at most 3 order per hour so wouldn’t I have to work over 10 hours? Very inhumane. Orders are sometimes super far I am in Amk but they can ask me to go nex Serangoon collect Order send to Potong Pasir. 1 order travel 10km+ Reasonable or not? I am using e-bike not motorcycle. Also those supermarket orders tend to be super heavy and when I ask for compensation via the chat, agent will say the bag quantity is reasonable but it weighed over 8kg in total! My bag 80L already hard to fit imagine those using 62L bag. You want to add a feature where we can ask for compensation for extra large order but when we finally ask for it you refuse to give. I do not ever recommend anyone working for foodpanda if you can find a better job. It treats you like a damn slave.

Lack of clear explanation
Was given a order cancellation notice out of the blue. Received it before and was fined $10. The thing is no details of the wrong order was mentioned in the notice, leaving me to guess what exactly went wrong. Obviously nothing can be done as the order had already been delivered, but at least provide the order details so I can actually argue if it was my oversight. So far nothing of the sort so I’m indignant.

Sound Notification on incoming order n starting of shift.
There used to be continuous tone every 5 second when the app is not open.But now only sound 1 time then sounded the 2nd time only if I didn’t accept the order? Pls bring back the continuous alert tone to avoid missing accepting order if rider didn’t hear. Same goes for the starting or shift I think panda purposely don’t make it continuous sound so that we will miss even a second of starting of shift will never make it back to batch 1
